The hotel is found just outside the city walls. it offers bicycles and the route is just 2 klm long. We cincerely want to thankthe family for all the great hospitality and the help offerred to us.They really made our holidays a very pleasant experience. Definetely a recommend !

This hotel was located in an excellent place in Montecatini Terme just across the thermal baths and the park and 5 minutes walking distance to the city center and the shops. The train station is also very close which is very convenient if you want to visit Florence or Pisa in a day trip by train without having to take your car. The hotel was in very good condition; rooms are clean, spacey and lovely and offered parking area for the car which is locked during nights though not secured. I didn’t feel that my car was in any danger at all inside the parking. The only bad point is the breakfast. This was not a 4 star hotel breakfast! Very basic, juices were not fresh and really bad, coffee was from automatic machine, nothing to do with the Italian good cappuccino, and bread was too hard. Hotel also didn’t have other extra facilities like swimming pool, bar, big saloons etc. but overall impression was very positive. I would definitely suggest it for its price.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι όμορφο με πολύ άνετα δωμάτια. Δυστυχώς η περιοχή είναι βιομηχανική και ένα εργοστάσιο βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο.

The hotel is located next to the Leaning Tower and about 500m from the city center. The rooms are rather small, but clean. The staff is very friendly.

"Nice hotel - need a car"
I didn't realise when I booked how far from Pisa this hotel was and that may come as a shock to anyone arriving without a car and thinking they were staying in Pisa. However, if you have a car it is a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. Staff at check in were very plesent and friendly, our room was lovely in the old stable block on 2 floors, the only […] slight downside was it was very dark and the lighting was poor. "More Disney than Tuscany"
OK, firstly the "Hamlet" is better described as a retail outlet come industrial park and as donkey in "Shrek" says its "Far far far away" from anywhere of any interest. The hotel must have been designed by the creators of disneyland. The main pool and restuarant is a long walk or short drive away and the restuarant looks like a kitch pettrified forest […] in blue. As for the staff their attitude stinks. We booked and paid by credit card on the internet and at check in we were then asked to make the payment again........anyway, we confirmed with hotel.com that we had paid and shouldn't make any further payment. The recepionsists inferred that we 'didn't want to pay' and we explained that we 'had already paid' did'nt seem to rest easy with him. Rather than any apologies he complained that they were busy and that there were too many people on holiday, it wasnt a national holiday and frankly in this climate they should consider that a blessing rather than an inconvience. Anyway, he was clearly too busy to tell us where the restuarant or pool where and when I asked one of the other staff where the pool was he looked a tad put out and said "outside!" I mean how helpful can you be! We pulled him on his attitude and he did apologies but clearly they dont have enough staff and those that we encounterd were from the Fawlty Towers school of tourism. Situato in una corte medievale, con un bel parchetto interno, il laghetto, il parcheggio riservato e chiuso da cancello elettrico. Colazione a buffet ricca e variegata, con brioches calde il cui profumo sale nelle camere soprastanti

Hotellet har en flott hage og et koselig bassengområde. Hotellets restaurant hr et bredt utvalg og er av god kvalitet.
"Excellentes prestations"
Un peu déçus au départ par la situation de l'ensemble dans une zone commerciale et un manque d'informations à l'accuei, nous avons finalement été séduits par les prestations. Les draps et les serviettes ont été changés tous les jours pendant notre semaine, . L'hôtel est divisé en deux parties, le "borgo" espace privé et fermé où se trouve l'accueil […] et le batiment principal qui comprend les restaurants , discothèque et piscine tous publiques. Installés dans cette partie nous nous sentions un peu à l'écart. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'accés direct à la piscine pour les occupants de l'hôtel. Un peu trop bruyante à notre goût celle-ci n'offre pas de possibilité pour les personnes qui ne savent pas nager bassin pour les bébés,bassin olympique et plongeoir. Διαβάστε περισσότερα
