Excellent. The staff were more than helpful and friendly.

Front desk staff were very accommodating, patient, and offered great service. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious, at least the king room I had was. If you are not looking for a 5 -star hotel, this one is very much a 3 star hotel that is comfortable and affordable.

The staff truly impressed me: polite, friendly, helpful. My room was immaculate, very comfortable and quiet. The hot breakfast was good and the woman who ran it did a great job. Good cheese omelet! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! The pool was big and clean and 24 hours. The kids loved swimming early in the morning. Many choices for vending close to rooms. Fridge and microwave allowed us to keep and warm up leftovers from dinner out. Hotel needs to be updated. One elevator wasn't working and the other to slow. In the pool the towels smelled dingy

Not bad at all we enjoy our visit to spokane Wa. and this hotel was not the most luxury but very clean nice employees easy access and visible from free way it was the cherry on top.

This hotel is unfortunately quite run down - which is really too bad as the staff is excellent - we had some of the best service we have ever had. Due to the run down nature of the hotel however I would not recommend it to others. Location is okay, but it is a little far from downtown. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to say hi, how's your stay. I felt very welcomed. The pool was nice.

Second time we have stayed. Good location off the freeway and great pool area. Terrific cookies at the front desk in the evening.

This place is great for a weekend, has a warn indoor pool and jacuzzi. serves a decent breakfast, although it ends at 9am which on a Sunday is kinda early. Comfy bed and ok shower, but for the price (for 1 night weekend stay) you can't complain i guess. like I said ok for weekend stay.

We would stay here again. It was quite at end of January, clean and comfy beds. They allowed our small pet also. Not too much for restaurants close by, but hey they have a morning breakfast included. Not a high end hotel, but just what we needed to sleep well and in a clean hotel. We will stay here again for sure.

I've stayed here a couple of time now and have been pleased with most everything. However, this last time there were several mildew stains in the caulking in the shower. The ladies the front desk were great with giving us information on where to find the stores in town we were looking for.

Great deal for the price- very comfortable, clean room

I noted that there was not a Bible in my room. I thought that was standard. I contacted room service and they brought up a Bible 30 minutes later. Looks like it may have been found in storage as the cover was ripped. Nice place to stay but sad that I had to send out for a Bible.

I was scared of the neighborhood, and once in the halls I felt like I was in the Bates Motel. the lobby was nice enough, pool looked inviting but I didn't try it. Fitness room looked rather lame but I never got a chance to try it either. The 3rd floor, anyway, was dark and narrow with brick walls and over all so very outdated. My room was small but […] good enough I suppose. The bathroom door was disturbingly dirty at eye level from the toilet but otherwise the room was clean enough. Doesn't look like much from the outside, and isn't in a walkable neighborhood, but otherwise great. Friendly staff, clean room, fairly quiet, nice pool, and well-equipped rooms.

Room and bed were comfortable, housekeeping missed a few spots, but other than that, it was fine. Didn't wake up in time for breakfast, so can't rate that :). It was fine for the overnight stay we had.

The bed was very comfortable, as well as the pillows. We did, however, notice a layer of dust on the furniture when we walked in the door of our room and there were small pieces of wood on the carpet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothng to write home about but was adequate with a clean and cheery atmosphere.

I would come again and for all the places we have stayed and paid much more this has had the nicest pools and nicest staff and better breakfast and more comfortable bed. nice cookies before bed and coffee all day and night... nice touch...

Stopped one night during a 3 week road trip. Very good value, pleasant & helpful reception staff, clean comfortable room, small pool available but full if one family uses, breakfast provided which was fine. No problems - convenient for downtown Spokane - 5 min drive. Overall good and fine for what we wanted - would consider again if in the area.

Good room for the price. Hot tub was a little on the hot side. Would certainly stay again.

This Comfort Inn is located right off I-90 close to historic downtown Spokane. There is a nice indoor pool to enjoy and complimentary breakfast. We were only minutes away from Starbucks and a frozen yougurt shop. We also visited the Spokane Falls and Gonzaga University--everything is close in proximity.

I liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. The AC was working well. Having a cold bottle of water complimentary as you were going out, was a very nice touch.

I was sooo impressed by each member of the staff that I encountered! Friendly, helpful, nice...can't find better anywhere!! The neighborhood is a bit rough but the shuttle will take you where you need to go if you don't have a car. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in any hotel. The coffee was great and you could get a good cup anytime at the […] front desk, plus you could make it in your room. When I was there a family ran out of diapers and the girl at the front desk got the shuttle to take the mom to get more. I would stay here again without question! There was a bit of what looked like toothpaste residue on the very back of the faucet (may not have been what it was, maybe it was soap/cleaner residue) and the refrigerator had a bit of dirt in the nooks and crannies of the handle (I am a real clean freak) but it was nothing a couple of sanintizing wipes didn't fix in a jiffy. There were a few spots on my comforter which I wondered about but I saw a girl near the laundry so I asked her if they washed the comforters with every new guest and she said yes, they did. I told her about the spots and she said they try hard to get stains out and if they can't they usually replace them but sometimes they are short and can't do that right away (she said there was one with cranberry juice and they had tried to get the spots out and but were short and had to use it) but she reassured me that all comforters are cleaned / sanitized with every new guest. She was glad that I had asked and I was glad too. She was very sincere and I felt extra good after that chat. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or refer anyone here. The staff here want everything to be right and they prove it with every word and action and they do it in a way that makes you smile and be glad to be there. My husband and I stayed here because of coming into town for my sister's wedding that I was in. Basically we just wanted something inexpensive and decent...and that's what we got. We pretty much got what we paid for and weren't expecting a whole lot so it worked out fine. The staff, for the most part, were nice with the exception of one graveyard shift […] front desk guy. Quick check in and allowed early check-i n. Breakfast was not good, went elsewhere. Street construction was difficult to move from freeway to hotel and hotel to downtown. However, good access on/off freeway

We went with two adults and two kids and we were very happy with the hotel based on the price. The pool and hot tub were a big hit for the kids and the price was great for us. Very good hotel, everything was great. Pool area was neat and clean, lobby, room was very inviting, and breakfast was adequate with variety of juices, cereal, and waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. We will stay at this hotel again when visiting Spokane.

The hotel is a bit aged and is a distance from the University. The rooms are fine, however our room was not cleaned after our first night and we had to call for fresh towels. Overall OK, but would not stay again.

Hotel room was clean but is in a terrbile location. Very close to downtown with lots of sketchy people staying there - including what appeared to be a pimp, prostitute and their pit bull. I especially liked the breakfast room being on the 5th floor with big windows to look out at the day. There was a good selection of breakfast foods and the other guests were cheerful. The hotel was busy when we arrived late afternoon on Friday, but the service people were very efficient and friendly.
