Thoroughly enjoyed our five day break at Villa Castelletti. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Excellent and extremely helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Added bonus that weather was fabulous. Will definitely try to get back - sooner rather than later.

We love the place and the staff. You could ask for a better location or staff. Great accomadations We love the breakfast and the views.

My wife and I stayed here on our recent trip to Italy, and we absolutely loved it. The actual structures themselves are very charming, and our room was very large compared to typical European standards. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for them. It was also about a five minute drive from the train station in Signa, where you can catch a train to and from Florence. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Alessandro makes you feel at home when you are so far from it. We woke up to birds singing and had one of the best meals at the restaurant under the bridge. We will never forget our stay here and will make it a point to stay again when we return.

This is a great family hotel located in the Country side and our stay was the most memorable. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing

This historic villa is in an ideal location in the hills near Signa and one has easy access to Florence and other cities such as Lucca and Pisa by car or train from here. Alessandro is very ethusiastic and passionate and offers advice on restaurants, places to go, how to get to places and knowledge about Tuscany. The staff were also very helpful. The […] breakfast provided was excellent. The restaurant on site was closed when we arrived but Stefano gave a recommedation for an excellent restaurant in Signa. Rooms were well appointed with a resort atmosphere. Views of the countryside from the villa location are exceptional. The place is difficult to find at night unless one has a GPS. Highly recommended. very nice surrounding,amazing breakfast,very friendly and wellcoming hosts.room was well kept and authentic.all was wonderfull and we had the best time in this very romantic place.

We were very pleased with our stay at Villa Castelleti, We met up with friends there who arrived a few days before we did. The manager and staff were very friendly and promptly saw to our needs and questions as they arose. The villa grounds are charming, great for a relaxing stay with an outdoor pool, patio tables outside our room on which we could […] sit and chat. There was also a games area which consisted of a fooseball table and a ping pong table. The included buffet breakfast is outstanding. The choices included delicious pastries, rolls, fruit, chees and cold cuts, and cereal. Scrambled eggs and bacon are also available. Coffees were made to order and tea was also available. We rented a car, which we would recommend, as we used it to get ourselves to the train station in Signa to take the train into Florence, and to drive ourselves to other nearby towns/cities to explore. The villa is a good base from which you can do more touristy things, and also more rural explorations of the area. Beware of the road signage in rural areas though as they are not always clear. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the villas charming, and an amazing restaraunt just up the path from the villas. The location is perfect as we could make day trips to Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, etc, but had the benefit of coming back to the relaxing countryside and warm hospitality each evening and morning. Il Borgo Castelletti was the perfect finish to our 10 days in Europe. After several days packed with sightseeing, we found this hotel to be a perfect retreat. Staff were exceptionally accommodating, providing rides when available and addressing our every question and request. Vi blev mycket glatt överraskade över detta boende. Vi hade bokat för fyra och fick för ett lågt pris bo i ett jättefint rum. Eller mer som en lägenhet. Det är väldigt vackra omgivningar, och det finns en fin restaurang på området. Poolen va trevlig, och frukosten bra för att vara Sydeuropa. Det allra bästa va att personalen va otroligt trevlig och […] verkligen angelägen om att vi skulle ha det bra. Det va fri parkering och jättefin utsikt. Nackdelen är att det inte ligger centralt, men det beror ju på vad man vill åt. Personalen skjutsade oss till stationen i Signa, där det tog ca 15 minuter med tåg till Florens. Annars ligger hotellet verkligen perfekt för dagsutflyktet med hyrbil, tex till Chianti, Pisa eller bergen. Vi åkte tex till underbara San GImignano. Vi skulle lätt bo på detta hotellet igen. Il Borgo Di Villa Castelletti. Lugnt, fint, personligt med en fantastisk trevlig och hjälpsam hotellpersonal. Fin frukostbuffé. Lite krångligt att ta sig dit, men väl värt det om man har bil.Kan ta tåget från Signa till Florens, ca 20 min.

Staff eccellente. Grandi attenzione al cliente. Colazione ottima sia per i salati che dolci e frutta. Servizi accessori comodi ed economici (es. light lunch). Piscina e attrezzature accessorie (prato, ping pong, biliardino) ottime anche per i bambini. Het was echt een heerlijke vakantie in dit fantastische hotel, wat overigens grote appartementen zijn ipv hotel kamers! Heerlijk ontbijt iedere ochtend, alleraardigst personeel, alles wordt zeer goed schoon gehouden en het zwembad is geweldig! Met zout water, echt een pre!

The picture is lying. The actual rooms are in the bottom of the main picture. We were disapointed because we desided to stay this far from Florenze just because it was a castle. Well, what we thought was a castle. Another family arrived just before us and made the same mistake. We all drove up the beautiful alley up to the castle but could not find […] a reception. The restaurant was just OK. We had booked a table an hour after opening and wanted the lamb, but they did not serve that anymore. Yet another disapointment. The hotel quality is above 3 * . The personnel is nice, service excellent... no reasons to complain! I warmly recommend it... I will go again, that's for sure!

A wonderfull place in Tuscany. Staff is super friendly and very dedicated to making your stay a pleasant one. It's located on a beautifull hillside and the park and pool area is very nice. Rooms are nice and clean. Distance to Florence and other points of interest is reasonably (25min-1hr). I'll be back for sure! Super value!
