Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Chattanooga I-24 West - Σατανούγκα

The hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay. My husband loved the fresh baked cookies. Better than average free breakfast. We had the whirlpool suite. Over powering cigerette smell and the tub had cracked grout but I sprayed the room down and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again. Safe area.

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially housekeeping. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good, but the room was a little bit older looking and you could see repairs in the walls. the room was overall very comfortable and we had a great stay. We will stay here again when we return to Chattanooga!!!!

This Country Inn & Suites was way better than I thought it would be. The room was bigger and very comfortable. Everything was clean and the A/C worked very well. The breakfast was very good and my daughter thought the waffles was the best she ever had. I will stay there again the next time I'm in Chattanooga.

Great location ... Beautiful surroundings. The hotel was fair enough. Rooms were cozy, but not very clean. Found an old used spittoon cup near the headboard of my bed and three old half empty bottles of soda in the drawers. The hotel manager was very apologetic and accommodating. The breakfast was better than most with hot and cold items offered.

The hotel was wonderful. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the breakfast was awesome. Location very convenient to stores, restaurants and the interstate. Cookies in the lobby were very good.

I had a room with a king size bed and whirlpool tub. The description said there would be a pull out couch, but there was not. Instead there was a chair. I approved a smoking room and I will never do that again. The room smelled bad. The tub had caused the carpet to be damp. The kind of damp that never dries. Check out was a noon, but my key would not […] let me back into the hotel as I was packing the car, so I had to walk to the front. Our initial room was a smoking room, which we did not care for. Not only did they change our room to non smoking without complaint, they upgraded us to a sweet and put us in the room next to another member of our party. We did not request either to be done for us. The breakfast was great. The kids loved the pool and I appreciated how warm the pool was. […] The staff was polite and friendly. My stay was really good. The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. Very convenient. The staff had left a small gift in my room (an individual pecan pie with Happy Thanksgiving note) since my stay was near the Thanksgiving holiday. This was unexpected and appreciated. The fresh cookies in the lobby were a nice touch also.

Great hotel staff very good great location.would have given 5 stars but no jacuzi by the pool and the heated pool was cold.

This hotel has torn covers on the couch, beds are horrible, walls are so thin you can easily hear every word of the conversation in the room next door, the non-smoking room was smoke filled, the carpet is torn and dirty to the point you feel it a must to wear your shoes and the pool is absolutely freezing cold to the point where kids are standing around […] the edge unwilling to get in. Overall, a very good experience. The only concern I would share is this. We checked in late on a Friday night after a long drive from near Tampa FL. We had to wait quite a while to get checked in as the clerk was very busy. Definitely not the clerks fault, just a result of understaffing on the part of the management.

Great place to stay, clean rooms and spacious. Breakfast was excellant, lots of variety.

We were pleased with the room arrangements, cleanliness, and friendliness. The hot breakfast was nice. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was not heated properly and this could not be corrected during our stay. It was too cold to swim. Also it would be nice if they had a DVD player in the rooms for watching movies.

I was traveling with my almost 4 year old and my one year old without my husband. I felt extremely safe at this hotel. staff was helpful with questions. they wore many hats at the same time. room was nice. i had gotten a nonsmoking room online, but when got there was given smoking. they did change my room, but said that that was a preference that did not have to be honored.

We were more than satisfied with the front desk person. She was particularly helpful. We had asked for a handicapped accessible room but were told there were none available when we go there. She somehow did find us one. the only problem there was the air conditioner leaked all over the carppet. We were so tired and knew they did not have any other room, […] we did not complain. We found the hotel and staff first class with any request asked for. The position was convenent for the local attractions and there are quite a few places to eat locally. We found it to be good value.

The room was very nice, and the bed was soooo comfortable!! It was just minutes from all of the destinations I had planned to see. I was very impressed with the breakfast offered. Loved the room location right across from the pool. But the water was like ice. Breakfast was good enough (we had a long drive ahead) We would stay again - good location for us on way to fla. A whirlpool would be nice!!

The hotel had great staff, excellent breakfast, clean pool and great location 15 minutes from Lookout Mountain and the Aquarium downtown. Unfortunately the sole elevator was broken during our entire three day stay and hauling five people and their luggage up and down the stairs gets old in a hurry. Over all the hotel was a good value for the money. We had to change rooms because the air conditioner did not work in the first room. The staff was very accommodating and found a room that met our needs. The breafast each morning was adequate and included a variety of choices. This Country Inn & Suites was in the perfect location. Although we had a Cracker Barrel right in front and a Taco Bell next door, we chose to order Mr. T's pizza,Great choice! Loved the bed and had plenty if room in the suite with the second room having a door separating the bed room. Would definitely stop at this hotel again!

This was a really nice hotel with great spacious rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff. However, we had been ASSURED of a non smoking room at reservation time and I made it very clear I would not book unless I could get a non smoking room, and we received a smoking room. This was the first time we've ever stayed in a Country Inn, and it was okay. Not phenomenal, just okay. The staff was superb and very friendly and helpful! The room was large and had a great setup, but needs serious updating, and just felt a little bit dirty. (Carpets, comforters, etc.) Tub was dirty, and bathroom floors were too. A/C was broken. we've stayed at this hotel many times. it's a better deal than paying higher prices downtown. has a walmart and shops/cracker barrel right in front of it/down the road from the nature center and lookout mtn attractions and just about 10min from downtown. it's homey and safe. bfast is good-wknd had eggs,bacon/sausage,biscuits,fruit,danishes,waffles,cereal,hot […] choc,milk, etc.rooms are suites so you have a separate living room from bedroom which a lot of hotels do not have and charge you more too. if you want to walk to a lot of things and not travel a little by car, then stay downtown.
