After we checked into our room we went to get some dinner. When we arrived back to the hotel,SOMEONE ELSE WAS IN OUR ROOM!!! A couple with two dogs had been given our same room!!!! They were as shocked as we were when we opened the door with the key. One of the bags we had left in the room was taken to the front desk because the people thought it had […] just been left behind. We were given a different room. Wind noise was horrible since the seal around the window wasn't good. Our adult kids in a room close by didn't have any of the wind noise. Ice machine didn't work. Bathroom sink faucet handle came off in your hand when you tried to turn the water on. We kept the chain lock on the door. Stayed here several years ago. Not the same at all. No blanket on bed just sheet and thin bedspread. No cups, rings in bathtub and two minutes of hot water for a shower. Brrrrrr! Carpet was old and dirty. TV was at least 15 years old. Two thumbs down.

We were traveling through Utah, and stayed at the Days Inn in Richfield. It was easy to find, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The downtown location allowed us to take a nice stroll through town, and check out some shops. I would recommend this stop to anyone in the area.

We stop in Ritchfield UT. once a yr. on our way to Nevada, for a golf tourny in Mesquite. Every time we have stayed in a different motel. This time at the chose the Days Inn. The new owner and his wife were so nice and helpful.They are doing a lot of work restoring the place.They were charming people. We had a good sleep,and a good breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and breakfast good. Disappointed to find the restaurant closed down, however there are lots of others close by. Hotel close to the 89 and scenic drives.

Although a little dated, the rooms are large, clean and comfy. The continental breakfast was adequate with one big exception, there was no fresh fruit available.

The hotel is situated in the middle of town with easy access to the I-70. For the money, it is a real deal. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside pool was likewise clean, although a little small. Unfortunately the Spa was not very hot and some of the jets did not work. Breakfast in the AM was on a par with more expensive motels and included […] waffles. If I had to find something to criticize, it would be the parking lot where on the end of the building there are potholes. The breakfast was great. The hotel stuff took a lot of initiative to solve our issues even when we checked in at 4 am in the morning. Very helpful staff. Should stay here ..

Map Quest and my GPS took me to a rural area no where near the hotel. The directions at Hotel.com were no help either. My husband finally looked up Google maps from home and called me with directions. When I told the man, who I assumed was the owner, he said, "that happens a lot.” He did make a bed change to accommodate my small family which I was grateful. Then, […] he handed us our keys but never directed us to our room or elevators. The room was 205 so I assumed it was UP stairs. No.. after reaching the next floor with a two and four year old via the stairs and baggage we discovered they were 300 series rooms. So we trekked back down. Keep in mind the gentleman at the front desk witnessed all of this with no comment. He was very nice but not helpful. The room was clean but in much need of updating. There were some cosmetic changes but you could tell they were not done with any skill. There was new wall paper put over old that was already peeling. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning although loud worked well. The walls between rooms are paper thin. A woman checked in late and was on her cell next door. we told them we had acat and they said they were animal friendly place. The y never mentioned when we booked there was a charge for pets , our only negative comment

I stayed at this motel because it was conveniently located off the 70 freeway during a road trip. The rooms were spacious, with good amenities (microwave and fridge in every room). However, the pool was full of dead insects, and appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. In addition, the hot tub was too hot to stay in for more than a minute.

I only stayed one night and have never had such a bad experience. That evening I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. The lady at the front desk was very rude in telling me and some other guests how we could deal with it. The next morning there was still no hot water and I was refused a refund.

The price was cheap and the location was great. There were some stains in the sheets and the hotel generally had an "old" smell.

wonderful place to stay. excellent prices on rest.very satisfied.my hubby and I stayed at alot of hotels.we are retired and traveled all over the united states.this hotel was at the top of our list.

the place was nice, the only thing that was very upsetting was when the front desk call right at midnight to keep our kids quiet, when we checked in it was only my daughter and me (adults) My daughter was very upset for the call and I had a hard time tfalling back to sleep after a long drive. and I had a very long drive the next day.

We found the staff helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and restful for two road weary travellers.

According to mgr everyone's GPS directions are wrong and it takes to the airport off exit 37 instead of exit 40 - Contact GPS and make corrections.(Garmin)

The first room we were given had not been cleaned. The beds were not made, there was trash in all of the bins, and there were no clean towels. We promptly requested a new room when the attendant informed us that "this is the 2nd time today that this has happened," so there is clearly an issue with the cleaning service here. upon arrival I was told that each room had microwaves and refidgerators the room they gave me had neither the room was very nice and clean and it had new furinishings I asked them about the microwave and refridgerator and they gave me another room this room was very dark furnishings were much older and it did not have the feel of the first. I said as […] much and decided to just stay in the second room I needed the fridge... it was noisy could hear the next peoples TV above mine and found some rat droppings in the closet runners.... that did it for me I never want to stay there again. The motel accommodations were as requested. King bed; large room, small bathroom. The tub/shower combination had mold around the tile. The hot water was quick and plentiful. There was a cable modem for wired internet connection but the guest had to supply his/her own Cat 5 cable. A 10% discount was provided to attached restaurant and next morning's […] hot breakfast was free (no bacon or sausage included). Dinner fare was standard; nothing exceptional. Hotel and room was clean. Air conditioner was extremely loud and rattled for quite a while after it shut off. It's right downtown so you can walk around and shop.

We spent two nights at this hotel. It is an older hotel that has a horrible smoke (vegas) smell. You can hear every little noise in the room. Staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. Good place to stay for the budget minded individual.

First off it was creepy. I didn't feel safe in this hotel. Also wasn't the cleanest. The people were great though. I just think I could have found a better hotel for that price.

Awesome. Best hotel on our cross country trip. Was well beyond our expectations with a super friendly staff, great restaurant, just-right pool and hot tub, and huge open room (with a really comfortable bed). They were extra pet friendly too. Toaletten ostädad, mycket äckligt. Fick annat rum, här var toaletten troligen städad men fläckar på täcket. Man får vad man betalar för, men anser att toaletten ska vara städad.

l'hotel entier a besoin d'être rénové la salle de bain n'était pas très propre internet via modem mais cable ethernet manquant
