Red Roof Inn Nashville - Music City - Νάσβιλ

The Red Roof Inn Nashville Music City was well cleaned and the staff was very friendly and accomidating. It is an affordable place to stay and a quick drive to downtown. Just wish that the swimming pool was up and running. All in all its a good deal for the money.

We came for the night to go downtown and I was extremely happy with this hotel. They accept dogs, free of charge, which was very convenient, and they love them! We took a taxi downtown, which was about $14 one way, but was well worth it considering parking downtown is $15. I will definitely be staying here again.

So the neighborhood looked a little rough as we pulled in- partially because of the run-down hotel in front of this hotel that we mistook for the hotel. Don't worry- this is a really nice hotel. They accepted our pets with a smile, and we bypassed the free breakfast to walk to the nearby McDonald's- which was high-quality (yes, I'm talking about the […] McD's). the Yellow (?) Taxi (rec'd by the desk) to take us to a wedding in downtown picked up another party (BOO!) but Kwik Cab picked us up super-pronto and Del (the driver) got us there on time and picked us up after and was AWESOME. This hotel is pretty close to downtown Nashville and not in an awful area. It works if you just need somewhere to sleep. The rooms arent the best, our shower had obvious mold on the grout and a huge piece of the bathroom door was broken off. But we weren't staying in there for more than a few hours. The hotel was ok. My last night there made me mad. After a long day I get to my room and my keys does not work. I go to the front desk and they fix it. Now in my room,housekeeping does not make up one of my beds and when I go to take a shower my personal bar soap and body wash are missing. Housekeeping is making this hotel look bad. Great bed, hotel tired needs refresh. Wearing shows on carpet other hard asserts. Nice tv and mostly friendly staff. Confusion on reservations not technically aware, almost gave away our room. Internet drops out frequently.

Didn't have a great stay. Night we got there the front desk girl was overwhelmed as I am assuming they were short staffed that night. The room we got hadn't been cleaned yet and it was 2 hours after check in time. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the age of the hotel has left a lot of wear and tear and the building and furniture. We did report to the staff that we had a light that didn't work and the TV remote did not work.

We left after waiting 30 minutes for a room to be cleaned at 4:30. When we got to the room it smelled terrible. We decided not to stay and as we left a woman was begging in the parking lot for money. The front door glass was blown out with tape all over it. May be okay if your expectations are very low.

Free breakfast is bagels and muffins. The bathroom needed updating, the counter was cracking in places. There was one sample pack of only shampoo.

Upon walking in the door, I was disappointed. The girl at the front desk was in her hoodie, counting down the seconds until she was off. Oh and her sketchy boyfriend was sure to be there waiting for her as well. She had more gossip to tell the new girl coming in to work, than the concern of telling me anything. The room was very clean. The bathroom was tiny tho hard to close the door without climbing in the shower first. We never got the extra pillows we asked for and the hotel wasn't even full. But overall it was a pleasent stay and I would stay here again because of price and being close to I-24.

There were numerous bad reviews about the hotels in this area. I was a little worried when I booked this one. It was the most expensive in the area but still very cheap. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It was not a five star but I only payed little so I did not expect it. I only stayed here for one night. Good morning please note that this motel was very nasty with very poor reviews. Had change rooms 3 times. One room had been pried open with a screw driver and was standing open.the next room air not working next room very dirty.

The young lady at the front desk was rude. When I opened the door to my room, there was a hole in the exterior wall where the AC unit should have been. Nothing covering it, just an open hole.

The ONLY two complaints I have are minor (imo). There were some stains on the bedspreads, but they were clean, and the TV had color issues on the sides of the screen. Other than that, the rooms were extremely nice, the beds comfortable, the bathroom clean, the shower hot, and the location convenient.

Hotel staff pleasant when reservation delayed coming through to their system. Rooms average, bathrooms recently renovated, beds average, and quiet inside the rooms from outside traffic. Found cheaper rate online. Convenient location, walk able to The District and right next to major highways. Safe location.

This hotel is so gross that my daughter and I slept on the top of the bed in our clothes and took baths in the morning, changed and left. The food available for breakfast smelled so bad. The hotel was located near the express highway system and easy to travel to all locations. The people at the desk (esp. Mike) were very helpful in trying to help us with directions. They were kind and courteous.

However, one of the main reasons I booked this hotel over others in the area was because of their fitness room. While they did have a fitness room, it only had 3 cardio machines. The stationary bike didn't […] work at all - the machine wouldn't turn on. The elliptical machine was outdated, badly designed, and sounded like it was going to break the whole time. The treadmill functioned, but the speed wasn't calibrated correctly so it said you were moving faster than you actually were. It was impossible to get a reading on how far I ran.
