This is one of our favorite places to stay....the rooms & beds are comfortable, clean and walls are soundproof from one room to the next. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who insists on the same standards. Love the pool and it is a pet friendly hotel....it is close to Highway and Airway Heights has all the things we might want to do.. 1) see a […] movie 2) shop 3) Visit Northern Quest 4) Etc. "Holiday Inn - Great Place to stay before a flight"
Personnel were very accommodating. Front desk made sure I had all that I needed. Room was clean and quiet. Was able to tranport to airport in plenty of time--airport is minutes from the hotel. Holiday Inn is pet friendly which scores big points with me!!!!
"Great little place"
We stayed here in preparation for an early morning flight and were pleasantly surprised. The front desk service was excellent, and the full service bar (with fireplace) was a nice touch. We would stay again.

This hotel is within 5 minutes of Spokane airport and was the perfect choice for an early morning flight. Comfortable room, pleasant staff, restaurant and bar on the premises.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Airport in Spokane. Beautiful and clean! Very nice people at the desk! Very accomodating and helpful! We utilized the shuttle to visit the Northern Quest Casino. The driver was very courteous and safe. We would definitely stay here again.
We only booked this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport and we were going back home the next day. It was a very nice and clean hotel, but it didn't come with breakfast and since we were on a 2 week vacation with 6 people (had 2 rooms), a free breakfast saved us lots of money! It was a nice stay, nothing too fancy. Glad we got into the pool […] earlier in the evening because later, it was full of LOUD and out of control teen/twenty somethings. Around midnight...we found out that many of them were in the room next to us :/ Luckily we had a fan that we brought on vacation with us...it didn't drown them out completely, but enough to where we could go to sleep. A very nice hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. Shuttle ride downtown and back was very nice since parking was at a premium for Hoop Fest. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. All and all a nice stay but that is what I would expect for the price you pay to stay there. I know it was much higher than other hotels so I would expect better service […] and I was not disappointed. I would recommend that you not get rooms next to the elevators though. Hotel was clean and nice. The internet ad said that a free continental breakfast would be provided and also free parking and free shuttle to the airport. What the ad didn't say was no breakfast at this hotel and an additional $25 fee for parking. Good location from the airport. Make sure you fill up your rental car before you get here. No gas stations close by.
The hotel was new and clean and had a full restaurant and bar that were well maintained and the food was also quite good. Overall it was a good experience and we will stay there again. Personel were polite and professional but stopped short of that extra bit of record keeping it took to maintain the quality of our stay.
