  I stayd for three nights. It was a new, clean hotel with polite staff in the reception, near Venice (about 15 minutes by car or 30 by bus). You can take the bus in front of the hotel and you wiil be in Venice in 30 minutes, but the last bus from Venice is on 20:55. They clean the room every day. The parking was free and safe, and the breakfast was satisfied - not something extremely good. Beside the hotel is a very good bar restaurant you must see. The only negative for me is that the hotel is situated in a bad, industrial area and that over 23:00 in about 200m from the hotel (you pass from there in order to go to the hotel) young ladies (horns) are looking for clients, which is not a good spectacle for childrens.
