Hilton New York - Νέα Υόρκη

The Hilton hotel New York is a really good hotel in the center of Manhattan. It is a little expensive, but everything (except the small double room) is as you expect to be. Great service, great location, clean rooms and happy people. The only thing that was not nice is the extra charge for the use of the internet and the the breakfast that is not included […] (in that price they have to serve you breakfast for free!) The people in the reception were really helpful and solve all our problems that we faced in our 12-days stay. For example, they changed our room immediately, when we complained (it was old and small) and helped us with all the tickets that we wanted to buy (for broadway, Nba, etc). I would highly recommend the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Location and service was great.

stayed in an executive room right on the top floor. Looked very old and dated with some paint peeling off the ceiling. However the lounge was first rate and the breakfast and hors d' oeuvres were fantastic. Location of the hotel was amazing - we walked to see Chicago in under 10 minutes and central park was only 4 blocks away. one significant downside […] was that they charge for every little something they can get away with eg Wifi and for leaving our bags for a few hours after checkout which just makes the place feel cheap. I've never stayed in a hotel that charges for bags storage before. There really is no excuse to charge for things like this separately, especially the wifi. My only compliant is that WIFI isn't included, except for the lobby which doesn't have seating UNLESS you buy a drink. LAME. Staff was OK--the cleaning crew was much more friendly than the conciege. The room was very comfortable and I LOVED the shampoo and soap!

We had a great but short stay. Looking forward to returning for our next visit in November.

Great location - rooms really great size for NYC - fast and efficient service - car down in 5 min after call to valet!

Arrived at 7pm and my prepaid executive floor room was not ready. Had to stay first night in a deluxe room and by the second day was moved to an executive floor room next to the elevator shaft that kept me awake at night. We came to see The Mountaintop, but before the weekend was over we saw two additional broadway shows. I would say this was my best NYC trip. The location of the hotel was perfect...close to broadway, close to 5th Ave, close to Rockefeller plaza, and not too far away from Central Park. The hotel was excellent and we could see Central Park in the distance...they […] let us do a late check-out (2pm)which was very important to us since we didn't leave until 6pm. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The room had two double beds and was a little snug, but that worked for us. No complaints, just a fact. The bathroom was clean. This is a great hotel in a great location. My family of 6 stayed in this hotel for 12 nights over Christmas and New Year and it was fantastic. The toilets in the the rooms blocked but were fixed straight away. The hotel was perfect since it is walking distance to times square and the broadway shows. The rooms are spacious unlike many other NYC hotels (especially for the reasonable price). This is my 2nd time staying here and would definately stay again during my next visit into the city!

Great stay! Staff was excellent. The hotel is very large and busy, ofcourse it would be it's NYC. Catching a cab was a breeze right outside the lobby. Would def recommend to New Yorkers and to travelers.

We've stayed here several times and love the location and overall experience. But the room we were in this time was way too hot -- temperature set on 78 degrees in January -- and it couldn't be adjusted. They offered no solution except to open the window slightly. This is a great hotel, but they nickle and dime you for everything. Expect to pay 15 dollars for the gym, 18 dollars for internet that does not work plus other charges. Great hotel and location overall though.

Continential Breakfast was great -- staff helpful and friendly -- great location for walking to many most see locations

Great hotel great location. Always happy to be in New York. Love this place can't wait to get back here. The people were very nice at the hotel. Don't believe the hype that New Yorkers are rude people, they are great people.

We were there to go to a play. Chose the hotel based on price & location. With our 3 yr old daughter, did not want to have to walk too far to see the sights. Radio City was 1 block down, Rock Center was another 1/2 block over. My daughter loved watching the ice skaters! Close to Times Square, stores on 5th Ave, and Central Park. it snowed the weekend […] we were in the city, so it was nice to be able to walk to Central Park and let the girl play in the white stuff. Hotel was fine, it was great they had a garage. Overpaid a little for the parking, but it was worth it for the convenience. Very easy to drop off the luggage and the family without having to leave the hotel. Check in/ check out was very simple. The room was clean, more than adequate for our stay. Hotel was very clean. Easy access to great restaurants and Broadway Shows. This was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it was very special!

I will stay at this Hilton every time I visit NYC. I was steps from shopping, broadway and great restaurants. Perfect location and excellent service.

We loved our stay at the Hilton New York. Check-in was a breeze. All of the staff at the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to the bell captain were courteous and professional. Fantastic location. Room was enormous for a NY hotel.

Very happy with the accommodation, location and quality of the Hotel. Very busy over Christmas and one had to queue for breakfast. Staff worked hard to ensure every one was catered for, with minimal delays.

I had the absolute best time at the Hilton . Go there you wont be dissapointed.

This hotel was just alright. It was in a great location to Times Square, but the "smoke free hotel" room smelled like cigarette smoke. I Am a stickler for a clean bathroom and this bathroom did not meet my standards. The room was nice and renovated, but the bathroom was small and could have definitely used some work. Booked a room with a king bed and got one with 2 doubles - also when we woke up in the morning- we opened the curtains and were staring right a HUGE A/C unit blocking our window! I think when you book through a third party agency at a discount they give you the worst room they can get away with.

This hotel is close to shopping, some of the most elegant bars, restaurants, the most beautiful houses of worship, central park, and all other possible attractions that are available in NYC. It is also near all forms of public transportation. As a native of the 5 boroughs who moved upstate 39 years ago, it is wonderful to come back home often because […] it is soooo homey and convenient at this Hilton!!!! We got a great rate at the Hilton New York. The hotel was clean & the rooms were great for the price. The location was central- between Times Square & Central Park. Will stay here again if they continue to undersell the competition.

would highly recommend hotel very clean and staff friendly. only thing i would say if your scared of height let them know as u wouldnt want to be on 30th floir. definately visit again. 5th avenue 10 minutes walk and got mini supermarket opposite for snacks, toileties etc

The hotel overal was ok, but there were some extra charges. There was a charge for wifi to use in the room, to store our luggages and shopping bags in the storage room there was a charge for each items. Our daughter and son in law stayed in a nice boutique hotel walking distance fromour hotel and that hotel did not have any extra charges, they paid […] the same rate per night as we did, their room had a king size bed (ours was queen) and their hotel had a nice small room at the lobby that had coffee making machine which was handy to have a quite coffee brake after long day adventure (it was free too.) Couldn't ask for a more optimal location in the city, whether there for business or pleasure. We particularly recommend an Excecutive Level reservation. The 44th floor Executive Lounge offers a perfect setting to relax day or evening; meet other guests; and enjoy bar and complimentary refreshments.

Very rude service!! Got charged for something we did not authorize. Be careful

Loved most of our hotel stay. Great location, great staff, and had a wonderful time. My only complaints were, the breakfast food, (eggs in particular) tasted like plastic, and the sausage terribly greasy. It was awful. but the waiter was great. We didn't get charged for the buffet, which was more than what would have been my charge, since I ordered […] off the menu. Very nice of them. The other problem was one of the elevators wasn't working for two days. it caused a huge back log of people trying to get to and from their rooms. they did let us use the service elevator, and it certainly helped, but many did not know about this other option. This hotel was perfect for our visit to NYC. The location is fantastic (close to Central Park, Times Square, Broadway, neighborhoods, subway lines, & TONS of great restaurants). We had a nice room that was clean, relatively quiet, and the hotel staff were friendly. I will DEFINITELY go back.
