We enjoyed our stay, everyone was kind and hte hotel was very clean. We will stay there again

Not up to Hampton standards. We had to refuse the first room becauseof the odor. No Refrigerator or Microwave in the room and no snacks in the evening. There was also an unusual sign at the front desk saying that they had the right to refuse anyone living in a 50 mile radius from staying at the hotel!

Great, clean hotel for a great price and it included breakfast. The Hampton was managed and maintained very well.

All the staff members were very helpful and excremely nice

When food ran out it toom quite a while with protest from staff to replace

Very clean place and comfort.

There were multiple mentions about our room indicating Hilton's concern for the environment, to include replacement of plastic cups by ones based on plant fiber. Unfortunately, it seems that this reliance on plant fiber may have extended to the eggs and omelettes served at breakfast. Fortunately, there were other choices rather than these once-frozen […] egg dishes. On the whole, this was a pleasant and convenient place to stay while visiting the Vanderbilt Estate. We very much enjoyed our stay The indoor pool was heated . The hot breakfast was very good and the coffee was delicious. Friendly service. We will pick this place again when headed that way.

The Hampton In I-26 Asheville is a very comfortable hotel. All of the staff were exceptional. Finding it from the freeway was easy, and the parking plentiful. Pool and Spa were very clean. Room is nice, and very fresh. The only drawback was for 4 of us with 2 King beds...the room just a little small. We stayed two nights and had excellent service. We requested additional towels and the were promptly delivered to our room. The breakfast that was provided was good but the attendant needed help keeping up with the demand. Had to wait for forks and spoons to be replenished.

Nice clean hotel but couldn't believe there wasn't a hair dryer in our room.

I was very satisfied with the hotel and its location. The only thing I was not satisfied with is it lack of amenities such as hairdryer, refrigerator, and the little items that alot of the other hotels have. That would be my biggest complaint, but other than that the hotel was great, the staff was friendly, and most importantly it was clean.

The hotel was clean and quiet with a decent breakfast and good wi-fi connections. My only knock was that it was in an out of the way area where there were not a large selection of good restaurants and the food was all fried and not of healthy quality. Not the restaurant's fault though.

New, modern hotel Breakfast room somewhat to small given the many guests

Loved the decor...it was very attractive, both in the lobby and in the room. The comforter was way too heavy...we did not find blankets we could have used hidden in the closet until the next morning.

The only drawback to the hotel is that it is not as close to Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville as we would have liked. The drive, though, is fairly easy (even with the road construction close to the hotel). The breakfast choices were healthy and delicious! The room was comfortable and attractive.

We loved the decor and amenities. The breakfast and snacks were great. The staff were helpful and kind. Very clean and up to date. Great place to stay!

We love this hotel. We have never been disappointed in the people, service or room. We have always found them to be friendly and eager to please.

the hotel staff sent us the a great BBQ place called the fiddlin pig good food and live music and about ten minutes away. breakfast was good adn the service was great.

Nice hotel with good breakfast (lots of options and included with stay) conveniently located close to the Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Comfortable place to stay.

Stayed at this Hampton Inn due to the great reviews. Hotel is very clean as well as the pool area and hot tub. Pool need to be warmer, too cool to really swim comfortably. Breakfast was good with a lot of selection to choose from and lots of seating. Only a few improvements needed, after checking in I asked to be moved to the other side of hotel due […] to interstate noise and was told it wasn't that bad at night. I insisted on moving and was put into a room with a view of the overhang and could only see top of trees. The staff did not seem to be very helpful with trying to decide which might be the best excursions and was told they all had a view of the mountains. The other thing is please for the price put a real coffee cup in the rooms. It is the small things that make the stay memorable.
