Days Inn Grand Island I-80 - Grand Island

I want comfy bed with lots of pillows and a clean room is a must! This Days Inn had all of that. Very pleasant front desk and wifi!! Would stay again.

Overall I would say it was an average stay at an average hotel. A couple of things I noticed were there appeared to be some type of stains on the sleeper sofa couch cushions and the top of the entertainment center had only a swiped attempt at dusting the top. The stains were disturbing but I chose not to analize these too heavily (what I don't know, […] won't hurt me). As for the dust, I wasn't too concerned, But I DID leave a 'dust me' sign scrawled into with the date we stayed. Found 2 used wash cloths in bathroom and empty deoderant containter under bed as well as other items. Restaurant was next door at the Quality Inn, former Holiday Inn. Good food. Breakfast wasn't free, but only $2.99. Had a good steak dinner.

Good stay, all clean. Beds comfortable. People very pleasant.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Very accommodating to our needs.

We had a king size bed which was very comfortable and a nice room that was clean. The front desk clerk made chocolate cookies and had milk for everyone in the evening in the lobby. First time that we had experienced that at a motel.The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would stay there again.

Hotel was as described in previous reviews. Didn't have an elevator, which was difficult since I had a few bags to carry up the flight of stairs. Room did have a fridge and microwave, which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. One word of caution. I plugged this hotel into my GPS using the address sent to me. I was sent to the wrong Days Inn, which […] was approximately 10 miles away. If you are going to stay here, this hotel is right off of I-80 W and left off of I-80 E. Nice hotel, clean and near a place to eat, get gas and river scenery.

The hotel is very old and outdated and doesn't offer many ammenities. For the price it was a decent a place to rest for the night on our drive from Anaheim, CA to Chicago, IL. I would recommend this hotel to the weary driver but not for more than a nights stay. Does not compare to the likes of Marriot Courtyard, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, or […] Hyatt Place. Everything was very nice. We could not get the wireless internet to work.

What really bothered me about the room was the high humidity in the room, so much so that there was a dehumidifier in the room. When we got to our room the humidity read 80% as the humidifier had not been turned on. Between the sound of the air conditioner and the humidifier, it was difficult to fall asleep. The location was perfect along I80. The free breakfast was great with multiple options. It is a few miles into town but there are eating options at the nearby hotels. Although we love to go into town to the water park, it was under 10 minutes and very convenient the next morning to get on the road again.

Stayed here because it received good reviews and was cheap. Well, I was satisfied with the room for what I payed. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The only strange thing was a dehumidifier stuck in the room. Many thoughts running through my head about that one, but it turned out ok. Definitely a good value place to stay.

Stayed at multiple hotel chains this trip. Days Inn bed was actually comfortable with good pillows.

It was great room for an overnight stop. Very Roomy.

This was our overnight stay on the way from Minnesota to Colorado and we were pleased with the large, quiet room in which to get a good night's rest. The staff was friendly and helpful. This location is right off the freeway and there is both fast food and a sit down restaurant nearby. We stayed here as part of a family vacation. The hotel suited our needs just fine. It is close to lots of places to eat and is very easy on/off the interstate. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had a little problem with our toilet and the front desk person was very discrete and obliging to us. Your GPS will take you into the boonies. The address just doesn't compute. Call the hotel for clarification. Wish hotels.com published the hotel phone number with every reservation.

my stay was great, but it would have been better if thier was WIFI available.

This was a very clean and economical place to stay the value was excellent With the hot breakfast and cookies and milk evening snack I will stop again when I get that way

We were very pleased with our stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the sheets were softer than what I have at home. We were offered free coffee and cookies in the evening and a free hot breakfast the next morning. VERY customer oriented. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

With 8 women on a quilting shop "hop" we pulled in bone tired. The reservation was ready and rooms were comfortable. We did regret the fact there was no elevator as we had 10 shops worth of purchases to "look" at! Breakfast was ok and we were on our way to 7 more shops the next morning!

We were stopping overnight from a long drive. Our requirements were minimal. All we had need of was amply provided. The King size bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a nice size and there was good water pressure in the shower. I liked the fact that there was an additional sink outside the bathroom. Nicer hotel than some more expensive places to stay.

This hotel was great for the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Grand Island. The breakfast wasn't that great, but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

In the change over from Holiday Inn the breakfast went down hill. There is also no swimming pool. Staff were nice, room was clean.

Room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was not that good but it could be because we were there over the Thanksgiving weekend and the hotel was practically empty so I think the food had been sitting out by the time we got to it. Overall, it was a good stay.
