Hotel T3 Tirol - Μαδρίτη

I love this hotel is clean and modern, well located, close to big stores, restaurants and public transportation and walking distance to the palace!!! you can even see it from the roof top love it!!!

We were there on business. I liked it as a hotel EXCEPT we rented a hall for a business meeting and needed to have 15 laptops on their wireless internet. The system crashed in the evening when guests got back to their rooms and got on line. The hotel is not prepared for business meetings with larger technology requirements.

45 minutes by metro from airport. Metro station 2 mins away. Walk to Plaza Mayor in 20 mins. Good, quiet room. Breakfast 10 euros - mediocre but OK.

I just got back from Spain. We stay there one night. It has a good location, just a few minutes walking to metro-Argüelles. A lot of shops are close by where you can fine anything you want. The room is modern and clean. The staff was excellent.

I will not stay at this hotel ever again. The worst staff I ever came across with. It was just dreadful when one of the receptionist called me a liar. On my second night there I was woken-up by a couple coming into my room at 5.45 am. When they realized that the room was occupied they left , leaving the door wide open. When I complained to Reception […] asking for an explanation of how this is possible, the Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful telling me that this is not possible and there is nothing he can do. Then I asked him'' do you think I am telling you lies?'' and his answer was simply '' YES''. I am Front Office Manager into a large hotel in England and I always told my colleagues in Reception that our job is to help guest even in situations when is nothing we can do, but the guest need to see us that we are doing something for them, even only taking the guest details and pass it over to a senior manager. I am a frequent traveler and I never experience anything like that. The receptionist was rude, abrupt, unprofessional, careless for guest needs in one word USELESS. He has nothing to do with hospitality. I made it clear from the beginning that I was not after anything for free, I just wanted an explanation and assurance that this is not going to happen again as I started to be afraid of my own safety. siempre que vamos a Madrid nos quedamos en este hotel. Está muy bien situado, tiene el metro al lado, está en un barrio agradable, y sobre todo las habitaciones están muy bien.

We verbleven 4 dagen in dit hotel en waren zeer tevreden. Vriendelijke en spontane bediening, aangename en comfortabele kamers, hotel heeft een leuke binnenplaats om 's avonds iets te drinken. Aanrader voor citytrippers die gewoon een degelijk hotel zoeken op een goede locatie. Hotel ligt vlakbij metrostation, supermarkt, een park...

Consiglio questo hotel a chi vuole passare qualche giorno a madrid senza spendere troppo. Vicino al centro e alla fermata della metro. Pulito e confortevole.

Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très bien situé, à 3 stations seulement du plein centre de Madrid, dans un très agréable quartier résidentiel et vivant. On y vit avec de "vrais" madrilènes, sans touristes. Chambre confortable et calme, jolie déco, chambre et salle de bain sont toutes neuves. Le personnel est charmant. seul petit bémol, pas de wifi gratuit […] dans la chambre (mais disponible dans le hall ce qui est déjà sympathique) .Nous avons séjourné 5 jours en avril 09 et conseillons vivement cet hôtel. ottimo hotel vicinissimo al centro e a 50 metri dalla stazione della metro che viaggia fino alle 22. centro commerciale di fronte e nei dintorni molti ristoranti e bar tapas.
