Very big room, with king size bed, an office,and clean, only air conditioning very noisy and street noice if you opened the window although it was 17th floor. in the reception one of the staff new everything , the rest didn't, but Ruben was wonderful, not only for booking a limo to the airport, but we went around, Santa Monica, ANaheim, NEwport beach, and universal studios only with buses and underground from stations near the hotel with 2 dollars ticket, he knew the restaurants and helped us go around easily, problem is restaurant i booked breakfast american buffet, finally it wasn't buffet but served coffee, orange juice, toast and omelette and you had to remind them what was their job to serve you, but never forgot to bring for gratuity and although they served the same menu everyday , they charged different sums, I think the direction of the hotel should check them , why we were charge one day 100 dollars, the next 84, the next 95 etch,, I might stay there again, but the situation in the restaurant wasn't good, without breakfast maybe.

The beds and pillows were the worst I have ever had. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were a joke. The noise level from the street very bad and the you could here every word that was said from the other rooms. I am a very heavy sleeper and I woke up multiple times throught the night due to the noise.

First off, the staff didnt know how to run their own computer system so it took a half hour to just check in. The room key would work on the 5th or 6th try. The carpet was so sticky and disgusting we couldn't walk with bare feet. The beds were like sleeping on a rock and the pillows were like wadded up tissues. Never again!!

It was right off the freeway convienent to where I was going. Plenty of restaurants near by. No pool only a whirlpool. Not enough parking.
