Ειναι η 2η φορα που διαμενω εκει και εμεινα απολυτα ικανοποιημενος χωρις να ξοδεψω τα 2πλασια ισως & τα 3πλασια για διαμονη στο κεντρο της πολης .Πολυ cool & ιδιαιτερα ησυχη γειτονια γυρω απο το ξενοδοχειο με πολλα καναλια του ποταμου που δινουν μια ξεχωριστη αισθηση και σου ανεβαζουν περαιτερω την διαθεση! Προτιμηστε τα δωματια του 3ου η 4ου οροφου η αν δεν θελετε πολλα σκαλια ( δεν εχει ασανσερ) τα 3 δωματια του ισογειου..Το 101 του ισογειου οπου διεμενα εχει μινιμαλ Γιαπωνεζικη διακοσμηση & τεραστιο διπλο κρεβατι..Αφθονο ζεστο νερο στο μπανιο και καθημερινη αλλαγη πετσετων & καθαριοτητα του δωματιου .Ωραιος ο μπουφες του πρωινου με βολικο ωραριο (8πμ-11πμ) σε ομορφη μικρη αιθουσα, Στα δωματια υπαρχουν και σκουρες κουρτινες για λιγοτερο εως μηδαμινο φως μεσα. Δωρεαν wifi με καλο σημα μεσα στο δωματιο, ημουν συνεχεια online ! Καπνισμα μονο στο μικρο φουαγιε του 1ου οροφου.Για μετρητα υπαρχει ΑΤΜ στην υποδοχη αλλα προτιμηστε ανταλλαγη χρηματων στα exchange του κεντρου γιατι η προμηθεια ειναι πολυ μικροτερη απο αυτη του ΑΤΜ! Πολυ κοντα στο ξενοδοχειο υπαρχουν αρκετα mini market 24 ωρες ανοιχτα..Λιγο πιο κατω το ενα απο τα 2 irish bars της πολης για τους φιλους της μπυρας και σχεδον απεναντι το πανεμορφο εξωτερικα θεατρο Μαρινσκυ ! Απολαυστικη η βολτα -πεζοπορια απο το ξενοδοχειο εως την Nevski prospect ( η κεντρικη αρτηρια της πολης ) Τα περισσοτερα σχεδον αξοθεατα -μνημεια βρισκονται σε αυτην την διαδρομη , ομως υπαρχει και το mini bus του ξενοδοχειου ( ανα μιση ωρα ) που παει μεχρι το κεντρο .. Πολυ φιλικο το προσωπικο ( με λιγα Αγγλικα) οχι ιδιαιτερα διακριτικοι βεβαια αλλα ευγενικοι και καλουληδες ! Δεν θα αλλαξω ποτε αυτο το ξενοδοχειο γιατι μου χαριζει τον πιο ηρεμο υπνο και μου ανεβαζει την διαθεση στην πιο ομορφη πολη του πλανητη!

Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο ξενοδοχείο. Ευγενικοί υπάλληλοι με καλή γνώση αγγλικών. Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, ακριβώς όπως το δείχνει το site. Λιτό πρωινό σε μικρό χώρο (κάποιες φορές χρειαζόταν να περιμένεις για να κάτσεις σε τραπέζι) αλλά σε αρκετά ζεστό περιβάλλον. Ο καθαρισμός των δωματίων μπορεί να καθυστερούσε αρκετά (οι καθαραρίστριες μπορεί να έρχονταν μετά τις 15:00 μ.μ.). Τη πρώτη μέρα υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό (είχε καφέ χρώμα και μύριζε σκουριά). Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόπταν μακριά από το κέντρο σε όχι και τόσο καλή περιοχή. Το μετρό βρίσκονταν μακριά από το ξενοδοχείο και τα δρομολόγια των υπόλοιπων συγκοινωνιών δεν ήταν αξιόπιστα.

Very kind and considerate staff. Beautiful lobby and all facilities for a spa like experience. In time, it is easy to find some nice area cafes, and diners.

Very clean hotel, swimming pool & sauna, great room with spacious beds and big bath room, plasma TV. Reserved car parking place in front of hotel at any time of the day or the night. "Hotel Top Ambassador St. Petersburg"
Good location within walking distance to almost anything you'd want to see. Nice, clean hotel, and I would have given 4 stars, but the strangest thing happened - and expensive article of clothing was stolen from our room (with zero chance that we would have missplaced it ourselves). Manager/staff did not do anything about it except to take a report […] (with no follow-up from their part), nor were we offered apologies or any type of consideration. Also, two different concierge ladies were not familiar with their own city, and all the prices quoted us by the concierge(s) were over 100% higher than what we ended up paying on our own - even simple things such as an estimated taxi fare from point A to point B. Room service arrived promptly but not a single time did they get it just right - first there's cups missing from tea service, next time spoons, etc. - not the end of the world of course, but not something to be expected from a 4-star hotel. I travel for a living (airline captain by profession) and in the last 2000+ hotel stays never has stuff been stolen from my room. "Nice Hotel in St. Petersburg"
The hotel was very clean with 20 mintues walk to the city center. Compared to the top hotels in the city the price was relatively more affordable. Will stay in this hotel again.

The amenities of the hotel are fabulous... the upstairs dining room with a panoramic view of the city, the bar downstairs, the free business center, the concierge. The rooms were clean and comfortable (amazingly comfortable bedding) with a decent bathroom. One of the few places we stayed with a full shower. Erittäin kohtelias, ystävällinen, avulias palvelu kaikilla tasoilla. Ilmeisesti Pietarin parhaimmalla paikalla, jos on kiinnostunut musiikista(Mariinsky teater ja Mariiinsky konserttisali), muutenkin lyhyt kävelymatka oleellisiin keskustan huippunähtävyyksiin, runsas ja hyvä aamiainen, mahdollisuus uimiseen yms. "nära men ändå långt bort"
Ett helt okej hotell. Det ligger i centrum men eftersom att staden till ytan är stor är det nära till vissa sevärdheter medan andra är långt bort. Du går till det mesta på mindre än en timme. Hotellet känns prisvärt men frukost har jag sett bättre. Buss från flygplatsen till 5 min från hotellet, endast 30 spänn :)

"Top Ambassador - Top Hotell!"
Ett underbart hotell mitt i smeten med närhet till allt. Vi är otroligt nöjda och skulle absolut bo på samma hotell om vi återvänder. Jättetrevlig personal som gjorde allt de kunde för att försöka kommunicera på knackig engelska.
