nice clean rooms my only downfall was the blinds did not close and was suppose to be blackout blinds . and didnt notice that till was too late to get someone in .

Convenient location. Hotel was sweltering HOT! (In and out of our room) There were doors banging all night long, as the rooms were far from sound proof. I booked a room that the ad said sleeps 5, but got a room that sleeps 4! Our air conditioning in our room wasnt working properly, so the room was way too hot and the hallways were hot as well! Restaurant ihop too expensive even with the voucher. There are no alternatives within the hotel; however the transportation to close restaurant was good.

The Hotel consists of a new and an old tower. .My suggestion would be to request the new one.. we were upgraded graciously after complaining about the condition of our booked room. ..dirty carpets old broken furniture & sunken mattress just a few renovations to the interior& it would be great the hotel manager was truly amazing and very proffessional.. […] upgraded us to an incredible jucuzzi room with a new king size bed and the best down filled duvets and cotton sheets money can buy also the lounge is relaxing.......... hotel is close to all major attractions ***** Διαβάστε περισσότερα

When I book the hotel initially I asked for King bed but unfortunely when I got to the hotel only two queen bed rooms were available. I thought it was a little bit of misrepresentation, you book one thing and you get something else. However, of all experience with my vacation ie: hotel was excellent.

Great location and hotel staff was very accomodating. Would not hesitate to stay at the Four Points again.

Across the street from the casino and walking distance to the falls. Would stay there again.

I stayed at the Four Points Fallsview Hotel joined to the Casino. I had originally booked King bed Cityview room but, the concierge was wonderful & upgraded us to a higher room with a jetted tub with a view of the Falls. It was quite cold & it was great that we could go from the hotel to the casino without stepping outside. I would reccommend this hotel […] to others & I would definitely stay here again. Higher floor view is good enough with the reasonable price. Jetted tub is excellent with a very spacious room.

Hotel was confusing, area is expensive and a looooooooooong walk to the falls. Also do not waste your time by booking a "fallsview" room.....not worth the extra $$$$$ for the view. Staff VERY friendly, restuarants too expensive....but whole Canadien side WAY over priced. Stay in U.S. and drive over....park at casino...only 5$$$$$$.

The pictures supplied for the Fallsview Room were not at all like the view you actually have when staying at the Four Points. The extra money you pay is not worth it. You still have to walk/ride to the Falls to get the view that is depicted in the pictures. The room was also very outdated and the front desk staff were not helpful at all. One would think […] if you work at a hotel at a tourist destination you would be able to assist with directions, restaurant options etc...No such luck at this place...Spend you money else where. The Hotel was nice, small/short compared to others close by, highest floor was 18, and that's where we were, falls view, which we reserved. But we asked for a 2 Queen beds room, however they didn't reserve it (mix up somewhere), but we were bumped up to the Junior executive,, a King and a pull-out sofa which was fine, since there were only 3 of us staying, […] and the sofa was actually quite comfortable for a sofa bed that is. The view was awesome of the Horseshoe Falls on the second day/night, but the first night there was heavy fog, and we could barely see the Casino parking garage and bright L.E.D. sign across the street due to the very heavy fog. The attached restaurants iHop and East Side Mario's had inflated prices like every other restaurant in Niagara Falls, up to 50% for some meals, and that doesn't include the 3% Niagara Falls city tax attached to almost every service including the room. Parking was $12 (1 lot away) a night self-serve, $20 for valet, we chose self-serve. Like I said the view is great on a Sunny day, lots of picture taking opportunities, and of course the higher the floor the better the view/angle. Note, there is no view of the American falls from this hotel due to the Casino hotel across the road, but that’s not a big deal. Thanks to interconnecting hallways you could access the casino, about 4 restaurants, and Starbucks all without setting food outside, which is certainly a benefit in unseasonable weather, however this was a very mild weekend with temps nearing 20°, in this was mid-March. Things that were missing that would have been handy were, microwave, fridge, and mini-bar. Typically we look for these amenities in rooms we rent, but this was only a 2 night stay, so once again not a big deal. The room was not the quietest we have stayed in; you could hear running water in the next room and quite easily hear people talking in the hallway, but the walls and floor seemed quite solid. If you are like me and want a nice view of niagra don't stay here. I picked this place based off reviews that said good view of falls but I have been here several times and I have had nonfalls view rooms with a better view for half the price don't spend the extra money for a falls view so not worth it... Also maid never showed had to call and request […] the service... And they don't have central heat only a old school heater with a know hot cold the dru heat makes impossible to sleep at night... Its a good hotel. About what you expect from a large chain. Moderately upscale furnishings, good linens, average sized rooms. Our room wasn't well cleaned though, with the prior occupant's used towels and soap left in the bathroom when we arrived. Food at the ihop on site is overpriced, but so is everything else in niagara falls. Not bad overall.

Service was great. It is in a great location and all the amenities were spectacular.. Wife found a couple hairs in the tub, but that was it..

Great hotel very friendly staff and the falls view room was amazing. Also, the convience of the hotel being connected to the casino was great I would recomend this hotel to others. Enjoyed my stay very much and would return again.

Our air conditioner was on energy saver mode and would run for about 10 min a nite. It was unbearably hot in our room making it difficult to sleep...however, the shower was nice and cold! Small kids, unsupervised everywhere, esp in the hot tub when adults were trying to relax. Kids splashing, swimming under water, climbing and no parents anywhere to […] be found. In the fitness room, kids throwing balance balls around, running and jumping on treadmills and elliptical machines. Not a good hotel if you're looking for a relaxing vacation. We had a great trip and a great location. The thing I was dissappointed with was the fact that I was a little deceived with the fact that we got a room that wasn't renovated. I just felt like if we paid that much money to stay there, the room would be really nice. I would totally reccommend paying an extra $30 a night and stay at the Hilton, Marriot, […] or Sheraton. 1st we asked if frig in room, that was $20.00 per night, we had to call down to them 1.5 hrs later and ask were the frig was & was told that they never got the request for our room....... 2nd we were asked if we wanted to park ourselfes across the road for $12.00 or valet parking for $20.00 then to call down and give them 15mins to bring car around. […] Later that night we went to the hotel enterance only to see our car sitting in the parking lot out front, three ft away. cost of parking frig taxes almost $100.00 3rd our room wow, we wanted a falls view and got the casino falls hotel parking lot view in room 1408 right behind the eletric room off the main hallway, open the door there's 8-10 ft hall before the rm, then noises from the eletric room I wanted to move but the frig was stocked by our drinks which means we would have to unload every thing again. went out came back we had no eletricity in the bathrm, called downstairs and was told some one be right up, We told them we were going out and to let themselfs in to fix the problem. Gone 4.5 hrs came back and no-one came to fix the problem and call to the front desk again. I will never stay in this hotel again never recommend it. We did get dinner vocher for the outback restaurant 1.5 blocks away, which we did plan on going but the weather was freezing rain so we atre at the casino's restaurant, It would have been nice if they gave vocher to there resteraunt in the hotel.
