"Quality Inn Oakwood"
This hotel was just fine. The staff were really cordial and pleasant. They had a nice clean pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good, not fancy but just fine. I would recommend this hotel as a fairly-priced, clean and pleasant place to stay.

Our 3rd stay here. No disappointments or unpleasant surprises. Beds comfortable, linen snowy white, lots of big, soft white pillows, parking convenient. breakfast room clean, attended by staff, huge selection of breakfast items, shouldn't disappoint anyone. Stayed before, will stay again, recommended to friends, who also not disappointed.
The staff were amazing and helpful and very curtious. The hotel was close to shopping and restauraunts and the breakfast was good too.
"Spokane northside"
The only complaint I have is our room had a weird smell to it. At first we thought maybe it was the cleaning product. But after entering it again it was almost like a body odor smell. The comforter also had a chunk of nasty on it. We had to roll it off and turn up the heat. Had we not already unpacked we would of asked for a different room. Next time […] I will. "Great deal"
We got a great deal through Hotel.com. It was an excellent deal for the price. My only complaint was that the hot tub was down for repairs.

Great price for the night, A bit outdated rooms, but was clean. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

I've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Great value for the price! Friendly staff, clean rooms.

We stay here every time we stay the nite in Spokane. Has always been clean and the staff is very friendly. The grandchildren enjoy the pool in the summer and there is a Cosco next door.

"Clean, Convenient and a great value"
When some hotels reach a certain age it appears that the staff no longer cares about maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, not so with this hotel. I was comfortable, I was pleased.

"perfect"
Came for medical reasons and stayed here because the hotel is exactly halfway between the specialist's office and the hospital. The staff could not be more sympathetic; safe area; spotless room; everything more than we could have asked for. Highly satisfied.
Nice hotel, good central location, breakfast food so-so. The only thing I did not like was the bed pillows. They are less than half the size they should be. I had to request 4 additional the second night.

"Almost Perfect"
Overall, I have to say that this is a wonderful hotel. A great value for the money - the staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating, the property and rooms are clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds and a very good complimentary breakfast. There is only one problem that we experienced, actually, it was only my husband that had […] the problem, but it was enough of an annoyance that it might be a deal killer from us staying at this hotel again. And it's a complaint that you probably have never read about. I will try to explain this as delicately as I can. They have installed water saving toilets in the rooms, and that in itself is a good thing. The problem with these toilets is that they must have been designed by women or eunuchs - the water level in the bowls is very high - there is only 4 inches from the top of the water to the bottom of the toilet seat - needless to say, fine for a woman, but for a middle aged man whose "dangly bits" tend to dangle lower every year - it is a rude awakening to have one's "intimate anatomy" be plunged into a bowl of cold water. To say that he didn't like it is a huge understatement. Anyway, I just wanted to give you all fair warning that your menfolk might take exception to the restroom fixtures. You can giggle if you like - and yes, I admit, it is kind of funny, but not if you are the one who must deal with this. It will make a man get real grumpy real fast.
