This place is nice, and well worth the price. The location was perfect for our weekend at Disney, with a free shuttle multiple times each day. The room was clean and all the appliances & furniture were up to date. The front desk will try to sell you special packages or tickets, but other than that I have no complaints. Once was enough. We had a bad start and got worst from there. Upon check-in are room was not ready and was told we would be called when it was ready, no call. We checked back after 5:00 and it was ready but noone called. The 2nd day the pool had to be closed do to an accident. Very nice place. Would stay here anytime. A little slow getting checked-in, but not too bad (I believe it was more of a slow computer issue). Spacious/huge suite with whirlpool. Found a few hairs in the shower (no big deal to me, but it freaked my wife out). The housekeeping(?) manager actually visited our room (they had no idea about the hairs in the […] shower, just policy) the day after we checked-in to find out if everything was okay. She apologized to my wife for the hairs in the shower and insisted that we call if we find anything not to our liking, and that they would repair immediately. I believe the main pool was closed for maintenance, so we didn't get a chance to use it. We used one of the other smaller pools. Not as nice, but more than adequate. Great place to stay! We stayed in a one bedroom villa, as we have done with other hotels in the past. My husband and I like the villas, because we can cook at the room with a full kitchen, and we save a lot of money that way on our vacations. Hotel advertised it was close to Downtown Disney. It is in general area, but noit at all convenient. Hotel services not available til 8 am...and promo dollars advertised were not usable as credit. they are coupons on things you dont need.

Very nice hotel, great location. Everything inside the apartment was new & clean. I will definitely stay there again and I will recommend it. Good price!

Great location for enjoying Central Florida attractions in comfort. Very nice staff!

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything about it. The swimming pool was heated, and I mean it was like a hot tub! Which was great for evening swims. Room was pristine. And the best part of all was the <5 minute walk to the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney. How special.

The stay as a whole was wonderful and as expected the room was immaculate and well supplied except for the standard hair and skin care products you pay for in the room rate. It is concerning when you book a hotel -- you never know what you're going to get. We were not disappointed when we arrived. The villa was spacious and very clean. We loved having the 2 bathrooms and the washing machine. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to take care of our family of 5. The room was very nice, clean, warm, and friendly. BUT, when I checked in, I was asked to join a "club" for points, then told I had to go to another desk, where they wanted me to sign up to go to a seminar. I told him I was not interested, he asked why not. I said no thank you...but no was not really an option. After I left every day I received a phone […] call re-inviting me to attend one of their sales meeting. I also paid for house cleaning, but upon check-in was asked to decline the service to be more green. I paid more for the room just so I could get house cleaning. Excellent resort-style hotel about 5 minutes or so away from Disney World. Dunkin Donuts located right across the street was the best part of waking up the next morning. We only stayed one night and were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. Everything is very nice and clean, the rooms had been recently renovated and upgraded. My family, 4 people total, stayed in two bedroom unit at the Lake View section. We were able to see the pond and pool from the balony. The room is so roomy and furnished with nice furnitures - looks like new. We love the room layout - very open. It is located about 10 minutes from Disney Downtown and closed to restaurants and other convenient stores. […] We had stayed in other big and nice resorts in Orlando in the past, but we all prefer this resort. Check-out is 10:00AM Check-in is 4:00PM Apparently 6 hours is not enough time to clean a room. Although our room has a guaranteed check-in time of 4:00, it wasn't ready until after 5:00pm.

Our family had the two bedroom suite and we were very surprise and happy with the commodations. I wish we stayed longer. I am planning on another trip and plan on staying there again.

The room was way more than we expected and was very clean and comfortable. The service we got was great. The location to the parks was within 5-10 minutes, which was convenient considering we don't know the area that well. Overall a great experience and can't beat the price we got!

We were told that upgared to the 50.00 same as cash was a great deal. not true, if you are staying for more than a day..... what a waste , first off your staff did not give me the coupons ans second, impossible to use in one night. should not even be offered if you are staying one night with no kids. i also informed your staff i was there for a birthday […] and would like to get to my room early to prepare. i was told that would not be a problem. update should be ready in ten minutes, that was till i didnt do the morning time share. then the minutes became two hours. Lots of good news to report--This complexl is a short hop to the Disney attractions. The entrance to the complex is guarded. Our 1 bedroom villa had a washer and dryer, fridge, oven and balcony. But, the best thing for us was that there were no hallways, therefore no loud people outside our door at all hours. The only negative for us was some loud […] activities being held at the pool. If you have kids who like to be in the hula hoop class or the "name that tune" contest, you may find these activities to be a plus. Was there 2nd week of September. Nearby pool under construction and restaurant closed when we went there 7pm. Had to drive to Fountain Side just to eat. No room service, restaurants cannot deliver food to room, you'll have to meet them in the lobby ( you'll have to drive there too) to get your food. The rooms are actually part of a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment. They are quite nice and comfortable compared to a standard motel room. The only problem we had was with the interpretation of what $50 resort credit (same as cash) was when booking the room. I thought if it was "same as cash" then we should be able to spend the $ as we wished. However what […] they give you is a coupon book with $50 of coupons for $5 off a drink, or $5 off in the store, or $5 off mini-golf. So I bet like us, not everyone gets to use all $50 credit. I will stay again.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite for 3 days (with family) prior to moving to a one bedroom suite for our last night at the Sheraton. The one bedroom suite's living room was very small but workable. I would have appreciated travel sized complimentary shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. There were none.
