  Really nice hotel, we had a room in 25th floor, great view on top of 9/11 memorial and the new constructions and Hudson River on the back. Friendly staff, and a nice pool-sauna-gym. Only downside is the area, cause the financial district is not the best place to be at nightfall, but of course we knew that prior to our booking. Really nice connection with the subway though. Recommended.

  Κατ' αρχάς , η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο του Μανχάταν ανάμεσα στην 5η Λεωφόρο και στην Λεωφόρο Μάντισον καθώς και σε μικρή απόσταση απο αξιοθέατα όπως το Εμπάιρ ,και την Κεντρική Βιβλιοθήκη .Οι συγκοινωνίες ,όσον αφορά λεωφορεία και υπόγειος σε μικρή απόσταση.΄Οσον αφορά το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου παρά πολύ φιλόξενο,εξυπηρετικό και διαθέσιμο ανά πάσα στιγμή . ΄Οσον αφορά δε το δωμάτιο , πολύ άνετο ,καθαρό ,ζεστό,καλαίσθητο και λειτουργικό. Εάν ξαναπηγαίναμε στην Ν.Υ.,θα προτιμούσαμε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο για την παραμονή μας,.

  The Affinia Manhattan Hotel in NY, USA, is a well located hotel, at the center of Manhattan and close to everything. The staff is very helpful and polite, and always tried to be useful and answer our questions whatsoever. The rooms are clean, the beds are superb, and so are the pillows etc. There is also a small kitchen, where you can prepare your breakfast and cook some simple meals. The only drawback of the hotel is that it is old and obviously not renovated since decades. The windows, the air-conditioners, the bathroom (tiles, basin etc.) are OLD. This reduces the luxury sense that the hotel offers you, but if you can deal with that, then it is sure that you will have a very rewarding experience. I almost forgot. There is also tremendous noise, even in the higher floors (21 and up). Maybe this is the price for staying downtown Manhattan, and this might also be a drawback for other hotels around, but the aged equipment obviously reflects to the sound insulation: the noise from the streets was VERY loud in the rooms... (both facade and rear view rooms).

  The Hilton hotel New York is a really good hotel in the center of Manhattan. It is a little expensive, but everything (except the small double room) is as you expect to be. Great service, great location, clean rooms and happy people. The only thing that was not nice is the extra charge for the use of the internet and the the breakfast that is not included (in that price they have to serve you breakfast for free!) The people in the reception were really helpful and solve all our problems that we faced in our 12-days stay. For example, they changed our room immediately, when we complained (it was old and small) and helped us with all the tickets that we wanted to buy (for broadway, Nba, etc). I surrely recommend it if you are going to spend a little more money, during your stay in NY!

  Μειναμε τον αυγουστο του 2009 , ειχαμε κλεισει ενα δωματιο με 2 queen κρεβατια,και ηταν ιδιαιτερα ανετο για 3 ανθρωπουσ.Η μπανιερα και η μοκετα φαινοντουσαν παλιες και ως εκ τουτου λιγο βρωμικες,αλλα περα απο αυτα το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο,φροντισμενο και αισθητικα αποδεκτο.Ενδεχομενως χρειαστει να υποστειτε καποιες ουρες στο check-in,check-out αν συμπεσετε με την αφιξη/αναχωρηση καποιου γκρουπ.Ειχε μινιμπαρ,σεσουαρ,σιδερο,και κλιματισμο.Πληθωρα εστιατοριων,cafe,και μαγαζιων σε αποσταση λιγων μετρων απο την εισοδο του ξενοδοχειου και σταση μετρο στα 30 μετρα.
