This is our second visit to this hotel. It is classed as a Disney Resort Hotel. It is a very nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is within walking distance of Downtown Disney, there are regular Disney buses to transport visitors to all the Disney Theme Parks, as well as Universal Studios. Everything was out dated ... it was nice having a balcony and room was big ...no fridge no microwave and small old tv

Hotel location is nice! The room was so cold - the thermostat just blew cold, no matter what we did to it, and no way to turn it off, shower curtain too short for the tub, so water just spills out on floor. Other than that, hotel is nice, pool was heated and clean.

We had a great stay - except that we were on the 18th floor, which is where their catering takes place. On Friday and Saturday nights the halls were blocked with catering trays and the music was a bit loud...

Not the fanciest hotel. A little dates but very nice. I would stay here again

For a last minute booking, I was very satisfied. Decent hotel, and very close to our target Disney areas.

Great location near Downtown Disney. Room is comfortable, though it is a little bit dated.

I was unable to adjust the temperature in the room. The tub didn't drain properly and I had water pass my ankles. Additionally, the water constantly changed from hot to cold and back again as I showered.

First time at the best western in orlando very satisfied will stay there again would not hesitate to recomend the hotel to my friends or anyone for that matter

This hotel was awesome. We had a great room and the service was good. The hotel was beautiful and super clean. The location was awesome close to Downtown Disney and Disney World. Overall a great hotel.

The stay was OK but compaired to other hotels of similar price and location I thought it to be a little over priced. When we checked in we were charged a Resort Fee which included parking and internet fee some $11.00 which was OK. But at check out the next morning, We were charged the same fee again. The hotel swears they collect the fees for resort etc... meanwhile hotels.com collected that fee. Turns out after speaking to 3 separate Best Western employees they were wrong!! The fees were not charged by the hotel and reversed from my bill.

there was no refrigerator in the room, the icemaker on the 4th floor was out of order for the 4 days stay and we had to go to other floors for ice all was reported to front desk and person to person to maid on duty but there was no actions taken to remedy; the breakfast buffet was OK but the tables were sticky from syrup... the best was its locatio […] n... Views were gorgeous from our 17th floor room w accessible balcony! We ate dinner at the table and chairs provided on the balcony, EVERYTHING is within a block away. Very comfortable beds and ample amount of pillows! Only cons were, tv had poor reception and very few channels, shower space was tight and it took an hour and a half to fulfill our request […] for extra towels. I chose this hotel instead of a Disney Value because I thought it would be less expensive. By the time I paid taxes and the resort fee (a fee for "amenities"), I could have stayed at the Value resort and taken advantage of the reliable bus service. I didn't like having to pay a resort fee because the hotel advertises "free internet", but I was told […] that was part of the "amenities". The parking is inconvenient as well. When looking for a hotel in Orlando, it may seems perfect... good location... known flagship and great price! There, they charge you $10 per hotel amenities which they could not explain. Plus, when I opened the fridge cabinet: NO FRIDGE! I phoned the frontdesk and they confirmed that nothing was wrong... to have the fridge in room you need to pay […] an extra fee! Shower? An affordable and close alternative to Disneyworld. Service at reception was a bit unfriendly and the no admittance to rooms before 3pm policy is crazy if you're arriving early. Rooms good and a pleasant stay.

We stayed at a hotel in downtown Disney. They supply free shuttle service to all the Disney parks which is very convenient. Hotel was within walking distance of Downtown Disney. Hotel room was a good sized room with a couch and chair. Restaurant inside hotel was good, we ate there one night. Nice pool area.

Hotel was nice. Clean room and lobby area. Restaurant staff very friendly. The daytime Doorman spends too much time on his cel phone. My biggest problem with this place was the thermostat in the room. A message printed on the wall said "unit will run continuously". It was impossible to turn the AC off. And the vents were blowing directly on the bed. […] Perhaps I should have called for help, but this sort of thing should be user friendly. Consequently, I woke up with a soar throat. The hotel room was nice, and very comphy. Bathroom fixtures needed some work. Shower nozzle was broken and the air conditioner was broken. Room service was so-so... the hotel was walking distance from downtown disney. Overall it was ok!

The beds were very comfortable. Good overall for a moderate price. Lots of buses to Disney Parks.

Didn't stay long enough to form much of an opinion or assessment.

the bathroom was very dirty. the door was broken the linens not clean at all. I will not recommed this hotel to others

Forget about this hotel, the only pro is the location, towels and sheets has over 10 years of wash after wash... bath wasn't really clean... pillows were like bricks... without refrigerator and much less microwave.. (unless you pay $ 30 plus daily).. you are paying just location not comfort...

I was unhappy about being charged a so called guest fee of 11.50 when I checked out. I thought the room fee was also the guest fee. This extra fee should be well documented when you book the room at this hotel.

The hotel is very dated with musty carpets from the 70's, old dated televisions and well used bedding. Our balcony overlooked a rooftop covered in ciagerette butts and other non descript garbage. i would definitely not recommend this hotel.

We just reurned from Florida and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Loved the location, and for the price we couldn't have asked for a better place! This hotel has free shuttles that will take you to the parks. This is a great benefit, especially if you plan on park hopping, which we did! TGI Fridays has really great drink and appetizer specials every night after 9 so we highly suggest that place rather than Downtown Disney which can get expensive. We received a Disney View Room free because the first room they put us in didnt have a balcony or safe. They moved us no problem. Could see the Epcot fireworks at 9pm every night. There is some sort of construction going on in some rooms so you may want to ask to not be near that if you plan on sleeping in. Its loud. Managers would have moved us no problem but we were checking out the next day early. They gave us free breakfast vouchers which we didn't end up using. Beds were very comfy. There are much better options in the Orlando area. Hotel is dated and not very clean. Staff were not helpful, no one to help with bags and front desk personnel rude. Location is close to Disney parks and Downtown Disney area but not walking distance. Parking was OK. Overall I will not stay here again and would recommend avoiding.

Check in was good, the reservation was made online about a 1/2 hour before my arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and more than I expected for the cost.

Very close to Disney and plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants. Room clean overall but in need of some maintenance to baseboards and bathroom fixtures. Shower mixer valve hard to regulate. It is close to everything we wanted, but the hotel is in serious need of updating/repair. We had no AC all night, the door to the balcony would not close (4 inch gap), my kids are older, but for young ones, I would have been nervous. This hotel is close enough to walk to downtown Disney, and a short drive to most Disney parks. Just a walk away is Mcdonald and other restaurant chains.
