Everything was great, my only complaint was housekeeping would wake us up everyday at 8am and then kept coming back even after we told them we did not want any cleaning done.There were no privacy signs to put up so we just had to constantly turn them away. Also, we asked for some salt and pepper because the unit came with a kitchen and we wanted to […] cook. We did not receive the salt and pepper for 2 hours, long after we had finished our meal. Beautiful well maintained grounds. The villas are very spacious. Pools were never over crowded. Good location. 5 min drive to groceries and drug store. Within the hotel property, it was a bit of a trek to get to everything. There was a shuttle service be thank goodness we had a car to get from our villa to the main pool area and main lobby. The maids […] did a minimal job daily. They only made the bed and changed towels. Didnt vaccum, wipe down counters or change the sheets the whole week. Other than that, we loved our stay. I was very impressed with our stay. My 2 young daughter's and I stayed for 2 nights, and we found it to be a very relaxing, enjoyable experience. The pool was lovely and clean and not crowded, and there was plenty of room for my kids to run around outside and play while I cooked on the outside grill. When I initially noticed that I had been placed next […] door to younger college-age kids on spring break, I was dismayed that there were so many of them in the room and there was a lot of noise. I asked to be rebooked in a different room and the staff were very courteous and accommodating, quickly booked me in another room, and sent security to ensure the young "spring-breakers" were not bothering anyone else. Check in a bit slow - line-ups - not enough parking. Nice to get a phone call when our room was ready. Lovely property, very comfortable rooms. Pool area outstanding.

The facility was amazing. Looked forward to a night away with family, but will not stay there again. At over 200 a night I did not expect to be kept up all night by parties in next rooms until 6am. (not exaggerating). Front desk did nothing about it at all. Sad to say, have gotten more peaceful nights sleep in a 80 dollar a night motel. I realize parties […] do happen, but at a facility like this and at the prices they charge for everything I would have at least expected they would have done something to solve. Spacious one bedroom with a full size kitchen. Location was great to get around to various golf courses and hwy 10 was accessible within minutes. The two items I was dissatisfied was the shower - no pressure and trickling - the pillows were standard size in a king bed and not comfortable at all. The check-out policy is atrocious - industry worst? The room we were provided, without success in changing was a tunnel looking out at a parking lot - nothing vacationy or resorty about it at all. While the staff made the bed and straitened every day, they did not clean and we did our own dishes, clean the coffee maker in hopes of coffee each morning, […] but alas, one packet per week seems to be the Marriot's policy. Perfect location and would go back anytime. Nice having a kitchen for breakfast and lunch foods. Pools were great and near the 10 and 111 for driving to hiking locations or golf.

Hotel was clean and service was courteous and friendy for the most part. Only complaint was that pool staff had moved are towels at the pool. We lost are seats and umbrellas. Location is close to restaruants. Room was small and it was not easy to upgrade because our booking was prepaid through Hotels.com.

I was dissapointed with my staff. I was not able to use the main pool. Their was still coffee in the coffee machine. I would not recommend this place for couples. Stay at the main hotel. This might be okay for families, but a little pricey for what you get.

We had a dreadful and inconvenient experience checking in. Driving in traffic for 2-1/2 hrs with a crying toddler and impatient teenagers to our destination was horrendous. We thought that upon checking in (11:00pm) everything should be smooth sailing from there on. I showed the receptionist my itinerary (1 bedroom / 1 bathroom villa) and she provided […] us a room. We drive off the premises to go to our room located in a separate section of the hotel. We arrive to the room and were greatly disappointed and tremendously upset. We were given a regular deluxe guest room and not a villa. I called the reception area to complain and the receptionist had the audacity to tell me that I needed proof on my itinerary to show that I paid for a villa (1200 sq ft room) because they did not have any villas available. I complained and stated I had perishable food, which I brought for my villa for my family, and I had a cranky toddler. The reception area kept me on hold for a long time, and then told me I needed to drive back to their location in order for them to help me. Upon arriving back, they had the keys to a new location or villa as I had requested/paid. When we FINALLY arrived to our 1 BR/1BA villa, we were left in awe. It was gorgeous! We wished the pools were situated closer to our area/building...inconvenience. We were not compensated or given anything for their inconvenience at check-in. Too early of a check out time and the closing the pool hour is way too early. Ten o'clock in the morning does not give u enough time to get up, pack, grab a bite to eat before u have to exit. Then, ten o'clock pm is way too early to close the pool. We made this a specific no kid trip so that we can stay up late. First rooms they sent us to were not good. Nice room, but had that shut up smell. Also the grass was dead in front of the condos. It was located by the street and very noisy on the deck. The check-in process was a nightmare. Took an extremely long time, and the staff member that was trying to help me seemed very unknowledgeable of the grounds. We got to our room and it was beautiful and extremely clean. We went to turn on the tv and there weren't any batteries in the remote. After returning back to the room a few hours later, we still had no batteries or a new remote, but had a voicemail from the front desk saying that they had fixed our safe. As a Marriott visitor,....I love love love to stay there and always make it my first choice in hotels. My registration experience came with great hospitality and a strong sense of welcome. Very poor. Never again. Units badly need updating. They are noisy. The air conditioning fan has only one speed - blasting at max all night , and kept us awake. Maintenance changed the filter (very dirty) but that only helped a bit. Neighbors noises (TVs and footsteps) were very prominent. Construction crews at an adjacent unit were gutting those units, […] even on Sunday. Cooking smells from next units penertated the cracks in the doors. Staff were not at all polite. The location, with a view of the golf course and the mountaints in the distance was great and not too far from El Paseo. The Villa room was spacious and the service was excellent.

The pictures on the website are very misleading. The hotel room was not very clean. The pillows were small and uncomfortable and the bathroom had mold starting on the ceiling above the shower. I unfortunately will not be staying here again.

We reserved a lock-off room for New Year's for my son and his fiance as we were staying at the same location with friends. We arrived early and the front desk was able to accommodate us. The room had a nice view of a green on the golf course. The property is very nice but is in the process of a phased renovation. This room had not yet been renovated […] and was a bit tired, but clean. It would be wise to ask. Check out time is 10:00 AM. When asked to extend, the most they would do was an additional 45 minutes. Keep that in mind in planning your last day. The grounds, pools, etc. were in good condition. We were treated as though we booked this hotel online and didn't pay what everyone else did to stay there, so we were second class citizens there. We arrived and were put in a room right on the main road after speaking to pre-arrival about exactly where we wanted to be, and because we booked online rather than with the hotel directly we were told that […] we got the "left overs". After letting them know that was unacceptable, we were moved to the other end of the property. The side that was under construction and further away from everything on the property. There were no towels in the room, no blankets or sheets for the sleeper (we knew it was going to be used for our kids and let them know we needed it) and had to wait until 10:30 at night to get them. We checked in at 6pm and asked for towels & sheets at 7pm. The front desk just pushed it off on housekeeping for the mistake.Mosquitoes are abundant here, so bring the repellent. They seem to find their way into the room very easily, so prepared to be bitten. DON'T STAY IN A DOWNSTAIRS UNIT LIKE WE DID. These places were slapped together very quickly and the ceilings popped and every step taken upstairs is heard very well downstairs. We had a herd of elephants that ran 24 hours a day upstairs from us so we got not sleep at all on the only weekend we've had off in years. My family and I were only able to stay one night and we were bummed we couldn't stay longer to enjoy all the facilities. The room was large and comfortable perfect for a family! We could easily stay a week.

We stayed in a 2 room villa which was really a suite with another regular room attached. The positives: space was big, the price was good, view was nice, amenities were good and it was conveniently located to things we wanted to see. The negatives: the 4pm check-in time and 10am check-out time are not convenient, some of the staff weren't accommodating […] when it came to check-in and check-out (we didn't get the type of room we were promised and they wouldn't let us check out any later than the 10am check-out time and the cleaning people literally waited outside our door starting at 9:30am the day we checked out), the mattress on the fold-out sofa was literally a bag of metal springs and impossible to sleep on, it got very loud when they started grooming the golf course before 8am and things on the property like the pools and grills were very spread out so we had to drive to get to some of them. It was a decent place and if the check-in and check-out times were more in line with other hotels or the staff were more willing to work with us on checking in and out, we'd give it a more glowing review. Great location, freeway close. Beautiful grounds, kept up very nicely with view onto Golf Green. Next to main pool. The soft bed was to die for with a cute patio and table/chairs. The only drawback was the shower, glass doors were heavy, didn't open easily and no inside handle to pull open after you are done. Needs updating badly.

This well kept full ammeity resort is a slice of heaven. We were a couple looking for golf in the midst of Spring Break family travel. Expensive not worth money and pics on hote; website deceptive. My room was about half the size and looked nothing like the pics. It was also pricy. We stayed in one of the Deluxe rooms. The place is very nice with decent cable, comfy beds, mini fridge, toaster, microwave, and plates and such. Our unit didn't have a washer/dryer, but they have free ones on the property. There's also a nice rec area and since this place is a timeshare community there are events and movies and stuff. The pools were […] nice, but didn't have enough shade for my liking. I didn't really get to experience most of the stuff here since I was a the BNP Open. We mostly just slept here. Convenient location to everything. My biggest complaint was that check in is 4pm and check out is 10am and they MEAN 10am. We were told 6x that we had to be out by 10am or we would be charged.
