Had a great time and enjoyed our stay.Would stay there again.

The creekside view was absolutely awesome and well worth the not so comfortable bed.

This hotel is a simple place, not flashy, but comfortable. The sounds of the river just off the balcony were comforting. I encourage you to request a room on the backside, 2nd floor. Will stay again and again and again.

We stayed on are way to the cruise ship in SC, LOVED it so much that we came back on are way home. The creek that runs behind this hotel is so nice to listen too while sitting on your balcony. This Ramada Limited is located on Jonathan Creek in Maggie Valley, NC. The balconies have a great view of the creek and the mountains. Can't get much better than that! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean, but a King room needs a sitting chair or couch. Not a big open area with lots of wall space. Room was clean, bathroom sink drain was stuck in closed position, was fixed in an hour or so, but the lacking chair or sofa spoiled it for me.

Can't really complain due to the cheap rate. It's good to stay close by to the ski slopes. Hotel beds, bathroom, and amenities are pretty standard and expected in the price range.

The hotel was convenient and the back balcony was awesome. We sat and watched the creek rush by. The hotel needs some maintenance, but the staff and Manager (Bobby) made our stay a great one. Very accommodating and a good value for the cost. I would recommend, just don't expect the "Plaza".

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada in Maggie Valley. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable with nice linens. Would stay again!!

The hotel was Clean and the Service was great. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again on our next vacation.

We go to Maggie Valley every Oct and this is the 1st time i stayed here. The hotel was clean and in good repair. And right on the strip.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now. It is always clean. The beds are comfortable. No ODOBAN smell where they are trying to cover up smoke smells. It's also in an awesome place in the mountains. The rooms have balconies so you can sit and enjoy the views, fresh mountain air. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are always clean. rooms have interior doors which are constantly being slammed by guests-we had a room next to the pool and it smelled so bad of chlorine it made our eyes water-other than these problems the motel was fine

Service was outstanding. Breakfast was complete and very clean area. Will stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was so nice we wish we could come back sooner! Donovan was very personable and friendly, almost like a long time friend. The morning of our check out time we didn't want to leave and Bobby was very nice to extend our check out time. I enjoyed staying at the Ramada. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect from the check in to the check out. Your employees were as nice as could be ! Checkin was very fast and courtious, room was very clean and checkout fast and again very courtious! It's not an Embassy Suite hotel, but for a Ramada Inn..............it's was very good! Obviously, the owner takes pride in the hotel. The room was well stocked and the furnishings were complete and working. The cleanliness of the hotel, both public access and room, was very satisfactory. the Customer Service was present and user friendly. After reading the reviews, I was expecting more of a mediocre motel. I was pleasantly surprised. I found no mildew smells in the hallways and our room was more than sufficient. We were traveling back from Cherokee and decided to make our stay over in Maggie valley. Selecting this hotel was very affordable it was clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly. No elevator have to use stairs. Would use again!

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Smoky Mountains. The location was perfect since we only had a 40 min drive to the park the next day. For this price I guess you shouldn't expect too much, but there was a 'moldy' smell in the hallways and our room did not have proper ventilation in bathroom so the was a damp smell in there too. We got used […] to it after a while though and had a nice sleep. Overall, this hotel is 'okay' if you just want a cheap place to crash, but for several nights I wouldn't recommend it. It was prob the worst hotel there! It had cigarette holes in the bed spread in a non smokinh room. The room smelled like smoke. We asked for a first floor room because there were no elevators and had to pay extra. There were weeds as tall as me 5ft 3in in the flower beds. It was not worth the money.

Love the creekside room. Left the balcony door opened a little at night and could hear the creek. What a great nights sleep and wonderful sound to wake up to. Staff was great. We will be back!!

I totally enjoyed my stay at Ramada Limited. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable with lots of big pillows. My room faced the creek, and because there are small patios and balconies, you could sit out and enjoy the rushing waters. It was heavenly!! The inside pool area is small but very clean/ so is the exercise room. […] I did not eat breakfast (late sleeper), but my sister enjoyed the waffles. I'm a very light sleeper, and I was immediately concerned because my room was on the first floor. No need for concern because the floors must be well constructed. I never heard a thing, except when someone turned the shower on close by. The vending machines always worked, and there were a few things you could snack on or drink. Maggie Valley is very family friendly and motorcycle friendly. This hotel is toward the farther end, closer to the ski area. We booked on hotels.com, so we didn't get a room with a creek view, as we had hoped. But the view we did have was of the town and mountains. It was very quiet. We could have upgraded to the creek side for more money, but chose […] not to. The floors were very clean. The bathroom was nice. The only problem I had was with the pillows. I would advise to travel with your own. These were very lumpy and I had a hard time getting comfortable with them. The AC is very loud too and turns on and off every 5 minutes. So, once you get the room cooled off, I recommend just turning it on fan to keep the air circulating. Breakfast was nice with waffles, bagels, a few kinds of cereal, juice, coffee, etc. We didn't use the pool or workout room, but it looked like others enjoyed them. My wife and I arrived at Ramada Inn on 1 July 2011. We were greeted at the front desk and confirmed my online reservations from 1 - 4 July. This was our Honeymoon that we had waited for a long time to take due to the economy. The room we had booked was on the creekside. After check in we entered the room and I was shocked to see that it was so dim and […] un-inviting. It smelled like a vaccume cleaner and was musty. I opened the curtains and sliding glass door to air out the room. I went to the bathroom and discovered the exaust fan was not working. the bathtub was dirty and was not cleaned daily. There were dead bugs in the tub and stayed there upon our departure. As a courtesy, I left a tip for the maid upon departure. The online add mentioned indoor swimming pool. What a joke! It was about the size of our hotel room. Needless to say I was not impressed and will not recommend it to anyone. The room was clean, seemed well maintained, and you could even walk on the carpet in your bare or stocking feet. Plenty of towels, facecloths, soap, and shampoo was provided. 1st the good: The beds are extremely comfortable and clean. We had a room on the creekside which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was good, near Cherokee and Waynesville. Older hotel, but clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony creek side was nice, I left my door open and slept well. We were on motorcycles and they let us park under the shelter at the office because there were thunderstorm watches for the area. We had an awesome dinner at Garlic Knots, it is in walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff. Great Breakfast. Great beds and room. Good size bathroom. Clean. Very handy washing machine and dryer on 2nd floor. Relaxing surroundings. Nice little swimming pool. Maggie Valley is a quiet but good location for visiting Smoky Mountains national park, Cherokee, Blue Ridge parkway. Our hotel room was very clean which is the most important thing to me. Staff was very friendly. Overall it's a nice place to stay and definitely worth the price.

Incredible value for the money. Very clean, with polite staff and comfortable rooms. Located about thirty minutes from the casino in Cherokee, and about 45 minutes from the Biltmore House, so it is a good in-between hotel if you want to see both- which I definitely recommend! Great hotel!

We missed the hotel the first time we passed it by, Maggie Valley is *that* quiet a place. But the hotel staff were helpful and courteous and soon we were able to get there. The Ramada is located perfectly: within half-a-mile from it is a Subway, a very nice grill and bar (Salty Dogs), a great Mexican diner (Guayabitos), the Town Hall and the Chamber […] of Commerce (where a very nice lady told us where we could see elks). The view from the hotel is very pretty! We made good use of the complementary wi-fi (I had a deadline to meet) and enjoyed the extensive breakfast (my wife perfected her waffle-making skills), but among all the facilities, the gym and the spa easily take the cake.
