A place to sleep for the night nothing more. Clean with fresh paint.

This hotel is older, but recently updated. Room was clean. No mustiness, no cleaner or air deodorizer smell. Heat/cooling unit was clean. Carpet was newer. These are all important features to us when we travel. Sleeping in a room that gives you a headache is not worth any price. I chose this hotel because of it's location near the Cataloochie Valley in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. It was very convenient to where I wanted to go. The hotel was pretty much average which is what I expected. The location next to I-40 was a big plus but the noise coming from the road wasn't. The room was very clean, staff was pleasant. The view of the mountains was very nice also. We stayed one night for a high school reunion and it met our needs.

the hotel was what i expected. fair condition at a good price. the breakfast was not worth getting up for. no fruit, no eggs, no meat. Just cereal, bread, and waffles. the hi speed internet was lightning fast...2000 kb per second. fastest ive ever seen. outstanding! was able to get alot done in no time. the pool was okay and the balcony was nice, but […] our room didnt have any chairs on the balcony some of the rooms had one or two but not all.. there are ten security cameras on the property, so that made me feel good . This hotel is clean and well maintained. We had no issues with anything. These are hard working people who own this property and were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel had a breakfast which we did not get a chance to try because we left very early the next day.

The rooms smell like a stale ashtray!! Wide openings at the bottom of doors.

The desk clerk was very helpful, she helped me find thread, an iron etc. The motel was not overly clean though, hair in the bathtub, carpet kind of dirty etc, and the motel itself was somewhat run down. the dryer door had been taped to shut it etc.

For the money, this motel was fine. The room was basic but clean. The location was a bit isolated but not in a "back to nature" sort of way. I liked that the rooms had a patio with chairs to sit outside and look at the mountains. The upside of the Continental breakfast is that it included eggs, biscuits, sausage, and a waffle iron with batter. The downside […] was that the fruit drink machine was out of order and the only fruit available was a banana. If you are passing through and looking for a cheap place to sleep, this is a good deal.
