Best Western Atlantis Hotel - Μελβούρνη

Comfortable room for a 3 night stay. The room was spacious! This hotel has onsite parking whereas many of the hotels in the CBD area didnt. Only complain is that they didnt make up our room on the last night of stay and there was visible soap scum in the shower. Location wise it is bit out of the main CBD area - 15 mins from Swanston St but we didnt […] mind the walk. Hotel is right across from a main train station - Southern Cross Station which was very convenient if you didnt want to walk. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and roomy. Nicely located close to Southern Cross train/bus depot for easy transfer to airport. Easy access to all public transit. Great gym and pool area. Dissappointed the restaurant was closed however did offer a small buffet breakfast that was adequate. Only a one night stay but the convenience of the hotel was excellent, & great for an early morning getaway if you are heading across the Westgate Bridge. As well the room was well appointed, clean & roomy. Car park an added bonus particularly in the CBD & at a reasonable rate.

Great hotel, I would stay there again.

My 87 year old mother even who hates being away from home overnight said it was the best way to do Christmas in Melbourne.

my room was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable, If I have any complaint at all, it would be the sub-standard breakfast that was offerd. for the price, eggs and beans on toast were pretty dissapointing

The cleaning was very poorly done. We actually had to change room since we stayed for 12 days and they never cleaned it properly. Also the internet connection was really a joke since we for example bought a month connection for $40 but you could only use 1 gb of it so we ran out after only 4 days. We had a very interesting offer for this hotel which is very close to the station but not noisy Parking was available and not too expansive But the room was not so nice, with some parts that needed to be fixed. Only an inner window at the "ground level" of this inner "shaft", which means we were able to count the number of butts dropped on the ground […] by the other guests. Well appointed, close to public transport, easy to get into and out of by car. Close to Docklands as well as the CBD. Great place to stay while in Melbourne.

We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for what we needed close to everything easy to get around, the only negitive would be the cleanliness of the room/ bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I will be staying here again and will be reccomending this hotel to others

Very good for people on a budget. Close to free local transport. Best chinese meal we had in Australia located in street behind Hotel.

Great hotel

We booked months in advance and got the room furthest from the lift we were told we only paid for budget so that is what we were getting. Class door on bathroom no privacy what so ever,and the smalled bathroom we have ever been in.If you book this hotel you must pay for the very best room or you will be very dissapointed

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful, even gave us extra time to check out due to us coming back from an overseas trip. Breakfast very adequate and well priced at $11 each. Stayed here before, and will again as it is conveniently located to Southern Cross, Sky Bus etc, so is great when travelling. It is also a quiet place to stay.

I stayed in room 512. The room was clean but no view at all. when I was looking through the window, a dirty towel and a lot of cigarette butts was outside window that disgusting. Also the safe was not working and not operational. Cheers Martin

Horribly managed hotel in wrong part of town. Had item stolen from my room by their housekeepers and no help from the manamagement as well as being overcharged for days of Internet service which I didnt order.-AmEx took care of it for me Find another place- depressing rooms and run down

not the place to stay- try somewhere else....bad service, small rooms and not best neighboorhood and even had something stolen from the room without any help from the staff in locating the item. Staff unhelpfull and lazy...so be warned

Enjoyed a great night in this very clean, spacious and well appointed hotel.

5 minute walk from Airport Skybus, also 1st stop of the airport hotel shuttle service. walking distance to trams and free city shuttle. Room had no window view to outside- this wasnt mentioned in booking though. Room was clean and staff was good.

My only thing is, I wish I could open the windows.Air con is no substitute for fresh air

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Only 2 issues which bothered us - 1. Was advertised as having cable TV, but doesn't. 2. The window in the room couldn't be opened which occasionally felt a bit stuffy. Otherwise we were very happy with the hotel.

We only needed a night stay because of early morning flight however we were so pleased with the hotels location, tariff and service that we will use it again when visiting Melbourne for any reason eg football matches or shopping.

We stayed at the Atlantis hotel for two nights in November 2011. The hotel and room were excellent - very clean and comfortable. The only draw back is that the window in the room could not be opened - the air conditioning worked well, but if you are someone who likes fresh air, maybe this is not the hotel for you (I don't know if other rooms have windows […] that open, but ours was sealed shut). Very quiet, close to Southern Cross, overall very happy

Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Perfectly located on same street as bus terminal with links every 10 mins to Melbourne airport. Tourist (free) circle line at top of road and excellently positioned for stroll through the city. nice hotel and good value for money.

Nice hotel in a fairly central hotel. The staff was very helpful and understanding, although we did not bother them too much. But an extension for 2 hours on checkout time was accepted promptly. Nice and clean rooms, but quite expensive Internett fees!!

Good location to all amenities, but the room was dusty, and they don't change bed sheet.

Overall I was pretty satisfied with the hotel and the service of the staff. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Location is good if you are traveling, literally a 5min walk from Southern Cross Station (where the sky bus arrives / departs for Melbourne airport) but there's not a great selection of restaurants in the area.

Overall our stay was very good. Two issues- we arrived at the hotel at 11:45 and were told that our room would be available 'soon'. we did not get the room until 1:15. The quality of the breakfast was uninspiring. Some fruit other than apples and some cold meat/cheese would have helped.

Good convenient location to Southern Cross station and tram. Adequate accommodation. Inconvenient lack of towel rails in bathroom. Obviously no environmental concerns for further use of towel after a shower or wash.

Close to trams, near to exibition & convention centre, coles across the road, The Staff were friendly and helpful.

a verry good location for rail @flights.hotel was comforible and suted my requirments.

We were impressed with the overall motel . We have stayed at many Melbourne hotels and found this very good value for money .

The room is big, bath room is ok, equipment is a little bit old. Everything in order. But I found one cockroach.
