Should have known for the price that it would not be the nicest of rooms. The sheets on the beds were very dirty. Had to get clean linens from the front desk. The smell of the non-smoking room was to say the least not pleasant. The faucet in the shower was leaking. The carpets all over the hotel were dirty and worn. Our stay was for 1 night only but we found the noise during the evening and night very disturbing. The beds were not supplied with fitted bottom sheets and the flat sheet moved around....I find sleeping on a uncovered matteress creepy. We would not return nor would we recommend the hotel.

Nice friendly front desk, good breakfast waffles, clean rooms, 24 hour pool, easy access to I -90 and Spokane Valley Mall. And a good value so what else would you expect .. we will go back again

The staff were very pleasant. The gal on duty when we checked in was very personable. The room was clean. The beds were a little beyond their prime, but still comfortable enough. Breakfast had a very nice selection. There is a McDonalds and Subway within walking distance, which was nice. Easy access to the interstate. Although we didn't have the chance […] to use the pool, hot tub or pool table, they were all in great shape and we would try to plan to use them next time. Value for the price was exceptional. Nice place to stay and very convenient to I-90. Was afraid it would be noisy so close to freeway, but was pleasantly surprised by the quiet. Not much for restaurants within walking, but easy access to Cabela's! Staff was friendly and room was comfortable and clean.

The old adage "you get what you pay for" is especially true of this motel. Our room was not clean and was very old with stains on the chairs and carpet. The walls are paper thin. Not only could we hear the guests next door, we could hear every word they said as if they were standing right next to us. We checked in very late, midnightish. We were given the key to the king size room. Upon entry, we noticed that housekeeping had not yet been there. We were immediately given a double queen that was just fine with apologies galore. our room was on the bottom floor and when we got it we didnt know it was located next to the stairs and an outdoor exit so we could hear people going in and out at all hours and stomping up and down the stairs at all hours.the pool and hot tub should be closed after 8 or 9 at night so adults can enjoy it without screaming kids in there it was frustrating.they […] also only have maybe 10 channels to watch on tv kind of rediculious. Best price ever! Perfect location, a bit off the freeway, no noise, excellent staff, very clean room, comfortable bed. Convenient, well lighted parking lot. The breakfast was full of many tasty choices.

this hotel gives you great value for dollars spent. Amenities are equal to hotels costing twice as much.

My husband & I have stayed at this Hotel about 5 times now in the last couple Months because the staff is Very Helpful especially The night Clerk Jo. The day girl at the desk.

Only real complaint is that I had a non smoking room.....all was good except for the ignorant smokers that propped doors open at the end of the haul (apparently too lazy to use key cards) and let their stench of Marlboros waft up and down the hauls into the non smoking rooms. Staff should be more attentive to things like this.

we enjoyed yet another stay here this is our 2nd time. we like the place and people.

It was really easy to book my room as well as checking in. The people were friendly, they have free breakfast and a good price for an over night stay. The room was comfortable and clean, overall it was a great choice.

we liked the room and the staff. we liked the location of the room just off of where we parked our car. nice and quite even tho we we next to a busy gas station/truck stop we never heard the noise.

This hotel is very family friendly. The hot tub was down but maintenance was right on it the next day. I don`t care for the night guy Gaison he was not as nice and accommodating as the other staff we have encountered . I will try to know when his days off so I don`t have to deal with him .

All we needed was a place to crash for the night and this worked out great. The gas station across the street had the lowest price for gas that we saw the whole trip, and there was a good breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is in need of repairs and updating inside of rooms and on the outside. But if you are looking to just stay 1 or 2 nights its not bad for the money. Staff was very friendly, plenty of parking, right off the freeway, nice indoor pool and hot tub. Overall it was ok for the money paid. I would stay there again just for a quick stay.

We had an awesome time. Pool, hot tub, arcade. Fantastic pricing in the non peak season. Not sure what prices are like in the busy season but will definitely go back.

This is one of my new fav. motel to stay at. The staff is very friendly acommodating . So family friendly with video games , swimming pool & hot tub. They have a nice conten. breakfast . Pet friendly good price !

After the bad reviews I read about this hotel, I wasn't sure, but I do not know what they were talking about. Hotel was very clean, rooms were small, but comfortable. Hotel staff were knowledgable,and the HOT TUB was the best I have ever been in in all Hotels I have stayed at. I will make this my go-to hotel whenever I am in Post Falls.

I stopped here in Post Falls, ID on a road trip to the west coast. It's a fairly new building with clean beds, complimentary wifi (a little hard to access), and a complimentary breakfast (with waffles and french toast!). It has everything you need.

Not a bad place for the price. nothing special. location puts you on the highway in between spokane and coeur d'alene. friendly staff and a pool.

We were satisfied with our stay, but after talking to friends who were staying at other comparable motels the price we paid was almost double what they paid. I would look at other locations after this. There were things in the room that needed attention, but overall our stay was satisfactory.

Best priced hotel when we were searching. Unlike many places it had a very comfy bed, free wifi And an ok breakfast...breakfast was lacking protein, but was tasty. I would stay here again

This was the best deal in the area. The hotel staff was the nicest I have encountered. Great breakfast, clean rooms, close to the freeway, except for being able to hear the people above me....this was a fabulous deal especially for the price. Highly recommend this place. I will stay there again.

I thought it was clean, the service was good. The breakfast was literally nothing but carbs. it was mostly quiet, except that they were mowing at 8:30 am (which I think is too early for a hotel) But over all I thought this was a really great hotel.

Terrible location next to a truck stop. The pool was under construction when i specifically asked if it would be open during my stay. just an overall let down.

After reviewing affordable hotel options which included breakfast and parking, we choose Fairbridge Inn Express. When we arrived we were given pause by it's location - right across the road from a truck stop, the condition of the hotel, very worn and in need of upgrades such as replastering the bathroom wall which suffered from water damage, and the […] multiple posted warnings to keep valuables with you (the room included a safe). Housecleaning did what they could, the room was clean. All of this said, the breakfast was decent, it seemed to be a family destination based on how many families were staying there (it's near Silverwood and offers $5 discounts on tickets), and our kids really liked it as they enjoyed the pinball machine and pool. Air conditioner was broken. There was blood stained all over the bathroom walls.

We chose this hotel because it was cheap and convenient. Plusses: 24 hr pool, Subway sandwiches, deli and convenience store across the street, continental breakfast, video games. Decent activity opportunities at the hotel for kids for an evening stop. downside: older, hallways smell of smoke despite non smoking (room odor was fine), across from truck […] stop, breakfast all high carb and low quality fruit. The internet went between not working at all and working but so slowly that it was barely useable. This is fine except that we were told on the website when booking that there was WiFi and planned around that, not bringing any movies and instead just the computer to watch using netflix and were unable to do this. There are a few movie channels but no […] guide to show what will be on so it got a bit irritating to try and watch those. Otherwise the hotel was fine and they say they are trying to get it fixed so likely not a problem in the future but maybe check ahead before booking here if you want to use internet while staying in the hotel. I was really worried about the hotel after reading all of the bad reviews. It was nearly too late to change and most other hotels were full so we kept the reservation. Weeds around the landscape of hotel, garbage scattered about and the sidewalk going to the front door was filthy. The cord to the curtains in my hotel room broke. The room was clean, the people were very friendly.
