I liked this hotel very much. The price was reasonable and the room was spacious and clean. It was a little suite with a couch and had extra space that we weren’t expecting. The pool was very nice as was the continental breakfast.

Great motel for my wife who need to put up her leg... room was accommodating.. beds r ur typical motel beds... hard... breakfast is nothing special... and I mean that. Nothing special.. kids loved the pool... I enjoyed the hot tub.. all in all good value good stay

This hotel is very badly in need of updating. Torn furniture, scruffy looking walls. Toilet that rocks and I dont mean as in great. I mean as in loose.

There was no hot water for morning showers. Talked to the staff at the desk and their reply was the hotel was full. I paid for a room and it wasn't my fault the hotel was full so had basically cold showers each morning.

I was very disappointed with breakfast. We have stayed before and had hot waffles, eggs and bacon. none of this was visible this stay.

The pillows were about 1 foot by 1 foot, The room keys didnt work very well and the carpets were dirty, there was a ring of dirt around the bath tub, NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED

The outside if the hotel was nice however once you got past the front desk it was very dirty and had a bad odor. The rooms were 100 degrees when we got there. I would never recommend this hotel

Very friendly and helpful people. The bathroom sink drain was broken and the freezer part of fridge was frozen over so it wasn't very cold in fridge. When I told the staff, they said they would fix them. I appreciated that.

Comfortable room, friendly staff. Hotel is located close to everywhere I wanted to go. Easy access to Hwy 395 and Hwy 2. Lots of shopping and eating places close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Horrible customer service & horrible experience! They gave our room away; we had already paid for our reservation in advance, they gave us keys and we walked in on someone sleeping. The guy at the front desk was extremely unprofessional & rude. I'm very shocked at how I was treated and will definitely not be staying at Ramada again.

This hotel was close to Whitworth and the least expensive. I chose it because the reviews were positive. Location was great. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was not very clean. There were crumbs or something on the floor up against the pedestal the bed was on. When I went to use the bathroom, it was obvious the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Our room was clean although the carpet was showing its age; the breakfast choices were fair (no bananas or fat free stuff); the pool and hot tub were GREAT; there were towels in the pool area; the hot water worked all the time in the shower in our room; even the pillows were comfortable. I'd stay there again with no hesitations.

Air conditioning / heating unit is extremely loud and I had to unplug it to keep it from running in the middle of the night - even though it was turned off.

We checked in late at night and the evening manager was very friendly. The guy in charge of the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and friendly as well. The rooms were clean and about what I would expect for the age of the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay for the price.

Hotel was clean and quiet with plenty of services available within walking distance of Hotel. Room rate was also very good! Fitness equipment in exercise room was broken and not very good but other than that I would consider this hotel to be a very good for the price.

This is my second stay here for business. Four nights. The staff is professional, courteous and helpful. I lost a key in the room and realized it after leaving town. The desk clerk went up right away after I called, found it and put it in the mail for me. I felt safe and comfortable leaving some valuable electronic equipment with the front desk for […] safe keeping. When arrived no rooms were available, at 4:00 PM; later as even progressed (9PM) all kinds of kids, noisy and splashy in pool area. Some parents, not many to over see.

I have stayed at Ramadas in the past and found them to be reasonably priced and generally in good condition, however that wasn't the case here. The hotel advertises itself as having "mini suites" though these are in NO WAY suites -- there is a tiny love seat in place of a chair, but that's the ONLY difference...it's just a regular hotel room, and not […] a very nice one at that. The good things I can say about this hotel: it's in a decent location if you're staying in the North side of Spokane, it's close to a grocery store and a Target as well as a number of decent restaurants, and its pool and hot tub are in reasonable shape. The not so good things: the whole place smelled of smoke, especially the 3rd floor and the stairwells, the rooms were small and were not clean (hair in the tub, stains on the towels), there was a coffee maker but no coffee or tea, they only cleaned our room once during our 3 day stay and that only after having to call the front desk to ask for service, and the hotel was generally pretty noisy and just had a lower-end feel to virtually everything. Most of the other reviews were accurate. Older hotel, needs updating, walls were thin. But the overworked staff did everything they could and then some to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Also, breakfast was odd -- sausage gravy. And most of the main roads in Spokane have a median which made it difficult to come and go from hotel.

This was a good hotel for the money we paid. It is a bit older and not quite as clean as I would have liked (the furniture upholstery was pretty dirty) but the service was fantastic and the price was right.

Good value for a hotel with a pool. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Breakfast that was included looked pretty pathetic but included breakfasts are usually a waste of time for me.

We were very pleased with the friendliness of all of the employees. And they were very accomidating. We needed to check into our room early because of an appointment in town, and they had our room ready for us when we needed. The breakfast was not the normal continental breakfast we are used to....but it was still very good.

There is nothing worse than a dirty tub in a hotel bathroom. I was shopping all day and needed a relaxing soak in the tub. When I turned the water off there were black hairs floating everywhere. Obviously the maid service is not cleaning the tubs like they should. As customers we expect those kinds if things to be clean.

I have never stayed anywehere that the hotel staff, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping was so personable and helpful and just upbeat. The rooms were semi outdated, but for the price I would stay there again. The neighborhood is kind of shaky, but plenty nearbye to do.

Friendly staff to customers and to each other. Staff very accommodating in meeting our needs: extra towels, needing to cancel a night for travel reasons. Good selection from the continental breakfast. Close to shopping and major roads. Great stay. Will use this hotel on our next visit.

OK for one night. Bed was not comfortable. Room was large with one queen bed and a love seat not a couch as the picture showed. This made for and uncomfortable night for our son. Pool area was dirty. Breakfast was not great.

The room was ok and passable for the money spent. However, the neighborhood is less than stellar and the hotel's overall appearance is very lacking.

The mattress was very firm which is OK. However, the pillow was the like a bag of rocks. I realize I could bring my own pillow, but having forgotten, I was miserable. I believe an update of bedding is in order.
