It was ok. I really don't expect every hotel to clean wall every day- but the room we had sure could have used it! Other than a few gross spots on the wall, it was a nice hotel.

Love this hotel. The location is great for us and the front desk staff is incredible. As I stated last year the carpeting in the public areas is very worn and should be replaced. Nice hotel. The room was very nice. The neighborhood we were near was a little dicey, but it was just a place to sleep. Easy to miss the street, too, but it is right off the highway, which was nice. Overall, the hotel was nice.

We have stayed near Nashville several times a year for the past 5 years and this hotel was as good as many priced a lot higher. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The carpet on stairs and hallways good use an update but otherwise it was great.

The breakfast was great. It was fresh and hot. They had plenty of food. Only downsize there was not a vending machine to get a snack but they did have cookies in the lobby :)

The staff was great, room nice, but big-time Internet issues. I teach online courses and that was a problem. If that is important to you, a call to the hotel before booking may be in order. Also, they advertise HBO, it was something like Starz/Encore. That was no biggie for us. We would stay there again, but check on the Internet first.

We pulled back the comforter to one of the beds and there was blood stains on the bottom and top sheet. There was also several hairs in the bed. Also the picture in one of the rooms was very fuzzy. The night staff was very friendly. The coffee was good.

We will stay here again, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable. It made our time in Nashville very enjoyable.

This place was OK, but hard to rate it higher. Location is a little weird as other adjacent business properties are all empty / closed. It's immediately off the interstate so front side rooms can also be a little noisy. Could use some updating but overall not bad. We stayed overnight and were satisfied with the room. Not extra clean but not gross either. The young ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help me print off tickets for the Grand Ole Opry and were pleasant and helpful.

For the price, the room was just fine. We were in town for a family birthday, so we didn't stay in the room a lot. We have stayed here before, but this time it did seem to be a lot louder. We booked this hotel because it was the location of a wedding reception we were attending and the price was right. There were five of us (my husband and I as well as three children.) We booked the queen suite and it was perfect with two beds and a pull-out couch. The room was very comfortable. But the thing that stands out the most was their continental breakfast. It was one of the best that I have ever had!

Breakfast was the only thing that was worse than I expected, but still pretty good for free. I read reviews, and most of them paint the right picture. It's a great hotel to stay in for cheap. Wi-fi is fine, breakfast has fruit, pastry, meat, eggs, all kinds of drinks. I took a team of 6 kids and 3 parents to stay for 3 nights, and we fit four people […] per room just fine, everyone was happy. Staff was accommodating, and location, apart from being right by the interstate, is good - plenty of restaurants nearby, etc. Despite some reviews, the noise from the interstate or the railroad was never a bother. You can see the sign from the Interstate but the road and entrance are hidden due to an old amusement business that is now closed. Better signage from Bell Road would be helpful so you know where to turn. Once you arrive everything is great but the entrance and driving by the old abandoned theme park is a little creepy.

We actually were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours because of some travel delays. Check-in process was very smooth. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bedding nice. The heating and cooling system worked perfectly. My family stopped there because it was a good halfway point for our FL drive. The hotel is in a pretty tricky location to get to, it's tucked away on a frontage road of sorts right off the freeway. The intersection to get to the road was very busy so it could be easy to miss the turn, they do however have a sign pointing to the hotel which was helpful. […] The neighborhood seemed a little shady but that's not too big of an issue, we just needed a place to crash. The room itself was what you would expect, a couple queen beds and it was clean. I inspected the sheets and they seemed to not have any of the "suspect" hairs so I'm assuming they were changed. But the bathroom was the big drawback. There was no hot water pressure for us to take a shower or give our kids a quick bath and after riding in a car for 12 hours that was a real bummer. Love the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome. The entrance to the hotel was a little tricky when you were leaving. Could not see on coming traffic because it was on a curve. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

It was okay, clean but outdated. The beds were old and not comfortable. However, the indoor pool was outstanding, if that is what you are looking for.

The pool area was very nice and clean. Breakfast and cookies were awesome. However rooms are a little dated they are clean. They could use a upgrade in paint and room design and tv the tv had a horrible high pitch squealing noice

Very clean. Nice, well-equipped room. Free WiFi, breakfast, parking. Fridge and microwave in room. Would definitely stay here again. Only draw back is it is a bit tricky to get in the entrance if you don't know where it is. We drove right by it the first time. But no other complaints.

I planned on hitting the town that night, but after seeing how comfy the bed was, I skipped out on the town and went to bed.
