We really liked this hotel. I ate there on my previous trip but wasn't booked there. Told myself was going to stay there next time I came up. I want disappointed

We had an early flight and needed to stay at the airport. This hotel was recommended by flight crews. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was good and I wish I had time to use the pool. Shuttle was waiting for us early in the morning. We left our car there for 10 days. It was safe and secure in the front lot. Found food offer very limited and disappointed that breakfast items did not appear to have been freshly prepared

This hotel is great in that it is clean and nice looking, but everything is an extra charge. Breakfast is expensive, wifi is expensive, and parking is expensive. The restaurant in the hotel is good and convenient, but again expensive. I stayed here for a conference so it was fine and I can't complain about the really important thing, such as cleanliness, […] staff and the hotels appearance. Expensive, wifi limited, cold room service food, and tv channels cutting out. The staff was nice, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

My wife and I used the hotel as a staging point to take our daughter to the Newark Liberty Airport and a Broadway show. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant downstairs and room service for breakfast. Everything was clean. It was safe and convenient for our plans. Recommended.

Loved the style of the hotel. Our room was terrific in size and comfort. Wish they had a traditional restaurant though. Eating in the very contemporary bar was not very comforable and the price of food and drinks was VERY high. $11.00 to $12.00 for a coctail and $12.00 to $16.00 was appetisers. More like what you would see at a high end resort.

Excellent service, facilities and interior design. Very helpful staff. Good evening food in bar/bistro and good breakfast. Nice ambience. Free on-line flight check-in service.

The room was very spacious, and very comfortable. It's true there is restaurant service until midnight, which we appreciated as we arrived after 10 pm, but service was very slow. The room did not have a balcony, as stated in the hotel description. Perhaps the balconies gave way to more room space. The rate for internet access was surprisingly high.

I loved the hotel! Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that the hardware floor at the entrance of the room made it a little noisy. I was able to hear every person who walked past the room talking. Housekeeping was super noisy in the morning, but they did a great job with cleaning the room.

Ordered room service, there was a $30 service charge and the pizza was old and cold. Other than the poor quality of food and the $14 just to park in their lot it was ok. Wouldn't stay there again though.

A very nice hotel with such pleasant staff even at 1am when we checked in. Our room was most comfortable but I do wish that such a good experience is not spoilt by paper cups for coffee. There were only 2 coffee sachets, one being decaf which we do not use. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was very nicely kept on the inside. Unfortunately not in the best area. Didn't care for 2 things in particular : Walls seemed awfully thin, you could hear next door and 2) no vent in restroom. Other than that our stay was nice and much better deal than staying in NY.

This hotel was great for the price. It was very modern and I was overly impressed with the state of the art room. The room was just as pictured on the website. The restaurant was a bit pricey and the food was ok but it was a long wait to get your food. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again and refer family and […] friends to this hotel. I was traveling with my 2 daughters and they loved the hotel and asked if we could stay there again. They loved the swimming pool and sauna. It was very easy to catch a shuttle to the airport from the hotel, however, it took a while to catch a shuttle back from the airport. The elevators needed vacuuming. I was there on a Sunday evening, so that might explain why they were dirtier than they should have been. There was inadequate signage, so that one was always puzzled about where to go. For example, when I exited my room (#814) . There were exit signs in both directions, but I feel certain that I should have been guided […] to turn right, because that was where the elevator was. My complaint with respect to the quality of staff is based on the fact that after I checked in, the clerk did make any effort to tell me where the elevators were so that I could find my room. It was my first time staying over at the Hotel. I was surprised at how the hotel was clean (not that I expected it not to be). The room I stayed at with my husband was clean and comfortable as well. Hotel location didn't bother at all. It is convenient. If you know the area there's plenty of things to do around but you will have to step out. The Hotel […] has a bar/restaurant/lounge that seemed very cozy, pretty and good place to hang out. Staff was attentive and respectful. I did request room service and the food arrived fast (and it was a Friday night) but do allow them about 30 mins to get it ready. The food was good. The only thing that I didn't like was that the parking was not included in the stay which I didn't think it was fair. My husband and I were driving both of our cars and we both needed to pay for parking. I just thought that since you are staying over the hotel as a paying customer, parking should be included. I stayed there for one nite actually 7 hrs and my SUV got stolen from there gated parking lot. Actually 3 cars got stolen that nite. Not only has no one helped me they still charged me 14 for parking. Lol not about the $14 just principle. If u want to take my advice do urself a favor never stay there If u want to keep ur car
