The small community of Liberty Lake is big on recreation. Golf courses, along with the lake and adjacent 2,983-acre Liberty Lake Park, offer a variety of diversions. 25 miles of connected trails, including one over Interstate 90, have earned this city a Bicycle Friendly Community designation. A bike festival is held at the city’s Pavillion Park, which also hosts a summer concert-and-movie series.

Pool/hot tub open 24 hrs. & clean. Theater/game room w/board games, popcorn, hot choc., etc. Pizza & other meals available to purchase, which was so convenient vs. sending out/going out; room had microwave & fridge. Good continental breakfast, very helpful staff, close to highway, quiet/not busy.
"Great Staff...Not So Great Neighbors"
This hotel was great looking and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Was there for a nice relaxing night out for my fiance's birthday....our stay was great...up until about 7am when the neighbors across the hall had no control over their 3 very young children. They ran up and down the halls screaming and slamming their room door every 5 min. Even […] after asking the father to keep it down, it seemed to get louder. I dont feel its the hotels fault, but the parents. I wish all hotels would allow the top floor to be child free for this very reason. "Comfortable and convenient"
We were very pleased with everything. Convenience, cleanness and the continental breakfast. We definately will stay here again.

The hotel itself was great, but I think the hotels need to put all the kids and pets in once location instead of mixing them with older people who are trying to sleep. That was the only complaint and it was due to the ignorance of the people, not the motel; but they do need a separate location. thanks.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from MT. Our suite was a 2-rm suite ((one rm = queen; 2nd room was king + sofa))--which is great when traveling with 4 younger kids. Its the first hotel I've been to that is geared for families. Has a sm sports bar area for adults only with pool table + tv; nooks and crannies in the hall (our hall had a nice […] chess table, sm bookcase with books, and comfy couch to sit on), a games room for kids with video games and Wii...a great place to bring the family! The only issues I had? king bed was hard (but that was where kids slept); the breakfast bar is great, but the gravy for the biscuits was lukewarm when we dropped down for breakfast abt 830/900am;and the pool could be bigger area... The pricepoint was bang on (we stayed in a holiday inn express while in MT for basically same price, which was quite comparable in size, and we'll make this our regular o/n stay when we travel east.. "Best Western....Mexican style breakfast"
This place was alright. Loved the fact that no one really used the pool/hot tub so it seemed like I had it all to myself. The room seemed a little crowded with 2 queen beds. But overall...it was a good stay. Comfortable enough beds. Down pillows, nice sized flat screen TVs, all the standard stuff. Was there anything exceptional about my stay here? Not […] really. Nothing that stood out other than the interesting breakfast food choices. There was eggs and sausage, but it was this spicy Mexican style sausage and tortillas on the side every morning as though everyone was going to make a breakfast burrito each day. "Fantastick!!!"
Their staff is incredible!! One of my all-time favorite hotels!!! Pool and Hot tub is Open 24hrs!!! My wife and kids loved staying here for spring break........
"The Peppertree Best Western"
This was very convenient to the Liberty Lake area where we were staying to be close to family. It was very convenient and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. If you need to stay in this area, i would recommend this hotel
"Clean, European-style comfort"
We were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities of Best Western PepperTree. It's located in what appeared to be a new bedroom community outside the hustle and bustle of the city. We highly recommend this motel.

pool and spa was shut down, breakfast is great dont take room 114, noisy with ice machine and elevator, toilet flushing upstairs is loud good hotel, close to valley shopping. enjoyed our stay, will go back again,

We were in town for a 50th wedding party, the room was very roomy, the big screen tv was nice and the breakfast was super good, we were happy campers!
