Upon checking in we were happy being a block away from the beach, ut quite disappointed with the lack of ocean view, the construction noise from our balcony which for the view, noise, uncleanliness with uncomfortable furniture factors, was not conducive as a relaxing venue. The room details included very old and dated furniture including the mattress […] (back ache). The room layout provided no privacy for individual dressing and the bathroom was tiny. The automated phone messaging service was broken and we couldn't pick up messages. But, the good points are that the staff was accommodating, the location was great, the pool was perfect for sunbathing (though no pool rules kept kids from running and screaming as well as guest on their cell phones walking around the pool area yelling into their phones, all making the pool experience less than relaxing and fit for only a short stay). On the other hand, the breakfast was convenient and varied (but again, kids running around making loud noise was not relaxing again), the parking was also a great feature, as was a room safe, and computer station helped get boarding passes. The room was clean and all in all was ok, just not special. If you can tolerate some of the above and these may not occur during your stay, I recommend trying it at least once. After all, location is king. If you have to give up something when location is a primary benefit you might be ok with this Marriott Residence Inn. Διαβάστε περισσότερα

Loved sitting out on balcony. Kitchenette was a nice add-on. Didn't feel cramped in the room. Location is a plus to the town and the ocean.

Very nice updated hotel with with warm and friendly staff. Very close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed for a week. Hotel in great location, 1 block from beach, 2 blocks from downtown Delray restaurants. Hotel staff was great and responsive to needs. Daily breakfast was nice but they could use more seating at peak times. Pool and hot tub was also very nice. Would recommend and gladly return for another stay.

We have stayed in this hotel several times and will stay there in the future if we visit the area. Staff is courteous and although it is an older hotel is maintained fairly well. Some problems we had: they ran out of food for breakfast buffet (if you have a team of college athletes staying in the hotel you have to plan for big appetites!), the only […] treadmill was out of order the entire week we were there, and one of the two elevators was out of order for part of the time we were in hotel with no way to access the main floor except through elevator. This was a nice, though not fancy, hotel to stay in. It is very near both the beach and a cute downtown shopping area. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and we even had nice views of the ocean from our balcony (though not all rooms have the view). Overall, it was everything we expected and a bit more.

bed was alittle to soft for our liking,,,,and the light in bathroom was connected to the fan,,which was LOUD,,,so if got up during the night ,,had to go in the dark as otherwise fan would wake the other person up.

Our room was a good size, we appreciated the full kitchen, and you can't beat the location - a block from the beach and walking distance to a bunch of fun shops and restaurants. The only downside is that the staff are just okay, very few of them were very friendly or welcoming.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting my brother. We had a good experience here and would come back. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious and it was walking distance to everything.

Stayed a couple of nights in August. They took me to/from airport. All staff were very helpful. Hotel feels new, is quiet, and I would stay here again.

We have stayed their numerous times. we live locally and like to get away for a weekend so we go there. It's centrally located and allows you to walk everywhere you want to go. The staff is always accomodating and they have a very nice breakfast every morning.

The location is key for someone looking to go to Delray Beach and someone looking to head to the nightlife. Something for everyone. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel is perfect for families. We had a 1 bedroom suite for the 5 of us and it was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach! The complimentary breakfast each morning was outstanding. Service was a little slow getting extra towels sent up, but that is the only issue we had. We would definately stay there again!

Over all I had a good stay. The only issue was parking and the lack of hot water in their new energy efficient rooms. Location was great room where nice just could not get over the cold showers.

It's ok for an overnight stay. The breakfast was decent. The air conditioning on our side of the building was not working properly, for one night it's ok.

Everything was wonderful but one of the elevators was down, so at busy times a 5 to 10 minute wait wasn't unusal. They were working on it but the staff said it had been out for months. The location of the hotel was the best and we had a really great time. Breaksfast was outstanding.

Overall a great experience, but we were promised a king and didn't get that at first. We eventually got switched to another room with a king, but no balcony.

Incredible place, the location is ideal as you walk to the beach and any bars/restaurants/shopping that would would need. Hotel staff is nice, good breakfast included and the rooms are nice, ours was a suite that had a balcony out over the pool and have a view of the street and ocean. Pretty sweet.

I felt that the size and layout of our room was lacking. We paid a lot of money for a junior suite. . .it came with 2 full beds, when we had hoped for 1 queen or king size, and there was very little room to maneuver around the beds. In the living room, once the sofa bed was pulled out, there was no room at all to walk around. We felt very cramped. The […] kitchen was fabulous, and the bathroom was nice, but the layout was awkward. If one of us got up early, the area to brush teeth and get ready for the day, was in full view of the bedroom, so the light bothered the person who would have chosen to sleep in. This also meant that when my teen aged daughter wanted to come brush her teeth, she was in full view of both of us. . . considering the extra cost of the suite vs. a second bedroom, we were disappointed. The hotel is just off the beach...maybe 500 feet. Great location. You can easily walk through the best parts of Del Ray. The breakfast in the morning is very nice with bacon or sausage every day, eggs, oatmeal and a variety of baked goods. Parking is covered and convenient. Our kids really enjoyed the pool.

This is a good choice especially for families and extended visits. A kitchenette was a great convenience. There was even a 2 burner stove! The only negative I had was that the lighting for reading in the room can use some improvements.

Very enjoyable stay - the suites on the ground floor are ideal for families with babies as they have a large living room / dining / kitchen area as well as a separate bedroom. I saw this hotel was only a 3 star hotel but it felt close to a 4 star. Very clean and comfortable rooms. One block from the beach. Close to nice restaurants and shops.

This hotel was great. The complimentary breakfast each morning was better than we expected and a great way to start the day. Loved walking the blvd each morning and evening. Just wish our room had a balcony but we liked everything else about our room including the separate living room and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is close to beach, restaurants, shops. The breakfast buffet has good selection of hot and cold items, including hot oatmeal (one of my favorites). Kitchen was well equipped for limited meals. Staff was friendly. Only problem I noted was very noisy elevators - they need to do some servicing before the peak season begins.
