Need a place to drop the head within budget. This worked though out dated and not the best mattress. Food was a great deal!

The best thing: its very easily accessible, right below the I-15 freeway. But it; 's downhill from there: the entry to the hotel reeks with casino smoke; the smoke was so strong it wafted down past the first floor rooms. The first room we were assigned had broken A/C; after an hour plus waiting for maintenance to get there, we moved to another room. […] The second room was not very clean; one tiny bar of soap (have to go to desk to get a second one); had to unplug the lamp to turn it off (switch was broken off); no in-room coffee (had to get a chit for restaurant coffee); no hair dryer contrary to the hotel description; toilet had trouble flushing waste; however the air conditioning worked - well almost, the thermostat control was inaccessible, in effect it was set to a fixed temp. The advertised restaurant was a small room behind the small casino and did not have any appeal for dining: very dark, very small, smoke-filled, didn't look clean. I hate to say the room was ok, but the remote did not work problems with the toilet, they didi not put clean sheets or towels.

I love the hotel, I will alway use this hotel when I'am in town and the food was great

we were looking for a cheap place to stay on our way to Tahoe, to break up the trip. Not much available that night so we settled on Lucky. We had a very inexpensive but good meal in the restaurant. House cleaning left a lot to be desired, staff was friendly and helpful, food was good. It was an OK place to stay for a guy's trip but don't think my wife would enjoy it.

The only good thing about this place is the "location" was great everything else I don't agree with...There wasn't any soap on the room not even hand soap, Tue bed sheets were smelly, the ac wasn't working properly and it was making a pot of noise, and the surrounding neighborhood looked creepy, lots of drunkis outside the hotel....

We needed a room for two nights to attend a family wedding. The staff was very nice, our room was comfortable and very clean. The casino was adequate, and the restaurant was convenient, very reasonable, and our food was very good. I would definately staff at this hotel again. I was a little hesitant when reading the reviews about how the staff was not courteous however, I didnt go to vegas for them so really I had fun knowing that I saved triple what i normally spend and had extra to spend on my trip... The hotel was a little hard to find and not in a really good neighborhood but all in all, it was more than I had expected. We were looking for a inexpensive room for a saturday night and we were pleased with ours. The casino area was small and loud as it was live intertainment but we were only looking for somewhere to spend the night. This hotel is not bad, but the area is less than thrilling. However the hotel does have lots of security, so that was comforting. Also, the non-smoking rooms are on the first floor where the main casino is and smoke seeps under the door all day and night, so I had to rig the door with a towel underneath to breathe.

The hotel was clean and inexpensive. We only received one towel and no washclothes. When asked, we were given extras. The staff were nice and professional. The casino was small but cozy. The food in the diner was well worth the money. I would recomend this hotel if you want a place to crash for the night.

This hotel was gross. I felt like I couldn't even breathe in the room we stayed in because of the air quality. The AC was gross and blowing dust into the air. the check- in people are not friendly. the pool is very small and dirty. the cover on the air conditioner keeps falling off. the elevators are really hot as if there is a heater in them. the maid service is crappy there look in the peep hole and if they don't see anyone they just go in. this is what happened to me.

Your employees especially at the reception desk. The so called frontliners, should be trained on customer service. That would give your hotel an advantage. The Asian girl was so rude and unfriendly, which osnnot typical in a hotel. Felt like you weren't liked as a guest.

We got two queen beds for an amazing deal. The air conditioner would make squeaky sounds, and the TV would make a buzzing sound, but everything else was great! Plus, we weren't there except to sleep, so worked out perfect. They had everything we needed: Clean sheets, towels, etc.

The staff was very unprofessional. The restaurant was very worn and the selections bleak. The rooms were shabby, the floors ragged, paper thin wall bathroom was gross, holes in our room walls. We asked for more towels 4 times and never got them, but recieved a lot of excuses. Food specials that were on the large marquee were none existant. Do not come […] here unless you are looking for hoes waiting for the truck drivers and their pimps lurking in the bar. Forget the hotel special room prices and run past this place. You get what you pay for! If you're looking for somewhere to crash for cheap, have a car to travel...this is your place! No resort fee!!!

This Hotel is only 15 minutes away from the Strip in North Vegas. The rooms are clean and the parking is convenient compared to the other hotel parkings at the Fremont Street Experience area. The area is very safe due to good hotel secrity and the fact that most of the casino patrons are locals who drive there for games and relaxation. The customer service was the absolute worse I have ever seen. No greetings upon entering. Staff acted if they literally hated being there. Went to renew my key card and receptionist never said 1 word during that transaction. Dogs barked on each side room all day. One dog barked 15 hours straight before owner finally came in room next door.

This motel does work well for those who drive Big Rigs and who have their pets with them, close to freeway and close to access to fueling for them.

We found out at check in that if we had just chosen to walk-in our rate would've been much less. The food was great and prices were good too. The gaming was small but better than being on the strip if you want to win. The room was about the same as a motel 6. The day staff was very kind and night staff was grumpy. Great security!

Edullinen ja aivan toimiva motelli muutaman kilometrin päässä Vegasin ytimestä. Ympäristö ei houkuttele, mutta motelli itse ihan OK.
