The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and more than adequate. It is our second stay at this hotel and we plan on staying again when we take our daughter back to college in the fall.

Had a very good experience. I stayed because of the rates, but was worth much more than what I paid. I was blessed.

the rooms need new tv. Breakfast was ok, they have signs up that it is dine in only which I don't understand unless someone comes in with a bag. Could tell who worked there unless they had their vest on. They were dressed very causal.

my concern is bathrooms. this one not to clean upon arrival. They did come in and impove it somewhat.

Well, I should have remembered one of the reviews I had read earlier about the motel. I believe someone had said to bring your own pillow. Boy, were they right! I only checked on two of the four pillows in the room (forgot to look at the other two), but they were pretty lumpy. I tried to sleep without a pillow, but finally gave up during the night and […] took the pillow from my baby--the pillow we had brought from our home. Needless to say, I did not sleep good that night. Fortunately, my kids were just happy to be spending a night away so they were happy. And we got a good rate for two rooms. excellent location.

we stayed Friday and sunday. both times mgmt. and staff has made our stay very comfortable. we shall most definitely employ their services in future when we are traveling that way.

Thanks for being a respite after a long day of travel and relief from the traffic. We will stay again on the way to see our grandchildren.

Not a bad last minute stay. Room was generally clean but in need of some upkeep in maintenance.

The hotel anf breakfast was fine. It was a little bit noissy from traffic and people staying there. Asked for info on rewards and the manager, Mr. Patel could not seem to give us any info or sign us up as we had been told he could do by the night check in girl. He suggested we try th internet.

I arrived early--about 11 am--and could not occupy room. Had to wait until about 1:30. But I was treated well and cordially, had a comfortable, clean room. The breakfast provided by the motel was good and served with friendly help. Checkout was easy. The Howard Johnson Cleveland, TN receives my commendation.

Room had bad smell. Plaster was falling off of the ceiling in the bathroom. Bed smelled awful. We will never stay there again.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to, Roaches all over the place, filthy sheets and towels, filthy carpet. Disgusting all over.

i would not recommend this hotel, there was mold growing on the walls, the pool was cloudy and dirty, the rooms are run down and not very clean.

This is an older hotel but our week long stay was good. The staff was very helpful. The iron in our room had dried starch on it and when we call the front desk they brought us a new one immediately. Nothing fancy but worth the money.

Very crlean rooms and surrounding area, staff was friendly during entire stay. Staff was helpful in locating various tourist sites during 3 day stay. Hotel was located next to interstate and a wide variety of restaurants.

The staff are always very friendly. The location is great for my family and I. The room air conditioner did not seem to cool well. We were a bit uncomfortable. I feel that this hotel is a good value for the price you pay.

i enjoyed my stay there the pool was nice and clean the only thing was the pillows they didnt lay good but other than that it was a great place to stay the breakfast was very good and the people that work there was nice

we stayed here bc of price. There was no business center which was inconvenient. We were Forced to eat in the lobby if we wanted to eat. The breakfast only lasted til 9! The coffee looked like tea. It was so watered down...The hotel manager said we could only eat in lobby and made it seem like I should have known this was a requirement. When I asked […] I was dismissed and he started speaking to the next person. When my wife and I got to the room it smelled old and we had to fabreze and lysol the room til the smell was gone. As well as we cleaned the air conditioner bc of all the dust and grime buildup! While cleaning we found dirty socks! We only stayed bc the reservation was nonrefundable. this hotel is in dire need of updating and a thorough and detailed cleaning! As well as some revisions to the breakfast "Rules"! if ur just looking for a Cheap place to stay then go for it but if ur looking for a stay with any sort of quality service or additional amenities you should seriously reconsider if you can do so financially!! We spent one night traveling to a funeral. The bed was lumping with broken springs which poked in my back.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The price was too high for the condition of the room. Never again will I stay there!!!

Nothing spectacular about the motel, but the staff were very helpful with recommending places to eat in town, and also preparing great waffles for breakfast.

Not the nicest place but certainly adequate and acceptably clean. Staff was friendly/helpful. For the price we would stay there again. Breakfast only till 9am.

Relatively inexpensive place to stay. Not new. Friendly staff. Close to interstate, food, shopping, etc. Would consider staying again.

Good bed, clean room - better than we expected considering the low rate

The positives-the management (very friendly), microfridge and location. The negatives-older hotel. It just needs some updates. There were no "real problems". For the price, it really is a good hotel.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned more throroughly. I asked if there was a place to print out some directions and was told by the staff that they didn't have internet access in the lobby, but all the rooms did. I explained I needed to print something and having internet access in my room was fine, but not what I needed. He said he was busy with breakfast […] and would have to wait until he was finished with breakfast to assist me. I waited for a while with no assistance from the staff. the room was a pit. sheets didn't fit matress, toilet leaked all over bathroom floor and shower didn't drain at all.

It was an old hotel and needed many updates. The rooms were dark and damp smelling. The pool was under renovation and we thought it was unfair to find out upon arrivall....and so did our kids

I have stayed here twice, always friendly personell. Rooms are clean, location is great If anything is needed responce is quick I would reccomend this hotel to anyone

I guess for the price it was alright. I wasn't expecting some amazing hotel but it just seemed pretty dingy and not very nice. I wouldn't say it APPEARED dirty, but the overall feel just wasn't very clean.

The best budget motel I've stayed at in recent memory. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

the desk clerks and the man making waffle were extremely kind, courteous, and most professional. We were very impressed with HoJo since I actually thought they went out of business. Great job and we will definitely stay again.
