It was very relaxing the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very infromative. I was there on a business trip to check out the area and i love livermore and the area

If you want to be at the nexus of the major freeway arteries in East valley parts of Alameda County, East SF Bay, this is a really good choice. Given that they are NOT Embassy Suites, the decent breakfast and free wine at happy hour are greatly appreciated. We have stayed here for a night near Christmas for a family gathering for the past several years. It is not luxury, and we don't expect that. It has always been clean, and the staff has been pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is pretty basic, but certainly adequate with something hot, cereals, yogurt, toast and waffle making equipment. Very nice and clean hotel. The hotel was very quiet but the heater in the room was very noisey. Overall it was nice.

Have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed. Always excellent service. My negative which has nothing to do with my stay is why do they need to put a 3-5 day hold on your credit card for incidentals even if there were none???

My bridal party and I stayed here the night before my wedding and we LOVED it! The rooms were big and the beds were so soft and comfortable! The breakfast was AWESOME and the best part was when we were running late getting our hair and make up done the front desk extended our check out by an hour and a half at NO CHARGE! I love the place but during the last two stays, they've blocked the thermostat at 68...........too hot for me!

Th eprice was great for this hotel...Breakfast was included too. The rooms are a bit small but oh well....All the employees were extremely nice. They let us sit in the Breakfast area in the evening and have dinner and drinks in .

woke up at 4:30 am due to a squealing noise coming from the ceiling of the bathroom, called front desk and complained, and found out it was the shower of th room above me. The sound was horrible, and left me unable to return to sleep and very tired for my work day. The hotel offered a complementary night as compensation at another Hampton location of […] my choice. As always, my stay at Hampton Inn was a pleasure. The building and room were clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and professional. I felt safe and welcome.

Several family members in town for pre-wedding celebrations. We have already booked a block for the wedding next month. We were all thrilled with our 3 day stay, in all aspects. Lots of construction in the area (August 2010) but that is not the hotel's fault, just beware. Good sized room, clean, standard. Comfy pillows. Breakfast, while free, isn't outstanding, just standard. We opted to go out on the morning of our second stay.

I travel to the Bay Area weekly for contract work and have stayed at a number of hotels in the area. This was by far the nicest I've stayed at. It's in a safe area, with fast food and a Starbucks down the street. The free breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very clean and quiet. I stayed here 2 nights for a friend's wedding and it was perfect. The rooms were great, the breakfast was great, and the pool was great - towels were really small though! I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Livermore area.

We stayed here one night to attend a friend's wedding in Livermore. I was pleased with the free parking, overall cleanliness and value. They didn't have a king room available so we got 2 doubles, but the room was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was GREAT. Waffles, eggs, muffins, juices, cereals. Would definitely stay there again.

It was unsually cold and rainy the day we checked in. When we turned on the heater it did not work. We called the front desk and asked to have it fixed or move us. they told us the maintenance department would send someone right away. No one ever came. We used the extra blanket in the closet. Also we asked for a non smoking room. we kept smelling smoke. […] When we opened the drapes some of the hotel staff was smoking right outside our window . We were very impressed with the whole hotel. The breakfast area is very large, they have scrambled eggs, waffles, lots of different types of breads. The rooom was very nice, except for the heater/air conditioner, we couldn't keep the temp correct. The bathroom was big, bed comfortable, a couch, nice TV. Overall, very nice.

Everything was great from the room to the housekeeping staff to breakfast. The ice machine on the first floor was broken for the four nights we stayed so we had to traipse up to the second floor every time we wanted ice. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom so when you take a shower, the mirror fogs up and you have to clear it by holding the hair dryer […] up to the mirror for a few minutes or hold the bathroom door open with the wastepaper basket until the mirror clears. The missing bathroom fan has to do with how the building was constructed so not a very easy fix. We stayed at the LaQuinta at the Oakland airport for our last night in California because we were not allowed to extend our reservation one more night because I made the reservation online. The Hampton Inn was clearly the better hotel (for the same price)--better linens (I had to fight with the (thin) bottom sheet all night), better towels, better shower, more and better toiletries, bigger room, bigger bathroom, more storage, more TV channels, much better breakfast, and better front desk personnel who had actual personalities and were helpful and friendly. Excellent experience. Hotel was clean, well apportioned, and quiet. The Monday - Wednesday wine and beer reception was a nice touch, and breakfast was great. If you are looking for an easy place to stay, this is it.

Got a good price at Hotels.com. The courtyard across the street was $35 more dollars a night.

Hotel is close to some restaurants and very close to the freeway. Clean hotel, bed's were comfortable, and like the fact that they had a bible in the room.

+ Breakfast + Fast internet + Pool + Location close to highway + Quite and nice area
