The rooms were comfortable, housekeeping was great, if there was just one thing I would change, it would be location. It is far from everything I needed to get to. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

the staff was very inattentive when you enter the lobby they refuse to stop their personal calls to help you, i asked for a 6 am wakeup call amd I got it at 6:09 the neighborhood is a little shady.

I went to sheppard afb to see my husband while he was in tec school this hotel was the cheapest place to stay near the base. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Nastiest motel I have ever stayed at. Not clean at all.

Hotel in a shady neighborhood. Clerk was friendly. Door to my room would not close all the way and was rigged poorly to lock. I didn't feel safe. Maintenance was not up to par.

For the very reasonable rate, this was a great room. Clean, quiet, and the guy at the front desk was very personable.

Stayed at this hotel for a week, the first room we were in the air conditioner stopped working and it took them 2 days to move us to another room. They did provide a fan. Once moved into a new room, the air conditioner still would turn on and off every few minutes, the towel rack kept falling off, the shower was stuck "on" and the refrigerator was missing […] from the room. The crowning achievement was the crack addict begging door to door for money which is an indicator of the quality of the neighborhood where it was located. On the upside it was clean and quiet, just would have preferred a working air conditioner. In a pinch would stay there again as the price was more than reasonable and for that price it was satisfactory, but it was an older building and it showed in the condition of the amenities. The room was very dirty. The air conditioner did not work. There was a table in the room that only had three legs. The bathroom was dirty and the towel rack was in pieces. The television didn't work.

There was quite a bit of traffic noise, which can be a problem if you're trying to sleep after a long, tiring drive. But the cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the service was friendly. Breakfast? Well, I guess one shouldn't expect too much from a budget hotel.

It was more or less what I expected for the price I paid. It was very close to the base and did the trick to rest my head. If you are tight on funds and passing through, not a bad choice at all, biggest problem I had was the slow draining sink.

Hotel was fine for it's cost, surrounding neighbor hood was poor but I didn't have any issues, the owners were nice and they were easy to work with.

pool was small as a bath tub. plumbing was bad. Ownership was rude. The place was dirty.

We went to Wichita Falls for an overnight stay to celebrate our anniversary... Not a resort by any means but for one night it was just fine. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Everything in the room worked. but the wall boarder was falling off in the corner, behind the door. The morning coffee was good and the to-go cups had lids. Sheets were clean, newish and comfortable. We slept well. Served plenty of fresh fruit. Well worth the money. The only bad thing I would have to say is the walls were thin. We could hear the people next to us pretty clear.

This is my second stay at the hotel. The staff is great and friendly. The owner called 10 mins. after we checked into our room to make sure everything was OK. The neighborhood is not all that desireble but I felt safe at the hotel. Don't bring pets. They have firm but acceptable rules about pets. Night was relativly quiet. Good location, clean, comfortable! Can't believe how cheap the room was and it was better than i expected foe the price!

I was impressed. I needed a cheap place to stay for one night and really second guessed this place due to how cheap it was and the location. The outside did not look so great, but the room was wonderful. The minifridge and microwave were new. The room (even though it was a smoking room) did not stink or smell like stale cigarette smoke. Front desk staff person made our waffles for us. Definitely a 2 star hotel. Great price for what you get. Restaruants right down the street.

My boyfriend is currently in tech school at Sheppard AFB. The location of this hotel was perfect except for the neighborhood around it, but since my boyfriend was with me I was fine with that. There were a few cracks in the tiles in the bathroom but nothing I couldn't handle. I tore back the covers on the bed and no wierd stains or creepy bugs. We didn't swim because the pool was rather tiny but for a hotel is suppose to do, it fulfilled its purpose. We have a family of six and we all fit comfortably in the room with the two air mattresses that we brought. The pool was on the small side but it was only our family in it so it was not crowded. I would stay here again and the free breakfast was a nice perk.

Hotel was clean. Overall pretty quiet. Had people next door that were a little loud. No fitted sheet on bed and no phone cord on phone. Told the staff the next morning and they were very polite and offered to fix but it wasn't that big of a deal for me. This wasn't a scarry place. Felt safe. Good value for the money

They had just replaced all of the beds.Our's slept bettert han our own at home . made the stay very relaxing as we were there for business purposes

We stayed two nights and were very happy with the service and cleanliness - especially for the price. The hotel wasn't directly on the main highway, but was visible from it, and not difficult to get to. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, the room was clean, and that we were satisfied.
