  best hotel for the location, room was clear in scale 1-10 it takes 7.5 and 10 to be the super clean room. We stay in the hotel for 6 nights, so i fund the room nice place to sleep, since every day we went out early in the morning and return to sleep. Cleaning lady was coming very 2 days to clean the room ( actually to change the towels. other than that if you need internet you have to pay, if you need to leave your stuff you have to pay, but i think NY is about money and commercials. home take message book the hotel with the lowest possible expectation and then you will like it !

  Απολυτα Ικανοποιημένος ,πολυ καλή θέση τού ξενοδοχείου στό κεντρο.

  Nice hotel, rooms are rather small and it's probably geared more towards the business traveller, but couples will also feel comfortable. Very strong A/C, but quite audible. Mattress has hardness-adjusting levers on each half, can improve sleep. Nice bathroom, shower head has three modes. The hotel was clean and the service as it should. The view from the 29th floor was really nice. Free WiFi was a big plus for me. Very convenient location, Macy's and Empire State Building just two steps away. Good area for both shopping and eating, given my little NY experience. Underground station right outside the hotel. 24h pharmacy/store 1 min away (in case you need something in the middle of the night). Relatively quiet neighbourhood, I expected more noise. We didn't eat in at all, so can't comment on that. All in all, we were quite happy with our choice and would consider staying there again.

  Great hotel and location! The view from 28th floor was excellent! Great service! Beautiful room and bed! I tottaly recommend it!

  Really nice hotel, we had a room in 25th floor, great view on top of 9/11 memorial and the new constructions and Hudson River on the back. Friendly staff, and a nice pool-sauna-gym. Only downside is the area, cause the financial district is not the best place to be at nightfall, but of course we knew that prior to our booking. Really nice connection with the subway though. Recommended.
