  συν: παροχες ξενοδοχείου (πισίνα, υδρομασάζ, δραστηριότητες), εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, κοντά σε στάση μετρό, μεγάλο διαμέρισμα ιδανικό για οικογένεια, πλήρης εξοπλισμός κουζίνας και σαλονίου πλην: δεν είχε θέα το δωμάτιο έβλεπε στον ακαλυπτο, το λευκό χρώμα στους τοίχους ήταν καπως μονότονο, δεν υπήρχε σιφώνι στο μπάνιο

  Benczur hotel is located in a very beuatiful neighbourhood, about 6 stops (10 min) by metro from the center of Budapest! The breakfast was really good for a 3stars hotel and our room after a big morning walk, was a very good place to rest. Although, the week that we stayed, we've never found our beds clean! Ah! they have also one pc with internet connection that everybody can use and this can be really helpful sometimes. Very near by there is a mini-market, a wonderful restaurant and the heroes' square!After all, I would recommend it definetely and i suggest you to book much earlier a room, so that you pay much more less!!!

  Overall it was a very positive experience. Staff was very friendly, always smiling, even when we were just passing by from the reception. A particular employee seemed to be always there (from 7 in the morning when we checked in, till 7-8 in the evening when we returned back) but was always polite and ready to serve. We are so excited about this hotel mostly because of his attitude and professionalism (I think his name was Mr.Hoffman). Our room (108) was comfortable and clean. We didn’t need to change the room temperature, since it was always nicely adjust. Breakfast was nice and everything was instantly refilled. You can’t call the location central, but within 5 minutes walk you can easily reach St.Stephen church. We liked this distance from the center, because it was very quiet. In fact, it was so quiet, that you could hear the plumping when someone was taking a shower or went to the toilet. I don’t know, though, if this was hearable because of being so quiet or was indeed something to notice, but this never bothered us.
