I should start by saying that this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star. The hotel has two story buildings of apartments built all around two pools and is full of trees and plants making the place look beautiful. The room was very comfy, with a very good air-conditioning inside the whole room, bathroom was very big but the shower looked a bit dirty. Food at the restaurant was also nice (buffet style with many options). The drawbacks. There seemed to be a lack of organization in the reception and between the employees there. When we first arrived they asked for my visa to pay for my stay while I had already paid online. I had to make a phone call to hotels.com, since they never offered a telephone device, to finally find out that indeed I had paid and they did not see that on the system. There excuse was that they only recently had started working with hotels.com I asked to extend my stay for some hours since my flight was late at night, the employee said that this could be done until 10 pm and I paid. When the check out day came they called and said that we had to leave the room by 6 pm. We took our time and left around 7.30 pm and they agreed that they won't charge me any extra. Not that if they planned to do so I would have paid. The only reason I might suggest this hotel is the good price. - I need to mention that a friend I met there left from day one and went to another hotel because his room was very dirty, so just consider that as well. -
Location.

"Great spot in Sharm El Sheikh"
Great spot that is close near the airport (don't let the taxi drivers convince you otherwise - about 15 minutes away at the most). Nice villas on the beach and very convenient walk to shops and restaurants.

Resort is 5 star, centraly situated. will always rebook at this resort, all staff members were very friendly and helpfull at all times.

good hotel breakfast was ok we were upgraded to a family room without asking which was very nice of them. fantastic location, a few minutes walk form main namaa bay centre
"A Relaxing Break"
The complex of the hotel is like a little village with shops, restaurants and a few pools. My intention was to go there to sleep, relax, and do whatever struck my fancy. And I did just that! Thank you for providing a place that was relaxing and peaceful. Just what my soul needed!
"Hilton Fayrouz - Good hotel in great location"
As long as you know what to expect when going to Sharm El Sheikh, then you will not be dissapointed with the Hilton Fayrouz. It is clean, staff are generally good and helpful and the hotel has everything you need. The location of the hotel really makes the difference; its own private beach and within walking distance to the bars & restaurants of Naama […] bay, but without the noise. Having all male staff (as in most places in Sharm) does mean that some gave too much attention to my girlfriend, but hey I guess I should be proud! Hotelli Hilton 4 tähteä. Odotukset on jossain hyvän puolella. Todellisuus: lisävuode rikki, vaihtoon. Tv rikki, ei vaihdettu edes pyynnöstä, tenniskentällä edes verkko ei ole ehjä, isoin allas ei ole lämmitetty, aamiainen on kärpästen paratiisi, palvelu tunkeilevaa, suihkun sekoittaja seilaa kylmästä kuumaan, ovet roikkuu lattioissa kiinni...Netti 7 […] e tunti. "Calme et volupté"
Bien placé, au cœur de Naama bay, vraiment au bord de l'eau, ce qui est loin d'être le cas de beaucoup d'autres: parfait pour les plongeurs mais aussi pour les autres.
Buiten de algemene tevredenheid, een extra ster voor de buitengewone goede bedden....sliepen er beter dan in ons eigen bed...maar dit kan natuurlijk liggen aan de kwaliteit van ons bed...!
