The Doubletree by Hilton has to be my favorite place to stay in Spokane. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is great! Their bedding is wonderful and the location could not be more perfect! Love it!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the cookies at check-in were delicious! Convenient for conference center and INB center.

Very comfortable room and very welcoming staff. This was my second time staying here and was great both times. Spencer's is a wonderful restaurant with excellent service.

We chose to stay there when the show we were going to see was right next door at the INB. It was perfect, cross the street to well known restaurants, a couple blocks away from even more and across the parking lot from the INB. Staff very friendly and helpful. DoubleTrees are a great chain. We intentionally asked for the least expense room because we didn't plan to spend a lot of time there. The room was in need of upgrades and the tile grout had mold and there were finishes that were just falling apart. I'm okay with the outdated look when we got such a good price however I still would expect DoubleTree […] to meet a basic standard - even for a good price. This hotel is very comfortable, the restaurant downstairs is worth trying and you can walk to the park, other restaurants and the riverfront shopping center. Hotel is kept very clean and the staff is always nice and professional with plenty of warm cookies on hand when you check in! Great service, great hotel!!

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We had to stay an extra day and the Hotel held the hotels.com pricing for us when we called to extend.

I stayed here on business. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even with a convention on site it did not seem crowded. The desk clerk even gave me an extra cookie as I was doing late night studying!

I would have to say that this was one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. The service was superb, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. This was my first stay at this DoubleTree and I was so impressed that I am sure my husband and I will stay again soon!

Was on a NON-SMOKING floor, but someone was smoking. It was horrible the amount of smell in our room! The security staff was not very friendly when we called about it. We were disappointed with this because we paid for a nice room to avoid this. It is unfortunate...not exactly the hotels fault, but still frustrating!

I stayed here for three nights and my only complaint was the $16/night parking, which is an outrageous amount for hotel guests to pay. In a good location and close to river front park.Good breakfest. bad thing is having to pay so much for parking and the beds are real hard.

I can only say that the walls are very thin! Listened to the guest in the next room snore all night - then heard everything in the hallway bright and early in the morning - everything! Some of your planned decoration budget should go into insulating the walls. We won't be back.

Hotel was old, bathroom was outdated, there was no refrigerator in the room. At the price we paid parking and breakfast buffet should have been included. Not certain I will use hotels.com again.

I was in town for the commencement Ceremonies being held at the INB, It was perfect - only had to pay for parking once, and walked from the Hotel to the INB. Beautiful views of the river park and the warm cookies were perfect. Express Checkout was awesome and the Shutters Cafe in the hotel was perfect for both my and my husbands appetites. Room was really nice and clean, hotel is close to everything in downtown Spokane and the staff was extremely nice.

The entire hotel staff from front desk to restaurant staff were extremely accomodating and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant and comfortable.

Location is perfect for running around downtown for shopping and strolling through the park. Staff are friendly, and the cookies are delicious.

Just a few feet away from the Opera House where we saw The Lion King. The only downside was the fact that there is some remodeling being done that made the entry a lttle challenging. The overall feel was great and I would difinately go there again if there is another show that I attend.

We've stayed here a few times while visiting family and it's a great place. Close to Riverfront park and the kids love the cookies at check-in. Room service is great. Would highly recommend for business or family travel.

great location when attending events at the INB

Great hotel to stay in. Nearby to most local attractions and restaurants. Very comfortable and helpful staff. It could just use an update but I think they have that planned since I saw some info about that in the lobby.

Room was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Would stay again. First class!!

this is not the least expensive hotel in Spokane, but it is very nice and very well located.

Was okay, served its purpose, but by no means it is anything special. Right next to the convention center, so you pay $16 to park in the parking garage which is absurd for Spokane. I had read the reviews and kept it in mind when getting the room and pricing my options, so i was anticipating it. I've stayed at this hotel often, but this was the first time that it wasn't work-related. Things start off great with the free cookies upon registration, but my husband and I were a bit disappointed that just a contintental breakfast was nearly ten bucks (for two small drinks and a break-your-teeth hard pastry). I rolled into town hoping to get a good bed. I spend alot of time in hotels so the bed is key for me. I was not disappointed. I was even upgraded to a better room for no charge and was also given a complimentary full breakfast. I had a great view of the park and the city. Only bad part was I had to check out.

I think that if your gonna pay that much for a hotel room - it was fairly nice. You shouldn't have to pay for parking. Its either $16 or $22 for valet. Hotels.com does not tell you that. It doesn't have a free breakfast but it does have a couple of good restaurants. Great location and a BIG hotel. Would stay there again.

Had a great time, and for a little more we were upgraded to a room with a view to see the fireworks, (offered when we checked in). The extra $'s included the breakfast buffett, so it was worth it. This hotel is located on the river that runs through the park, which has alot of attractions. Plus walking distance to several restaruants. The only negitive […] was the add'l parking charge, $16 per night, that was not mentioned until I got to the hotel. That can add up if you plan on staying a few days.
