Never again. Hotel staff only speaks French, considering Paris is a tourist area. In Hotels.com, the room was advertised as one double bed + 1 single bed. We are a couple and we were given 2 Single detached beds when we arrived at the hotel. The coffee/tea making facilities, the cups were all in plastic, we requested for mugs, but was sent down to restaurant […] as they do not do room service. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two days in Paris. Being a younger couple we did not mind walking further to get to the attractions. It is easy to access, however when we first got there many bums were sleeping right outside the hotel. During the night I would say that saying on the main road is the safest. If you want to be near Montmantre this is a great hotel to stay Reception staff very friendly and english speaking clean atmosphere next to Metro ,Bus and RER

I had a good stay at this hotel, on overall i am happy because it is very close to metro station and there are tons of shops nearby. the reception staff on the other hand are a mixed bunch, some are very friendly and the others are not especially when you ask them about directions to go to certain tourist location in Paris via metro. very brusque attitude […] but i put that behind me and at the end, i had an enjoyable stay! This gem was one block from the "tube" station and busses(15 minutes to everywhere). Adjacent to Kensington Gardens. Room a bit small.

This hotel was a great place to stay for a night. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was very close to the Arc and Eiffel tower. It was also very convenient. The staff was multilingual and were very accommodating!

We liked the location, near the metro and RER, and the restaurant was good. Wifi internet access was great - good speed. It was down for a few hours, but it was free and fast when it was working. IT'S A LITTLE FAR FROM CENTRAL OF PARIS BUT NEAR ESPACE CHAMPERRET VIA TAXI 5 MINS OR UNDER 7 EUROS. ROOM IS CLEAN AND THE RATE IS FARE. SUPERMARKET IS IN 5 MINS WALK. BREAKFAST IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND I SUGGEST TO EAT ACROSS THE STREET.

the shower in this hotel is amazing. the water stays hot and the pressure is strong. the bed was also a king size bed and the mattress was comfortable. this was a good hotel to stay at and very conveniently located to the subway stop. we stayed here before going to the charles de gaulle airport and it was two transit stops awayl. however the trainsit […] was not very convenient but that is another story. the hotel is great place and had a car park for 15 euros a day. Booked the hotel trough hotels.com. Was one of the best rated in the area. Chose it even outside of normal walking distance to attractions because of price and nearness to Metro. The personal is friendly, and there is a subway station just crossing the street, which in Paris is very useful. The rooms are pretty small, but clean.

bus station and metro in 2mins walk, so the location is ok, but the room is a bit tiny and the bathroom is not clean.

1. Unhelpful employees. They would do the bare minimum to satisfy your request, and not an inch more. 2. Smelly, unclean rooms: the first one smelled of dog urine so we requested a change; the second room, where we stayed, had multiple water stains in the ceiling and smelled of mold. Carpets were dirty and smelly. 3. Breakfast was a joke: they charged […] us 10Euros each, made us pay cash before entering, and didn't alerted us that 15 minutes later they were going to pick everything up.. Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are small. Staff is helpful and speaks good english compared to normal france standard. Metro is close and also there are typical french cafes around.

The room is clean but there is hardly any room to move around after you take out the pull out bed. There is a great bakery as well as supermarket nearby. You can get some fried chicken wings or burger from "Quick" which is just opposite the hotel. The post office is also within walking distance. The hotel is very close to the Metro. Unfortunately to get to the hotel from the Metro you have to pass through a tiny area where there are people begging for money and sleeping there. The hotel is pretty basic. The front desk didn't speak much english but were happy to help point out where the sights were on a map and how to get to those on the metro. […] Our room was tiny but no smaller than any other European rooms. 2 single beds and a cot that goes under the bed for our child. Our chief complaint were the bugs. There were these tiny harmless bugs that crawled all over. They got into some hard, packaged candy that we had. Gross! Really nice three star-would rate it as a four star but restaurant/ bar is only open certain hours..Metro across street Great Staff close to central paris....No complaints..Just praise..

The room was a bit small, ( but that was expected)but clean and the beds were very comfortable the cleaning ladies were great, some spoke english, the front desk could have been more knowlable. If you are not looking to spend a lot of time in your room then this hotel is ideal. Close to the metro and cafe.

This is a reasonably priced hotel in perhaps not a very good neighbourhood but the best thing is that it is opposite a Metro station and close to highway which makes travelling in Paris very convenient. The breakfast wasn't good though!

Peripherique, which is very important for someone driving to Paris for the first time. This hotel is located just across the street from the Metro and RER train stations. It is especially useful because the area around the hotel is not really the best one in the city. Just in case, I was trying to return to hotel before it gets dark. The room was very clean and nice looking. Bed was comfortable. Shower was awesome. Just bear in mind that […] the walls are not soundproof, keep your fingers crossed your neighbors don't have overly active kids who like to stay up late at night. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There might be a small waiting line to use the computers in the lobby. And there is a charge to use the internet. Great value for the money!

This hotel is quite modern for the price we paid. VERY comfy beds for Europe and good sized bathroom for Paris. stayed only 1 night but had a very good sleep and would stay there again.

The Hotel was comfortable and the room and bathroom excellent cleanliness!!! The neighborhood so-so, be careful with pickpockets around the area! Had my wallet and documents stolen.

Generic chain hotel so don't expect too much but very useful as it has an underground car park which was hard to find when I was looking (12 euro per night). Opposite the Porte de Clichy metro stop so easy to get around (25 mins from eiffel tower). Super close to Metro. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Many spoke English. Never once felt unsafe. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well. Only downside -- room was incredibly small by American standards. Think college dorm room, but it was perfect for my son and me.

The hotel was very nice for the price. The rooms were clean. They were small but that is to be expected in Europe. The desk people were VERY nice and helpful. The metro is directly across the street and on the major bus line. We save a boat load of money by taking the metro instead of cabs and it was very easy to figure out. Good place to stay!

The hotel is nice with friendly staff. The rooms are nice for the budget and cleaned on daily bases. Best about the hotel is that the Metro station is just crossed the street and it is very convenient. We saw a few homeless people around the hotel which we did feel sorry for them but they do not seem to bother anyone and or asking for money. The location of the hotel is very accessible to most of the places of attractions in Paris. There is a metro just accross the road from the hotel. Taxi is easily get just outside the hotel. Public buses are also easily accessible just outside the hotel. There is a direct bus to Gare Du Nord train station (where you can take Eurostar train to and fro […] from London) and EST train station (to catch a train to Switzerland). I am not sure about other countries where these 2 train stations will takes you. But I know that these train stations only fetch you to certain countries only. In all, I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. Most important of all, the staff in the hotel can speak good English where it is difficult to find many french that can speak English. Hotel in very good neighborhood. The RER and Metro station very closed. Withim 15 minutes ride to all major areas. Room small but very clean and comfortable. Overall very good hotel for the price.

Metro was right outside the hotel. Buses were also close. Internet and breakfast was not included in our room rate, so we did not eat at the resturant. Bathroom/bedroom were small, but normal sized for Europe.

I ordered a rom for three person,so we need extra bed for a 6 year old. It gaves me so unconfortable at the first night that almost i didnt sleep. the next day we went to the reseption and told them that we ordered an extra bed and the staff just said that there`s an extra bed under the bed and we are the one who will take it out, i took me 15 minutes […] just to push it out under the bed and i have to lift up the main bed and when it is out we don\t have more space to walk to the other corner, it`s like when you came out from the comfortrom you will just jump to the bed. And also when we ordered the rom it said that it is free of internet access but we didnt got it, we even showed the confirmation receipt to the staff and they said that it is not included, so there`s something wrong in there which make us irritate, the buffet breakfast is not good too even the mix fruit is from the can that means is not fresh...or even simple egg is not served on the buffet table. The good part was that it's right off the Porte de Clichy train stop. The price was inexpensive and very fair for where its locale fairly close to MontMartre, and within a couple miles of the Arc and Champps Elysees. The interior of the hotel is clean enough and comfortable. We had a couple issues. First, the hotel hadn't yet turned on the air conditioner, […] so it was extremely hot in our room. We opened the window but our room faced a major highway and bus stop, so it was very bright and loud, making it near impossible to sleep. Second, someone in the room next to us or near us was smoking, so I complained and they did nothing about it. It seeped into our room and I was afraid I'd be charged it was so bad. A good budget hotel to stay in Paris. Definitely good value for money. Close to public transport which is very helpful.
