καθαρό, με φιλικό, χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, εξαιρετικό πρωινό και σε ιδανική θέση. Κύριος σκοπός μας ήταν μια παράσταση στην Οπερα της Ζυρίχης, που ήταν ακριβώς στην επόμενη γωνία, αλλά γενικά η θέση του ξενοδοχείου μας επέτρεψε να κινηθούμε με τα πόδια στην ευρύτερη τουριστική περιοχή της πόλης, ενώ σε απόσταση 3 λεπτών βρισκόταν κεντρικός σταθμός του τραίνου αλλά και του τραμ. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν κάπως μικρό, καθώς επρόκειτο για δίκλινο με έξτρα κρεβάτι, ωστόσο δεν ήταν στενάχωρο ή άβολο. Μόνο αρνητικό η απουσία κάποιου χώρου υποδοχής ή αναμονής στη ρεσεψιόν - χρειάστηκε να περάσουμε ένα μισάωρο κάπου, πριν να έλθει η ώρα αναχώρησής μας για το αεροδρόμιο και δεν υπήρχε χώρος να καθίσουμε... Κατά τα άλλα, συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα !

"Art Nouveau Hotel in Zurich"
What a quaint hotel built during the art nouveau period in Zurich. Each room is named after an acclaimed artist. Very close to the train station and across the street from the river. Rooms are small and the bathroom is very tiny. Overall the room met our needs. There is no air conditioning so we opened the window and discovered that one of the hinges […] was loose so the window kept tipping inward. Notified the front desk (by the way, you enter the hotel through the bar, check in, and take the elevator up to your room) and they said they would look at it. We were there for 2 nights but it was not repaired. Our room overlooked an alley-way where there are lots of little shops and restaurants. Lots of choices for dining. The alley-way can become quite noisy at night after the clubs close. We would recommend this hotel to others although it would be more of a 2-star hotel - clean and comfortable with a good location. "Strange Lobby/Cafe!!!"
The room was fine except that there was no A/C. What was most disappointing about this hotel was that the hotel lobby and check-in area is the counter of a café on the ground floor. I have never brought suitcases to a café counter before to check in to a room. Breakfast in the morning was shared with random people having coffee in the café. The buffet […] food for breakfast was scarce and lacking in quality. The location was excellent. On the river and near the station. "Great location, Improvements Needed"
A very small hotel that enters into the dining room/cafe. Though the double room space was spacious, the upgrades were dated, internet access was down for two days, and the shower head height could not be fixed without sliding down to the bottom of the slide bar., and the seemingly constant smell of cooking fumes in the room (four floors up) was bizarre […] and hugely disappointing. "Absolutely wonderful!!"
Easy to find, right on the river, excellent restaurants and bars on the next street over, the train station is less than five minutes walking, the staff is very nice and breakfast ends late. Great stay!
Gunstige ligging ten aanzien van Haubtbahnhoff (nog geen 5 min lopen). Kamers zijn niet groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Kamers aan de achterkant wel lawaai van straat. Vriendelijk personeel. Gezellige sfeer in bar. Prijs is aan hoge kant, maar dat is alles in Zwitserland helaas.
