Hilton Orange County / Costa Mesa - Κόστα Μέσα

3 out of 4 elevators did not work to go to 7th executive floor. very noisey due to a kids retreat so was able to have price reduction but not worth it. This is my last night and have the opportunity to stay another 90 days due to business but not worth the price. Do this day they are still working on one last elevator. I was very surprised at how much I liked this Hilton. I went for a 3 day conference, perfect place for that. The hotel staff was great. They were very nice and helpful and actually acted like they meant it. Loved room service. I even watched 2 movies that were up for an academy award that weren't out on Netfix or other rental places yet. I would definitely […] go back and would refer a friend to stay there. I paid in advance for this hotel, and informed the hotel of this fact when I checked in. They did say they would have to hold my card for $50 to cover incidentals - which is fine. Most places do this. When they charged my account they charged for the whole amount of the room plus tax. Not good. When I called they said they would refund my money, however, […] they were not apologetic about it at all and it just seemed like a normal buisness transaction to them. Beautifull decor , wonderfully helpful staff , outstanding resterant and bar ~ Location is perfect for both shopping , beach , Theater , and very close to the fwy , north to LA or South to San Diego ~ I will stay here over and over again and again ~

Hotel was a bit dated and they charged $26 a day for parking... Seems a bit crazy from not being in LA. Although the people were quite nice, I dont think I will go back again for this reason.

Hotel front desk advised us that we were not allowed to have a new year's eve party in our rooms. Signs at the parking garage said the same. A quiet night? NOT. A party in the conference/convention area took it outside at midnight. Whoopee!

We stayed there for Disneyland and beach. The location was excellent. We were hoping for a little refrigerator and free parking. But no refrigerator and about $21 for parking per day. Overall, it was a good stay.

hotels.com needs updated info on closures at hotels. Although the rooms were nice, we chose this hotel specifically for its proximity to south coast plaza and the swimming pool. VERY disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were closed and not very convenient and didnt use pool across the street as very inconvenient and would have planned day differently […] and stayed at another hotel if we know pool was out of commission. Complimentary Internet was a nice touch. Convenient exercise facilities and Starbucks.

We came to this hotel on business, found it to be very comfortable, Bar was very good bit expencsive $31.00 for three drinks, but Larry was awsome on sunday night. The rest of the staff was great. Thanks

Only bad thing is that you have to pay for parking...other than that, it was great!

Great rooms and amenities. With an outstanding breakfast buffet. Self parking is a little difficult with a long walk to the lobby. Better to drop bags at front door with bell man.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Costa Mesa Hilton. It was close to all the beach action but just far enough away to get away from it all in the evening. Super comfy bed and pillows.

They didn't give me breakfast vouchers when I checked in - I had to ask for them. And then they were not going to give me the one I paid for myself. The maid took my face soap. The ironing board broke. Internet in the room was not free. I had a reasonably pleasant stay despite these problems. Bottom line - if you expect to get something, you have to […] ask for it. The hotel was a great location for my needs. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue that we had during our stay was a leaky faucet, maintenance arrived promptly and did their best to fix the problem.

From the valett to the front desk to the rooms and not to mention the food and location , this is a very nice hotle , i have always stayed at Hiltons this one is by far on the top of the list .......More then worth the money for all they offer ~

When I check into my hotel they tell me of a 21 dollar a night for parking my car in their parking structure. That was a hidden charge and was not happy about it and when I spoke to the manager she was rude and talked down to me. Just wanted to say just because they are the hilton does not give them the right to be rude to guests.

This Hilton is close to the mall and major freeways. There is also great Japanese food in the area and a spectacular Japanese market with a nice food court. I love this hotel for the location and for the many nice restaurants in the area.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Hilton Costa Mesa. The room had two Queen Size beds and was very spacious. The hotel is in a wonderful location - close to South Coast Plaza, Newport and Huntington Beaches. The hotel provides a great shuttle service to and from the Plaza. The hilton hotel in Costa Mesa, becomes our rendezvous. We always wanted that place. Its very convenient to us. Near the freeways, the mall. and on top of that. we liked the neighborhood. Very quite. We have stayed there for 5 times already. And we will never get tired of that place.

Nice little hotel. Good bar/restarant cafe and strbuckscoffee. Good room service, tasty food

Constructions were going on on some floors which made some noise during the day and disrupted the elevators. Parking is expensive. Otherwise is a great hotel.

Dont get the sliders! Grosssssss Pressed meat like hockey pucks. Come on Hilton you can do better that this

It's a usual Hilton-- nice hotel, but with extra charges for everything! There's a Japanese market right behind the hotel where you can get great food easily.

Don't take a car to park ($21 / day) or plan on using the internet ($13.95 / day)... Not many hotels charge for internet these days and the parking fee was absurd for the location.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful & even checked me in early! Especially after my arrival from a red-eye flight, I was SO appreciative of this gesture!!! GREAT service, great hotel!
