Awesome Hotel!!! Got a great rate for a quick trip down. Usually like to stay next door at Embassy----but this is my new "GoTo".....The breakfast was FABULOUS---especially the WAFFLES!!! Staff was friendly and very accomodating!!!

great location for visiting disneyland. rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. The room also had a mini fridge and mircowave. The hotel inclued a free breakfast which was awesome. Location is excellent. Close to Convention Center and lots of eating places which is easy to get to. Close to on ramps to freeways. Was disappointed on last day when they failed to clean our room and upon returning to hotel and finding this, all housekeeping personnel were done for the day.

It did the job. The breakfast room was a little bit small and stuffy, and we didn't even have a sold out crowd at the time. THey could do some refurbishing with that. Otherwise, it was clean, people were helpful and friendly and the rooms were cozy. The area was decent and the location was great.

Loved the staff, always friendly and helpful. Beds were a little unforgiving to sleep on but clean. Decent breakfast in the morning. Nice pool, one for the toddlers and good hot tub.

For the most part it was great. The door to the bathroom was broken so it would get stuck if you tried closing it and make a loud noise. There were only two elevators and with the crowds of people it took a while to get to the room .

This hotel was the perfect choice for us. We wanted to be close to Disneyland, in a safe neighborhood, and close to amenities. This was a quality hotel, a great value for the price. Really like this hotel. The staff was nice and the breakfast was decent. The beds were awesome as all Hampton Inns! The location is farther away from disneyland but they have a shuttle. Plus there is a really good Italian restaurant near the hotel with a bar.

We are a Disney Family and make about three 4+day trips a year. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in the area but none of which compare to our stays at Hampton. Now whenever we book we look to Hampton first for availability. The suites are a great value. Our family only has four people, but the extra room, second television, and the full kitchen makes for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. The staff members were very friendly and efficient.

I arrived with just myself and my 3 young kiddos, hubby was working, and the hotel staff gladly took my luggage to my room while I parked my car, as the kids and I approached the elevator, the man who took our luggage said you luggage is in your room, and it was super cool in your room so I turned on the heat so it's nice and cozy when you got up there. […] I was instantly impressed! We stayed in a twin queen suite with a small kitchenette. The room was exceptionally clean and, despite showing its age with a couple of older fittings, well maintained. The service and staff were fantastic. Close stay with shuttle to Disneyland right outside the door. The suite with full kitchen or fantastic. Breakfast was different every morning with something for everyone in our group. Best thing was the sheets and covers washed for every guest. We do this Disney trip often and we will stay here again.

Everyone was so nice and always said hi. The walk to Disneyland is not bad, about 25 minutes. The hotel does offer a shuttle for $5 a person but we did not use it.

Breakfast and late check out time was nice. Also the early breakfast time(6am) was very good for the magic morning of Disney World.

Very accommodating front desk staff will help you with anything at all you may need. We love staying here when we visit Disneyland. The kids really love this place, too.

Very beautiful! But i noticed that certain little things were not clean. Or room was nice but smelt like cigarettes. I didn't mind, but my kids weren't enjoying it.

Bed was very comfortable and clean. Room was quiet -- even for not being on the top floor. Kitchen sink had water leaking down below inside cupboard; wasn't a problem for us, but will be a problem for the hotel if not repaired soon. Second burner on the stove did not work at all; this was a problem for us when trying to prepare a quick meal to only […] have one burner available. Shower head would not rotate between spray choices, and seemed to spray some combination of two choices. This was tolerable, but less than optimal. Room was very nice, and it was great getting up and having breakfast ready, my two complaints are they close the pool and whirl pool at 10:00pm, we stayed for 3 nights and the time we got back from Disney and Ca. Adven. they were closed, we would have really like to have had access to them when we returned. The other was our room was prepaid and they […] took a credit card just to hold, everything we did was cash. When we came home what ever we paid cash for was also charged to the credit card,, we did not need that stress just comimg home, it did get strightened out but it took over a week, they need to come up with a better stystem. This hotel was perfect for my family's needs. We usually have a comfortable stay at any Hampton Inn and this was indeed a comfortable stay. Clean, breakfast was good, people were nice and rooms were clean as expected. Enjoyed our stay and was near the Honda Center where we attended an event.

our room was not cleaned or serviced at all upon our return on the 2nd night despite leaving in the early afternoon that day without a "do not disturb" sign on the door. the front desk person named jesus said the best they could do was to replace the used towels. had to go speak to him at the reception desk and i had to insist that we demand a full […] service of the room as we had expected and paid for. he was rude and very unreasonable. the supervisor was there and i was told we will be taken cared of in the morning by the day manager. nothing was mentioned to us about the matter at checkout nor did the manager contacted us if we had any comments at all. i have photos to show. My family and I decided to stay at this hotel in our latest Disney trip. The price was great, didn’t like the fact that I paid for parking especially when there was very little parking to start with. The other thing that bothered me was the beds. They were to firm for my taste, I’m use to comfy soft pillow top beds. With that said I must say I loved […] how clean the room was and how white the towels were. The night staff was so nice, I never expected this especially at 1am. We never use the pool so can’t review on that but I looked clean. Breakfast was ok, it was a buffet style. There were 3 kinds of cereal, 4 kinds of juice, coffee, yogurt, pastries, fresh fruit, toast, flower tortillas, sausage patties, salsa and eggs. The eggs I have to say were not good at all, but that’s just my opinion I only like fresh eggs not something that comes from a carton of mush less powder. The one thing I enjoyed was the make your own waffles. Over all it was a nice hotel, however I much rather stay at a Disney hotel. Yes there pricy but I love them never ever had a bad experience on the contrary it is an unforgettable experience. But if you’re only staying overnight like we did than this hotel is good for that.
