Super 8 Motel - Las Vegas/Nellis - Λας Βέγκας

When I checked-in, the clerk said that I had requested a "SMOKING" room, and tha's not what I booked with Hotels.com on-line. He printed the reservation and showed it to me and said that that's what he would have to give me. When I told him, "Then I will get my money back!", he then siad, "Be patient with me." I don't think it was worth the money nor […] the "attitude" the night clerk had. THE HOTEL IS AWESOME. WHEN WE GO BACK TO VEGAS WE WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. ITS REAL QUIET THERE.THE STAFF ARE TERRIFIC...

It was the worst stay because I did not get my room until about 3:00 clock in the afternoon. I had to wait unitl they clean the room.

Quiet little hotel close to the base with good restaurants close and a Walmart

We went on a last minute trip to Las Vegas to visit family and every hotel near the strip was occupied. This was the closest hotel with vacancy near our family and the strip, which was pretty far. The hotel rooms is very old and dirty looking. The person at the front desk is very rude and we were promised a fridge and microwave and did not receive either […] in our room. The condition of the room was as expected for a motel. However, I was disappointed that they weren't very accommodated. I requested for a non-smoking room but ended up with a smoking one because hotels.com reps put in a wrong order. I asked to change to a non-smoking room and they told us they can't do it ;(. I won't stay at this hotel again!!!

Hotel was fine for what it is, remember its a Super 8 not the Bellagio. Needed a cheap place to stay near Las Vegas Motor Speedway and its right down the street. Only complaint was that outside noise comes through the walls pretty easily, also the wi-fi was a little spotty but fast when it worked.

I didn't expect high luxury with that price for one room and one night. But that was just disgusting. Dirty towels, dirty toilet, black curled hair in the bathroom. The mattress was covered in plastic foil under the bed linen. Felt like sleeping upon a huge diaper. Please don't waste your money!

Everything was as expected. The motel location is good. All the drains in the bathroom ran free (a pet peeve) The bed was hard hard hard.

I donot have any issues to in this hotel after travelling from California. I had what ever i was looking.

I normally stay at super 8 hotels anyplace else, and most super 8s are the best, but this super 8 hotel was a dump. The front desk personnel were not friendly at all because we wanted more towels, they practically had a fit and questioned it. There were no refrigeratotr or microwaves in the rooms and you had to pay an extra 10.00 per day for each.. […] We tried using their laundry facilties and they didn't work and we lost money, the air condition worked a little, but it wasn't that good. Hard to find and just plain messy. Breakfast was a joke. The breakfast area was in some sort ofr an equipment room-I will not stay there again. How do you get these kind of places on your list of hotes/motels?

The hotel is not close to the freeway. Is in an unsavry part of town and was overpriced for the small dirty room.

I got lost looking for it. The directions should jus include, go north on Las Vegas Boulevard and the hotel is next to the Airforce base.

We stay at the Super 8 Nellis every time we travel to MATS. Very close to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. There is room to turn a car trailer around, though those with 24' trailers and up should consider leaving them at the track. The pool is not heated, so is handy for dares amongst fellow racers! The staff was friendly....but the condition of the room was poor. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the exposed box springs. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. Bathroom was old and dilapidated. Uncovered Plastic Drinking glasses were stacked next to toilet. The toilet was loose and rocked back and forth. The shower curtain had a large […] hole. It was disappointing to stay in this motel this go-around. We found the motel dirty, lights did not work, could not get heat out of the air/heat unit, bathroom was dirty, and they advertised a continental breakfast which never materialized. Overall, a very poor experience. We will not stay there again until some changes are made.

Not a great hotel or location, but it was a good place to spend the night which on the road.

About what we expected for an inexpensive room. The toilet rocked, not/ no longer bolted down.

If needing a spot to crash in North Las Vegas Nellis, a comfortable spot would be at the Super 8 Motel. Friendly staff was very informative and helpful. Rooms surprisingly well kept as neighborhood was under some renovation. I would stay there again and again.

I stay at Super 8 s all the time, this one was barely acceptable as a place to stay, and way below the standards I believe that other Super 8 hotels achieve.

I didn't like the stay, infact I checked out early because it was suppose to be a non smoking room. But the people in the next room smoked outside my door and I can't stand the smoking. I told the person who was working but he smoked to.

Next time I'll spend the extra money and get a hotel with fitted sheets and pillows that are more than 3 inches thick.
