This hotel was a dump. The appearance of the staff was shoddy, the bathroom had mold in it and the pool was empty and in obvious disrerpair. It also appeared as if the hotel was being used for temporary housing for people on social assistance. We only stayed one night and that was enough.

Yes I read the other reviews and yes I should have believed them. Be warned! this hotel smells very bad! We had reserved a non-smoking room, and when we walked in it was even evident to my five year old that this was a room was full of smoke! we could not get out of there quickly enough. We requested a different room and the young woman working the […] desk was very polite and courteous, and gave us a different room. No smoking residue in this one, but then again it could have been masked by the heavy fried food smell. The entire hotel has an odor, musty in some places, fried food in others, cigarette smoke in most common areas and some non-smoking rooms. If you can get past the stench, then there are other cleanliness things that this hotel can improve upon such as vacuuming in the corners. There was so much dirt, debris, and human hair, etc. in the space between the night stand and beds that when my child dropped something there and picked it up I almost gagged. The disclaimer is that I've stayed in some interesting places around the world with few if any amenities, but lack of amenities does not equal lack of cleanliness. This hotel relay needs to step it up and clean a bit better. And that's not even including the pealing wallpaper and dirty bathtubs. The only "good" thing about this hotel was the woman working the front desk. She was very kind and helped to the best of her ability. The surrounding neighborhood, if you can call it that, is also lacking in curb appeal. Noisy and many people driving around all hours of the night with their radio blasting through and around the hotel parking lot. Some sketch characters too, I felt like I had to keep an eye out for my car. Nope, would not stay here again, nor would I suggest anyone stay there either. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The entire room smelled, including the bathroom. It was very noisy and people were running around all night.

Adequate hotel at a reasonable price. Received what I would expect from a 2-star hotel. Free breakfast barely adequate. No restaurant, only a "lounge" (bar). Good old-fashioned diner next door at a truck stop.

I arranged ahead of time to bring my dog. when I checked in I beleaved they knew I had a small dog. I was comfronted later around 1130 pm that I was not listed with the dog and the room was not for dogs and that it would cost 20 extra dollars which I was not made aware of before arriving. There was a bug in my bed at about 3am and when I checked out […] I was not given back my credit card . when I called when I relized that the card was left I was told I would have to drive back to Mass, from NYC to get it.Total bad experience. Continental breackfast was awfull. Walls where very thin and could hear all noice upstairs and next door. This was not cheap by anymeans and the staff is not nice or helpfull. Διαβάστε περισσότερα
