The sleep number beds were great, and the staff could not have been friendlier!

Absolutely fabulous! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. Clean, close to everything, and very safe. Without a doubt would stay there again.

It was a good stay for us, there were a few things when we first showed up, like a fish smell, but that aired out pretty quick. Other than that it was good I cant complain and we would go back if we head to Jacksonville again.

The bath tub could use a rubber mat to prevent a person from slipping. This was my first experience with Number Beds. I did not like them. I tried adjusting the firmness, but the mattress has a firm/hard outter side to it. It was like being in a box. The person with me commented on that feature of it, too. Regular mattresses are better :)

Hotel was in a great safe area surrouded by other nice hotels. You could easily jump right onto the main highway to get around. Dave and Busters is walking distance (really - no car needed).The staff was VERY NICE. The room was clean with everything in order. The rooms are equipped with Sleep Number beds. One of ours did not work (but since it was only […] my husband and I, we didn't complain). The bed that did work felt lovely! The outside of the hotel looks very old and dingy, especially when you drive past all the other hotels on that strip. The inside was clean and the employees were very friendly. The only thing I found odd was that for the first time in about five years I stayed in a hotel where a continental breakfast was not included with the rate.

Great place to rest

Very nice service and friendly employees. Great location. The lobby and hallways smelled like a really crappy bathroom, but not in the room. Otherwise, the hotel was great deal!

Staff extremely nice and helpful. Cheerleaders from all over the south were there and never heard any hallway or next door room noise! Major plus for us! Along with an extremely comfortable bed. We have found a place to stay when we come to Jacksonville for our "one night" getaways! Only when you make reservation get specific directions. The turn in […] can be a tad confusing. The hotel was much nicer than expected, people all very nice. There is a local phone charge and it is quite steep, use your cell phone and save the money. Other than that everything was great

This hotel was fabulous for the entire family...Very clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. We will surely be staying here from now on when in the area. The staff was very helpful, polite, and readily available for all of your needs.

The room was clean when we arrived, but needed some repair. Handle on sink faucet was broken, shower curtain needed to be cleaned/replaced. Safe needs instructions posted. During our stay the toilet broke. Breakfest was very good. Diner was not as good, I did tell the night manager and she said she would let someone know.

Professional, courteous staff .... luxurious accommodations, very clean rooms, easily accessible from I-95 ... would definitely stay here again!

We booked this place for the night before our cruise to Bahamas. Great hotel with easy access to the port of departure. Highly recommeded!

Just a little difficult to find, but well worth it. Great crew, great room, best I have seen in a long time.

The stay there was very pleasant. The customer service was outstanding. The room was clean!! I was very happy and comfortable!!

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks while having renovations to our home. It was a far better experience than expected. The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We found the hotel pretty easy. The lobby was very nice. The hallway to our room though smelled very bad. It made me a little afraid about the room. But the room ended up being cool, clean and smelled clean. I was very relieved. We went to eat at the restaurant there in the hotel as we were too tired to go anywhere. The prices were very good. The hostess […] we had was great!! She was so nice. The guy at the bar was very nice too. You do need to get him another ice machine as I was very unhappy that I could not get the frozen pina colada that I wanted. He said his machine had been broke for a while. The salads that we had for dinner were out of this world!! The chicken could not have been any better. I didn't even need salad dressing on it. I was very happy!! The sleep number bed on the other hand was not so great. My daughter in law was with me and neither one of us liked the bed. My main complaint were the pillows. They were as hard as rocks. I really hated the pillows. I had a hard time getting to sleep that night with them. I have never had pillows in a hotel that hard. I loved the Radisson Hotel. The girls who worked mid shift were so kind and even let me ask them opinions about my hair and clothing for a special dinner I was going to with my boyfriend, I needed to make sure I looked AMAZING!!! I was traveling alone so it felt comforting to have those two ladies help me in making decisions. Easy check-in, easy check-out, nice staff and very clean and nice room! The bathroom was especially nice with granite counters! Felt like home!

Great location just off I-95 and easy access to the 9A bypass around Jacksonville. Large room, comfortable, clean, courteous staff. Only needed to stay one night while traveling, but would definitely stay here again for vacation.

Overall better then average. The common areas are showing some age, the room was comfortable with a sleep number bed which provided a customizable level of firmness. My second visit and I would go back on a third. Good value.

After having our keys not work and changing the lock, we entered a food smelling room. This was caused having been situated over the kitchen. It got better after the kitchen closed, but was stronger in the morning. Our closed smelled awful. They offer the Number Bed, but the control did not work. There was a lot of dust and dirt under the bed and the drain of the shower was clogged. I made a list of all this and gave it to the receptionist in the morning and when I came back in the evening the control, dirt and clogged drain were the same. We stayed for the weekend to see the Jax Airshow and were very pleased with this hotel. The staff at check-in and check-out were outstanding. Some of the best desk staff I've ever dealt with. The room was very nice and clean with a pullout sofa for my daughter. Sleep number bed was a plus. Only thing missing was a complementary breakfast.
