Staff is awesome and very helpful! Shuttle will take you to shopping and out for dinner! Love this hotel!! i was stay here when in Fort Lauderdale!

This hotel is great I stay here a couple of times of year. How they don't remember me though is strange. Only issue is the free shuttle. It is hard to get and most times you wait a long time.

We stay quite often in the Ft Lauderdale area and found this hotel the best value and within the area of convenience for us. As we are so busy while there, the closeness to 595 and to many restaurants help us accomplish our goals. I will consider this hotel in the future.

One suggestion would be to clean the pool on a regular basis through out the day. Also, with the amount of guests at breakfast it didn't appear there was enough fruit? Staff was very professional and great to work with. Very happy with security provided

This is my second time here, the personnel, rooms were amazing, the new look is fresh and very nice. I'm planning going back to USA again this year to the same zone...and for sure I will back to this hotel.

Positioned between two malls and shopping districts. It was a pleasure staying here. Several times, my wife and I just walked to some local dining establishments that were nearby. This hotel is ideal for any length of stay. There is a mall across the street anchored by 4 major stores- Macy's, Dillard's, Sears,J.C. Penny's. We were greeted by Dianne, at the front desk, she was very helpful with meeting our need for a handycapped room. My sister was confined to a wheel chair after an accident that occured the prior day. Dianne went the extra mile to assure our stay was very positive. Everything about this hotel and staff was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here, but were dissappointed in the water temperature of the pool.It was freezing, even though they said it was heated. NOT SO. We enjoyed the hotel and it's amenities. It was not hard to find at all. Shuttle to and from the ship was excellent and our car stayed and was looked after. A person couldn't ask for more.

The girl at the front desk scanned the rooms and found that one was already available and allowed us to check in at 10:00. She also invited us to have breakfast. We booked a night here prior to our cruise because they offered a complimentary shuttle. Prior to our arrival I called to ask if I needed a reservation for the shuttle and I was told no. No restaurant or Bar in Hotel. Hotel compensated for this by providing free shuttle to neighbor restaurants/bars and shopping. Free shuttle to/from airport and cruise terminal was a PLUS.

We stayed an extra night in Ft. Lauderdale after a week's cruise. Someone from the hotel picked us up when the ship docked, shuttled us to the airport the next day and even gave us a ride to the local Sweet Tomatoes restaurant. Staff are nice! Room is big enough for 4 people! But be careful to the highway from Miami to here! The way that GPS shows 35 minutes took us 1.5 hours!

The front desk were very cordial and helpful. My bathroom sink didn't drain properly and although they sent up a maintenance person who looked at the problem and tried to resolve it at that moment - it was not fixed during my 2 day stay. Hotel was decent, we did not arrive until 10:00 p.m. Took quite a while for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We had to repeatedly call the hotel. They kept asking which airline, when you are instructed to go down to hotel shuttle service. By the time we got checked in almost all the restaurants were closed.

My stay at Hampton hotels was perfect. The staff were very professional and helpful and the room was comfortable. The rooms were clean, and bathrooms were clean as well. The location was right for me, near to stores, close enough to the express way and surrounded by good places to eat. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was nice, it was under construction but they kept it clean. The breakfast was SUPERB in the mornings, and the staff was wonderful when I had questions or needed something. I wasn't there for most of the day, but the time I was it was what I needed.

the hotel was under renovation and did not care to put a curtain to hide the ugliness as you entered the hotel. also the lady that checked us in the first day was very rude and unpleasant; I wonder how she is still working in the service industry. the breakfast was good except for the eggs which tasted horrible. loved the complimentary tea and coffee […] and water. the carpet in the room needed replacing badly and the pillows on the king bed were not king pillows which would have been better.
