The smallest,most crowded room I have ever stayed in, awful decor, bathroom OK, but service almost non-existent (had to ask for toiletpaper twice). The area is quite nice though. If you must stay here ask for room at the front (they are bigger but only have grand lits).

This hotel was a total disappointment. The staff was either rude or had little knowledge. They could not perform unless they consulted with the manager. The internet did not work two days out of the four we stayed and this was a necessity for me as I was conducting business while away. They denied it even happened on one ocassion. The tiling in the bath room was cracked with gaping holes. The rug was old and soiled. Limited storage and room made it almost impossible to evern dress or walk aroung while preparing to dress. he neighborhood was lovely with a wonderful bakery and chocolatier across the street. A cheese store and sandwhich shop down the street made a huge impression and provided a wonderful picnic basket. A grocery store on the block was also convenient. I stayed here for 6 nights. the room was really small, I didn't really have the space for the luggages. and the room has only 2 little poor light was pretty bad as well. and the bed was not double, just two single beds were kind of uncomfortable. and wifi was not really working well even in the lounge. when it worked, it was too slow. i could slow see […] google map on my phone sometimes. on my laptop, it was not working at all. it was my first hotel in paris so I kind of had a hardtime because of wifi. I don't recommend you this hotel if you need to use wifi. I had another hotel after this, and that hotel's wifi worked just very well. so it wasn't something I could understand. the hotel must work on their wifi... anyway, the hotel's location is pretty good to travel around paris. metro is just 10 second walk, and there is a supermarket dim. and some restaurants near the hotel are pretty okay. shower was also fine though, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends. honestly I think people can easily find a better hotel with cheaper price. Great location, but the rooms are so-so. About 50 euro disappeared from a bag. Hotel stuff advised to file a police report, instead of handling this matter internally and efficiently. Since this was on the last day, there was no time to pursue this with the police. Not recommended.

Hotel location is great, right next door to the Metro stop. Also, the neighborhood has lots of different food options that is obvious that locals shop at. There are two restaurants at the corner with of the metro stop and they were packed with locals on both nights I was there. This was my second trip to Paris for the Tour de France. I like the Montparnasse neighborhood. For me it is comfortable, safe and far less crowded than most of the tourist areas in Paris. The Hotel Pavillon Losserand may be a little worn and Spartan, but at the affordable price I paid, I'll make it my home base if I can afford to keep coming back for […] the final of the TDF. Rue Raymond Losserand, the street the hotel is located on, covered nearly all my basic daily needs. I stayed seven nights and got to know a lot of the staff. Mehdi, the afternoon desk cleck, gave me very helpful info on where to buy euros, good French chocolates, vino, Chinese food ( I don't know why, but I ate a ton of white rice and chicken sticks), and most importantly, he directed me to Castarama to get a good stepstool for the TDF. Also, I met guests from all over the planet in the hotel lobby, it was a friendly crowd to converse with most afternoons and get ideas on new places in Paris to explore and visit. This is more like a 1 or 2 star hotel. Very old, dirty, small rooms

IF ALL YOU NEED IS A CLEAN ROOM AND A PLACE TO SLEEP THIS IS PERFECT. RESTAURANTS AND SUPERMARKET NEARBY, HOTEL IS NEXT TO METRO MAKING IT VERY CONVENIENT FOR SIGHTSEEING. HOTEL CLEAN, STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE AIR-CONDITIONING-- DID NOT COOL THE ROOM. WE HAD TO OPEN THE WINDOW TO COOL ROOM OFF.

This is by far the poorest quality 3 star hotel we've booked in all of our travels. Although the location was good in the Montparnasse area, the hotel itself was subpar. First, check in was supposed to be at 12pm, but checkout is also at 12pm, so our room was not ready until close to 2pm. The reception desk was not friendly and was very slow to retrieve […] our reservation only to tell us that our room was not ready. When we came back to check in, they gave us a physical key which we had to turn in when we left the hotel and retrieve upon return. The room itself was totally dirty and filthy. When we opened the door to our room, we were greeted by a strong smell of smoke that permeated the room, even though ALL the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. We had to open the window to air it out. When we informed the reception desk that the room smelled like smoke and asked whether or not we were given a smoking room, they merely replied that maybe the guests prior to us smoked, but that the room is non-smoking. They did not offer to change our rooms or to try to make us more comfortable in the slightest. The carpet was stained everywhere. The bed dipped in the middle and the pillows were flat. There was a thick layer of dirt apparently visible near the wardrobe, desk and mini fridge. They, of course, do not take the time to thoroughly clean the rooms. They supplied us with 2 mini wine glasses to use, but only one was clean and turned upside down, while the other was flipped right side up, indicating that it was used. Or even if it wasn't used, it gave the impression that it was used and looked dirty. The toilet seat was broken and was never replaced. The elevator was loud and you could hear everything going on outside the room because there was no sound barrier. Overall, this hotel does not pride itself in customer service, nor does it make an effort to ensure cleanliness for its guests. We are very surprised that people gave this hotel good reviews. Cute hotel. Good price. Close to Metro. Loved our balcony window.

It has good location though..just above the metro station which is really great. Wi-Fi works only in the lobby (or the breakfast room at the lower level). from the first floor and up, no Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi broke for a whole day when I was there. The cleaning staff does not respect the "do not disturb" sign. They come in and clean anyway while you are out. […] The hotel staff is not very friendly. the first night, the lock of our room broke and they switched us to another room next day. Friendly staff, wifi in lobby, clean room, easy to get to/from airport and city center by Metro, Metro stop is 1/4 of a block away, nice neighborhood with cafes and restaurants. It's a great deal for a simple room. I will be coming back here.

There was a very poor internet connection, and there was no internet service in the rooms. We had to go to the lobby in order to get a poor connection. just stayed for 4nights 7th march to 11th march 2011 at pavillon losserand montparnasse hotel quiet, very clean, room tight for space and only one bedside lamp which did not give out much light. but beds very comfy clean towels everyday and maid service . lots of eating places near by and a metro staion very close too all in all i would stay here a […] gain. This hotel was chosen at the last minute, and after reading reviews, went with an open mind. the hotel was ideally placed, with the metro right on the corner, and a plethora of shops and eateries to choose from. it wasnt too expensive to eat anywhere, and there was lots of choices ie italian, french mexican japanese, chinese. there is a lovely bakery […] right across the road, with the most delicious croissants, cakes and pastries. the only complaint, if complaint is the word, is that the rooms were quite small, and could have done with another pillow on the bed! From the get-go, this hotel did not make sure my family and I were welcome. Because my flight was delayed, my girlfriend and my family waited in the hotel lobby for two hours to check-in. Immediately, the receptionist said hello but clarified that the reservation was for ONLY two people! After the discomforting stares, my family left my girlfriend to […] wait alone with all her luggage. My girlfriend asked if it was possible for her to check-in since the reservation was for me and her, and the hotel allowed her. As she waited in the room, staff walked in three times while she slept in less than one hour after check-in. Throughout the stay at the hotel, staff made my family unwelcome when they visited, they made a couple approaches clarifying the number of guests in our hotel room and even had two confrontations. One confrontation was regarding check-in procedures, when clearly it is the hotel staff's responsibility to follow procedures. Staff also ignored complaints about staff walking in and encouraged us to use the "Do not Disturb" sign. Even with the sign up and the request to tell staff not to come in the room unless we were there to permit it, staff came in. To handle matters, staff called the room multiple times and made our leisure time feel unpleasurable and unsatisfying. They also did not transfer calls to our room and the elevator was frequently out of service.To top it all off, the staff did not allow me to cancel and check-out blaming it on the contract with hotels.com and when we FINALLY checked-out, staff refused to make me a copy of the paperwork and fees and said that they would mail it to Hotels.com. Stayed here for two nights while visiting Paris for 3 days. The perfect place to rest after a day of running around the city. Small hotel was very close to subway, clean and all you need to spend the night. Small rooms but thats all you really need.

Great location; across the street from a wonderful bakery, more up and down the street. Good cafe (au Metro) next to metro, supermarket close by, fromagerie a block away, fruit sellers next door. The hotel sits on top of a metro station. The line is very well connected to any other location in Paris. That itself is the best factor about this hotel. The hotel was nice, no complaints. 観光のために１人で利用しました。 メトロ13番線のPernety駅を出て本当にすぐなので、立地は良いです。 しかし、初日は用意されていた部屋の鍵が開かず、それをフロントに伝えたら違う部屋を用意されましたが、そこがツインベッドの部屋で、それは良いのですが、とてもじゃないけどスーツケースを広げられないような狭さでした。 ２日目以降はキングサイズのベッドの部屋になったので、スーツケースは広げられるようになりましたが、それでも決して広いとは言えません。 ホテルの人の愛想も悪く、できればもう利用したくないです。

Bodde her 5 dager. Ligger like ved metroen. små rom, men om man er interessert i å bo i montparnasse og ikke betale så mye er dette et ok sted. Ikke tidenes mest eksklusive hotell, men man får det man betaler for. Også i Paris.

Ganske udemærket hotel. Værelserne er lidt små og der er ikke så meget lydisolering mellem væggene. Dog var der rent og de ansatte var dygtige og meget flinke. Super plus er at metrostation pernety ligger lige ved siden af hotellet.

points forts de l'hôtel: son emplacement en plein centre, sa proximité du métro, le décor des chambres, l'accueil du personnel et leur amabilité. points faibles: les chambres sont bruyantes, on entend le bruit de l'ascenseur, du claquement des portes, des gens qui marchent dans les couloirs et même un peu du métro. Estive hospedada nesse hotel de 15/11/11 à 21/11/11. Realizei check-in e me dirigi ao apartamento reservado. Verifiquei se havia cofre nas dependências do quarto, para guardar meus bens. Porém, constatei que não havia cofre e nem avisos sobre a possibilidade de alocar cofres. Como estava portando uma quantia de dinheiro considerável e cartões de crédito […] - sabendo que não havia cofre para guardar, optei por deixar uma certa quantia e os cartões dentro de minha mala trancada com cadeado. Retornei um tempo depois e constatei que o dinheiro e os cartões foram roubados. Me dirigi à recepção e comuniquei o ocorrido. A atendente Sandrine, disse que eles possuem cofres na recepção e que nada poderia ser feito à respeito. Em nenhum momento essa informação foi passada à mim. Solicitei que um dos colaboradores do Hotel me acompanhasse à delegacia para realizar um B.O. Pedi para que a atendente localizasse o gerente, ela disse que não conseguia entrar em contato com ele. Insisti durante algumas horas, até que o gerente apareceu e o coloquei a par do ocorrido. O mesmo referiu que nada poderia ser feito à respeito do reembolso do valor roubado e dos cartões de crédito. Sugiro que vocês que procuram reserva em um Hotel em Paris, que não o façam no Hotel Pavillon Losserrand Montparnasse. Situações como essa não podem se repetir e tornar a viagem um transtorno. Hôtel bien situé, sur une ligne de métro. Chambre petite, pas assez de rangements ou d'endroits où poser ses affaires. Lit très large, bonne literie. Pas assez de lumière le soir, les lampes ne permettent pas d'y voir vraiment. (Nous avons dû, pendant notre séjour, enlever un abat-jour et placer la lampe ainsi transformée sur l'armoire pour obtenir […] un éclairage à peu près convenable.
