Hotel was conveniently located near the freeway and also the BART station. Room was clean. We asked for room away from freeway to keep noise level down. Breakfast was basic danishes/coffee/waffles. Overall a decent place to stay for a short trip where you just need a clean room and bed to sleep in.

Very convenient and clean. A little noisy next to freeway. It didn't bother me but my wife would not have been happy if she were with me.

I am a frequent traveler and stay in Best Western properties. This should not be in their chain. We needed a handicapped accessible room. The first room smelled and we immediately found remains of earwig bugs in the bath room. The clerk said, oh they are only pincher bugs. Not acceptable. The web description of luxurious rooms, NOT! I thought the hotel was adequate, but the price was a bit high. The hot tub was luke warm at best.

As soon as I entered the room, the smell of sweat welcomed me by the door, carpet needs cleaning. pillows has to be washed. .

We chose this Best Western because it is affordable in our price range. Close to everything we were interested in seeing. The bed was so comfortable, which is usually not the case with a lot of motels. We have come back several times because my daughter and son in law live in the area. We always ask for a our certain room

Felt like staying in a place that was at the bottom of the barrel!

Dead lock on door was defective making door difficult to close. Made stay very uncomfortabel.

We arrived late and were had to deal with hotel personnel through a little tiny slot and a window. The room was very dank, smelly, and made me constantly feel dirty while at the location. We stayed there while attending a funeral of a family friend, and the motel was easy to find and conveniently located near a freeway onramp/offramp. Overall, it was a nice place. My only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable, and the television is a really old model with a pretty poor picture quality. Horrible! Had it not been so late at night I would have gone to another hotel!. When I see the Plus in the name I expect MUCH more. Very dated, run down, lines were awful, the sheets looked like they were 20+ years old and the towels were very dingy and felt like sandpaper. I will NEVER stay there again.

i honestly do, but until this hotel puts double paned glass to prevent the freeway noise from keeping me up all night, i can't stay here again. i saw the hotel was right next to the freeway, but none of the reviews mentioned anything about freeway noise, so i figured all was good. if you don't mind freeway noise, i'd recommend this as a good basic […] hotel. but with the noise, i can't recommend in good conscience. Bed was comfortable, but highway traffic is pretty noticeable pretty much all night.

Just off the freeway and that is my one knock against the place is you can hear the freeway at night. But great location good places to eat and room is clean, staff is friendly price are good would recommend.

no information was given about the location of the room, when the breakfast was served, how to access the internet and most of all that the phones were out of order.

Check in was horrible and the front desk agent was not very friendly. In addition the phone service was down for the majority of our stay.

Noisy location next to freeway, worn carpets, noisy air conditioning sounded like airplane. Not a 3 star hotel.

The beds were great. The hotel staff was very nice. The room was immaculate

Wondered why the lack of guests and lower price on holiday weekend. Beware , the manager only works weekdays and while he's gone it's slack time.Im a frequent traveller and came back to an unmaid room and the maid and supervisor lied, saying i didnt want it cleaned...The lobby was empty just after 11pm and then the next morning we were told that they […] couldnt do anything cause the manager doesnt work on weekends...Bad buisiness model. What a nice friendly and clean place to stay

Was not told no pets except in certain rooms which were sub standard. Personnel very unfriendly. We found a Marriott that would be glad to have our pet with no extra cost and a clean and lovely room.

Hotel is pretty bad. Price is decent but only if you want bed bugs biting your back! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!

Nothing wrong with the hotel. It was perfectly fine and suited us for the business stay we had. Only issue was the hotel made an error inputing our Hotels.com reservation into their system. They only had us down for 1 night instead of 2 nights, so when we arrived back to the hotel for the 2nd night, our key worked, but all of our personal belongings […] had been removed. They thought we checked out that morning. So, this mistake, which could have happened to anyone at any hotel created quite a bit of frustration after a long day of physical labor. We were hot, tired and just needed to take a shower and drop into bed. Instead we had to go to the front desk, wake up the on site manager and have all our belongings brought back up to the room. It is so nice to feel genuinely welcomed by hotel personnel. The 2 men that handled the reception and breakfast bar made us feel like they were truly our friends.

right next to freeway, with doors & windows hut, not even on the side fo the hotel next to the freeway you could hear noise all night. Beautiful breakfast, but after a hard night of sleep it was needed.

The only surprise was that the rooms all open on to an outside corridor - which I would have known if I'd just looked at the pictures. Hotel is a little dated, but clean and comfortable - good value and close to the office.

Nice hotel for a nice price. Breakfast is a great touch. Clean, good neighborhood.

Was a fast check in , free breakfast was alright seemed a little on the light side. Room was pretty quite even being next to the 580 freeway. they have vending machines outside with various snacks and drinks

I stayed here overnight for an early morning interview. Over all, everything I needed was close by. Although the location is literally a stone throw from the hwy, with the door closed it's not so bad. Only problem I ran into was a veeeeeeeery slooooooooow draining shower/ tub (standing water during shower slow.) Otherwise no problems. Staff was hospitable. […] I would stay again.
