pool was cold

When you walk into the hotel it smells like a greasy spoon. There was mold growing around the bathtub and previous repairs looked like a terrible. They didn't have any selection on the television that didn't have a political slant. No weather channel! Travelers must not stay here. Nice staff, poorly managed hotel.

A good price, good hotel situated near restaurants and stores. Friendly staff, beautiful room -comfy bed!

super location. nice breakfast. nice atmosphere. close to colorado springs travel points - pikes peak, garden of gods, air force academy, etc. great shops across the street - starbucks, etc. Two problems - one is the electronic key we struggled a lot with it...front desk said maybe the battery was low? but that didn't help solve the problem. Also - […] a suggestion: the second morning we didn't feel like spending 10 bucks on a big breakfast so drove across the street to Panera Breads for bagel and coffee. This hotel was beautifully appointed with very helpful and courteous staff. The only negative was the thin bedroom walls.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect being so close to North Academy Blvd., Promenade Mall right across the street (which has a great selection of restaurants to choose from), Walmart and other restaurants only about 5 minutes away. I would give this hotel 5 out of 5 in all categories, except: the bed was rather uncomfortable (it was a type of "sleep number" bed, with adjustable air settings. you may enjoy it, but I HATE them), there was a little bit of what appeared to be mold in the shower, and we were woken at 8:30 in the morning (after a late flight) by housekeeping repeatedly […] trying to noisily open the door even though the latch was thrown. You'd think that after a couple tries you'd figure it out, but no. They even came back an hour later to do the same thing. Its all in the details, folks. That being said, don't let our experience deter you from staying at this nice hotel. Its right across from a great shopping plaza with some good restaurants and the room was large and comfortable. My wife and I did a mini-vaca to colorado springs and wanted to stay in a big name hotel for the first time. Very kind staff, very comfortable beds (also can adjust) and the breakfast was delicious! Not much more to say.

We like it over all but we had quiet people next to us the wall are thin . Skip the coffee in the room and in the lobby very bitter taste

Great hotel in an excellent location. Across the street from an outdoor mall with plenty of places to eat. Nice central location.

Hotel is located nicely, near to all attractions but still away in a nice neighborhood with plenty of food options around. Rooms are decent, staff is good. Since it was crowded we had to wait on hot water for shower. Hot breakfast was priced excessively with little options.

I went to takes a shower upon arrival in our room, and noticed droplets condensed and mold on the bathroom ceiling. I complained to the front desk and they immediately upgraded our room and provided us with complimentary breakfast for 2 for our 2 day stay. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel comfortable and good location.

The hotel staff was very nice and let us check in early. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a little cold but warmed up as the evening went on. The hot tub was small but well maintained.

We chose this hotel because of its location in North Colo. Springs. Previous reviews of thin walls are definately true. Only other complaint I would have is we tried to get a drink at the bar in the evening and the bartender was off delivering room service. Overall experience was good. Would probably stay there again because of the location

We stay here a couple of times a year...whenever we're in the Springs. The staff is always friendly, the breakfast buffet is always fresh, and the hotel is well maintained and always clean.

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding and couldn't be happier! Bed was comfy and we were right across the street from a nice shopping center. Loved the free access to Gold's Gym, and the free coffee which we used. Close to great restaurants in downtown Colorado Springs and I-25. I'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel! Felt very comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls are VERY thin and you could hear conversations, tv, and even the neighbor snoring. My bathroom smelled like smoke from the person next door smoking. Unfortunately there are no bathroom fans. We had a problem with someone slaming doors for several hours starting at about midnight to 2:00 AM we called the front desk, they did not seem very interested in helping us to solve this problem.

Hotel was loud!!!! We almost got up and left.

The only thing I would recommend is to make it clearer how to adjust the bed. We had a difficult time with the adjustment and weren't sure where the adjustments were. We had no directions on how to do the adjustment. We should have called the front desk but it was midnight and we were very tired. Overall, the hotel was great. The rate which I paid seemed very high considering the glut of hotels in Colorado Springs. It was on the northern side of town and not convenient to what I was there to see and do. Service not great but ok. Overpriced.

Comfortable stay. Everything you would expect from Hilton. We had extended family and took over the lobby on several occasions without any problem.

Great shopping center across the street with a lot of good food and shopping. The room was very nice and had a bed with adjustable firmness. The view of the mountains was also very nice from the room.

Hotel was beautiful! The women at the front desk, Chelsea, was amazing. She helped us out more then she had to. The rooms were great, very comfortable, and we loved staying there. Will definatly go back!

We generally do not require room cleaning on a daily basis so it was good to see your hotel was already "green" oriented. We hung out the "Do not disturb" hanger but after two days, the chambermaid talked with us and made sure there were no needs from us. And then there was the coffee and excellent cookies in the lobby! Everything was fine except the 4:00 P.M. check-in time. If you arrive early in the day, plan to do other things because you may not get the room until late in the afternoon.

This hotel is located at one of the first exits as you're coming down I-25 from the north. So most of the attractions (Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak, etc.) and downtown are at least 10 miles away. It is one of the closest to the Air Force Academy, though. There are a couple restaurants in the mall across the street. PFChang's, California Pizza Kitchen, […] etc. - otherwise, Academy Blvd is about a mile away and has plenty of food options. Unfortunately when I checked in, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working correctly, and my room was 82 according to the thermostat, and stuffy. (It had been in the upper 80s/low 90s) They didn't have any maintenance staff on duty to look at it, so they moved me to another room without a problem. (They were full, so she actually saved me a room in case I wanted to move!) The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. I did notice a little more hall noise than some other hotels, but it was a holiday weekend, and there were lots of families staying there, so I just figured it was excited kids heading to the pool :) Διαβάστε περισσότερα

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was right across from the shops at the briargate. The room was modern with a nice flat screen tv. But I absolutely hated the bed. It was so stiff and hard to lay on or sleep on. The bed had settings to make it "softer" but it didnt help one bit. I will pass on staying here again.

Fluffy, comfy beds, great room, clean, clean, clean. Nice price, I'll be using Hilton as my safety net hotel.

We got to the hotel and the lady at the front desk said that they had some open rooms and bumped us up to a better room for no extra charge!! the place was awesome! comfy bed, great bathroom and nice and easy to get to the air force academy.

The bed is fantastic, much better than your usual hotel bed. The towels are lovely and plentiful. All linens exceptionally clean. The shower is excellent, really hot, really cold water, good water pressure. Room is very nice, nothing exceptional. Kudos for the reading lamp! positioned where one might actually read! although the reading chair not too […] comfortable. The desk is great, including chair. Breakfast is very good. Only drawbacks: 1. Not the quietest room I've ever stayed in, tho the business that took me to the area left me far too exhausted at night to be bothered by my neighbors' conversations. 2. Wonderful location and very friendly staff. Planning on staying here when we are in town. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Great night sleep.

Everyday I had to go looking for the housekeeping staff because by 5.00pm my room was still not taken care of. That front office staff is very courteous and attentive.

Great room for the money
