I had really good time in this hotel. Very pleasent and welcoming crew, clean rooms, quite neightberhood.

The room was well furnished, was spacious with good storage and well equipped (fast wifi and ethernet provision, range of free to view channels in all languages etc). The bathroom had both shower wet room and bath. We heard little sound from other guests. The breakfast (on offer at E14 per day as not pre-booked) was superb - everything you could wish […] for and at an excellent quality. The staff were professional and polite and helpful. This is truly a fine hotel in every respect. I have travelled all over the world, stayed in many lovely hotels and this one is up there with the best. My room was spacious, with a huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable, although it would have been better to have one large cover rather than the 2 separate ones on the bed. Just a minor inconvenience. […] The breakfast was excellent, especially since we had the 2 for the price of one deal. Lots of options and beautifully presented. Hotel staff were polite, professional and most of all friendly at all times. Made us feel very welcome. The location, just off the KuDamm was very convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Particularly liked the pizza and pasta place next door to the hotel. Beautiful, modern hotel. Very conveniently located in the shopping district. The restaurant 'Le Fauberg' is a wonderful experience with excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, but be careful, it is not always included in your stay and will cost you a whacking 28 euros per person if it isn't!

The hotel and staff rate a five star, but the location is no longer the place to be. "East" Berlin, with its new found popularity, stores, restaurants, and nightlife was, for us, the more attractive location. No coffee maker in the room, however, room service was slick. Restaurant food was great.

Excellent staff and food in restaurant was amazing - fabulous Christmas Eve dinner and much better than I was expecting from a hotel. Cleaning not quite to standard but nothing offensive and it was Christmas so I guess they were a bit less thorough than they might normally be.

Very convenient, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and U-,S- and Bahn-Hofs. 5 Star rating accurate. Hotels.com website listed "Attractions and Resaurants near Berlin" were all in Orlando USA, not quite within walking distance!!

Extremely clean, efficient, try to stay Etoile Level, breakfasts are amazing in first floor restaurant.

This hotel is very nice! When I arrived at 12:00PM, they allowed us to be early checked in and the room was really fantastic. I will stay at this hotel if I travel to Berlin.

Nothing bad at all to say. Big room - helpful staff - great location to the UBahn - lots of restaurants/ shopping around. Didn't use their dining room so can't comment - looked a bit too expensive for us. We loved Berlin and the Concorde was a great help.

Great place to stay when visiting Berlin. Highly recomended. Only complaint is the extremely high cost of breakfast. Recomend to try to get a rate that includes breakfast.

The hotel location was PERFECT! Nearby main area, Zoo, many shopping centers, restaurants, KA-DE-WE, Europe center and many more. Visited this hotel for a week long city break and was really impressed at the hotel, the room and the service. We had a deluxe room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities were great: the bathroom had two sinks, a shower and a bath with shower head too. The hotel provided some lovely toiletries which was very useful with the restrictions […] on travelling with liquids. Hairdryer was also very useful. The king sized bed was very comfy, with the choice of pillows also proving to be very helpful. There was a great amount of storage in the room too. Internet was also provided for free with a good connection at all times. The only disappointing things were the lack of tea and coffee making facilties in the room, (as most budget hotels in England provide this, so not to have this in any 5 star hotel was frustrating) and the price of breakfast in the hotel (€28 per person we were quoted!) which is very expensive! The location of the hotel is great. It is close to a number of buses and trains which means you can easily travel around the city. The hotel was really good, but have to say pretty standard 5 star, the kind of stuff you would expect is what you get. What is different about this hotel is the staff. nothing is too much trouble, a brilliant sense of humour, whatever was asked of them they did quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face. I have stayed in many excellent hotels, some more luxurious than this. What sets this hotel apart is the fantastic staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. They put this hotel at the top! Minor negatives - there were no drawers in the bedroom. The bathroom toiletries were not very good. Separate quality shampoo and conditioner should be provided […] instead of an "all in one". We had a lovely stay here and chose to remain for six nights. We had very good help from the concierges! The room was large, the cost was fairly reasonable, and the service excellent.

Very good location which is very close to many shopping places and not far from main sightseeing places. Very arguable colors of carpets inside the hotel, 1980th style furniture (looking tasteless), too expensive breakfast (5 times more than in the nearest bakery)

Perfectly located right next to the Kudamm shopping street. The hotel looks excellent and the service was perfect (they even installed a wifi router in our room after we complained the wifi signal was low in our room).The price is fair and not high at all. We'll definately come back to this one and we'll recommend it to everyone.

The Concorde is the best hotel I have stayed in for a long long time. The room was truly beautiful, and large even by American standards. Everything was very comfortable, and the free wireless internet worked great. Nice in-room safe, minibar refrigerator, and air conditioning-- amenities that are hard to find in Berlin hotels. The staff were exceptional. […] The neighborhood around the hotel is very nice, and the hotel is convenient to multiple U bahn stations and the S bahn. This hotel is in an ideal location set just back from K'damm and it's abundance of shops and restaurants, a 1 minute walk to the U-bahn station and a 5 minute walk to the S-bahn at Zoological Gardens. The hotel has a very contemporary interior and its staff were very welcoming and friendly on check-in. The room was very large for european standards […] with a huge bathroom which had lovely bath products (Annick Goutal products) and the free WI FI was an added bonus. The only downside was that the king bed we requested was in fact 2 single beds pushed together with 2 separate doona covers which we found strange. The hotel's facilities were superb with a fully-equipped gym with new equipment and a spa. There was also a nice and affordable italian restaurant adjoined to the hotel which was very convenient. Concorde is a very well located hotel, in the heart of Kudamm, surrounded by shops and restaurants, it has a nice spa area, except for the fact that there is no jacuzzi, which in my opinion is a must for a hotel with that reputation. The rooms are very spacious and confortable and the staff very well trained. I certainly would recommend it.
