I have no idea how this hotel can have 3 stars. I got a tiny room under the roof. Was boiling hot (was in March and not even hot outside so I wonder what it will be like in July). There are absolutely no frills: No minibar, no proper soap/shampoo (just a cheap soap dispenser) and of course only French channels on the TV. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I would not go back, there is so much to say...first the evening hotel staff was very rude and unfriendly, the day staff wasnt much better. Our first room was so bad I actually started crying to the day staff and they gave me a new room that was not much better. Our first room was so gross and smelled ver old […] and musty, there were multiple bathroom tiles missing, and the bed linens had to be 20 years old, I was scared to touch anything. The next day after crying, I was given another room, not much better, the bathroom had all the tiles but the toilet did not work. They did fix the toilet. The hallways were scarier than the rooms, very dirty, the floors and walls were stained, and of course the bad smell. Oh and to top it off the bartender was horrible and rude also. I know Paris is expensive, we stayed here becuase we could use frequent flyer miles, but I would NOT stay here again, spend the money and stay somewhere nicer. This was a great hotel for the price and location

The advertised air-conditioner did not work; the Wi-fi connection did not work and staff were unable to help. IT was outsorced and therefore, didn't know how to fix what could have been a minor issue. currently under-going construction, so a little noisy.

This was a good hotel. Staff was good and they had a complementary bag of chocolates. A bit tough to find initially, but in general good bang for the bunk.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The location is very nice and the sights of Paris are easily accessible by metro. Ideal location and reasonably comfortable hotel at very affordable rates. Close to a lot of restaurants as well.

very very dated room. 1 bed was directly on the floor. more of a youth hostel then a hotel. no shower justa tub with a showerhead on a hose that leaked. All in all not worht the price at all. quite noisy in the evenings, and it sounds like a waterfall every time someone flushes the toilet upstairs. I have stayed at some really sketchy places in china […] and must say this was worse at 5x the price. pretty bad showing. I stayed here for a weekend with my boyfriend recently. The staff were really friendly and helpfull, happy to give out directions (in french or english) and were on hand to check us in when we arrived to the hotel late, and check us out when we were leaving very early. Hotel was clean and excellent for the price. Staff was helpful, and free, fast wi-fi was included. The location near city center was extremely useful, with two available subway entry points within a reasonable walking distance which provided easy access to all the major tourist spots in the city. The old adage you get what you pay for has never been more true in Paris. If you can afford to pay more and quite simply you will get more. If you can't afford it go elsewhere Paris is not a place to do on a budget.

Provinces Opera is located less than 5 minutes walk to the Metro. It is also less than 5 minutes walk to several restaurants.Non French speaking people will have a difficult time communicating.

Heat didn't work properly, old decor and bedding, carpet worn, floor sinking, wasn't that clean, TV didn't work properly, and not that great of a neighborhood. I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel looks great when you first walk in..... but it's not.

Well positioned for Gare Nord and Gare Est via Metro station Chateau d' Eau. In a slightly run-down neighbourhood, but very nice inside with good service.

We arrived at this hotel just in time for the official check-in time, and they made us wait for another hour because our room was not cleaned yet. The hotel also advertised free wifi access on their reception desk, but they said that it was "broken." The room was simple and appeared clean on the first day. They do have room-service to replace towels and make your bed, but they do NOT change your sheets for you. Also, on the third night that we stayed at this hotel, the hot water was not working, and we could not shower for 48 hours. I do not recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Hotel was in a great location. It was near the all kinds of great places to eat. It was very close to the metro which was very handy. Friendly and helpful staff.

My husband and I searched for weeks to find a decent cheapish hotel in the centre of Paris. We eventually decided on this one with low expectation really. When we arrived we were able to put our case in the lockup as our room wasn't ready, the reception was lovely and the receptionist was really helpful, she gave us a map and pointed us in the right […] direction. On returning after some sightseeing we were really pleased with our room. It was roomy, clean and there was a good size bathroom. The room wasn't luxurious but it was nice. We had no problems what so ever in the hotel and would recommend it to travellers who just want a base. I wouldn't spend too much on the room, but if you get a good price it is worth it. Trop bruyant - impossible de dormir pour cause de bruit dans l'hôtel et à l'extérieur

Accueil très mitigé par un réceptionniste qui ne savait pas géré les priorités (et qui parlait peu ou pas l'anglais) l'état de la chambre très moyen (vu le prix !) sinon calme et surtout très bien situé (proximité Grand Rex ==> objet de mon déplacement à Paris) néanmoins j'y retournerai (mais pour une nuit.. pas plus)

Hôtel très bien situé et sympathique ou nous venons en famille une fois par an, à noter dans les petits désagréments : chambre confortable bien que non rénovée contrairement à la pub (salle de bain en état moyen en particulier : poubelle cassée, plaque de chauffage qui dégringole, finitions), les repas/buffet sont trop chers (25€), l'hôtel était toujours […] en travaux fin décembre (peintures) alors que l'on m'avait assuré fin novembre au téléphone que ça serait terminé ; un ascenseur neuf et amabilité du personnel en nette progression pour les +. O Hotel fica numa excelente localização, próximo ao metrô, e numa distância pequena dos principais pontos turísticos. Os quartos do hotel são mto bons, o café da manhã, excelente. Recomendo

地下鉄の駅から非常に近く、周囲には小さいながらスーパーが数件。日本食レストランや中華レストランも近隣に数件。マクドナルド、ケンタッキーもあり。それ以外にもカフェ多数。カフェ、レストラン、お店が立ち並ぶ大通りを一本入ったところにあり、ホテル周辺でたいていの用事は済ませられる。地下鉄の駅もオペラ駅から数駅とアクセスもよく、どこへいくにも便利。 ホテルの部屋はせまいながらも清潔で、バスタブもあり、全体的に満足度の高いホテル。

Cet établissement est agréable et vraiment bien situé par rapport aux gares et métro. Il est dommage que le site n'ait pas fait mention des travaux du hall.

Venlig betjening, men desværre er reception og foye'en under ombygning med en del støv og larm til følge, og så internet på værelserne var desværre ude af drift.

hotel tres bien place au carrfour des principaux axes parisiens

First time in Paris (3 day trip). Room size is ok, Bathroom small (bathtub with Shower curtain) Cleanliness of the room was ok. Room was cleaned daily. Hotel lobby was being renovated. Location: 25 min walk to Louvr or to Sacré Coeur. 4 min walk to Metro. Neighborhood was quiet.

Situation idéale pour l' accès aux différents points remarquables de Paris.personnel acceuillant et serviable. Bon rapport qualité/prix Seul défaux : absence de climatisation (juste un ventilo pendant les nuits de canicules).

Helt greit 3 stjerners hotell. var noe preget av renovering, dette ble d forøvrig informert skriftlig om. frokosten var ikke inkludert i prisen. buffet som ikke stakk seg spesielt ut.

Fint hotel, der under vores ophold, var under renovering, så A/C'en virkede bl.a. ikke. Værelset var pænt og ordentlig, højt til loftet og god plads. Der var badeværelse med kar. Der er næsten ikke trafikstøj med mindre man åbner vinduerne selvfølgelig. Beliggende ca. 5 min fra metro station hvor man skifter efter 1 stop til den linie der kører direkte […] til centrum (det tager ca. 5-10 min). El hotel esta bien ubicado, a dos calles del metro, pero esta flojo de mantenimiento, es un edificio viejo y ya algo caido... por ej: decian que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba!!! pero eran equipos individuales en cada habitacion... entonces? no funcionaba o no estaba preparada la instalacion electrica para que funcionen? Nadie avisa nada, solo […] te enteras al buscar en vano como encender el equipo y al reclamar en recepcion te dicen: ah, el aire no anda!!! Hotel proche métro situe dans quartier sympa de Paris . Trés correct ,propre ,tranquillle avec personnel sympatique . Fortement recommandé.

Det här är utan tvekan det sämsta hotell som jag någonsin bott på. Och jag vill särskilt påpeka att det inte alls är dåligt på något charmigt vis. Rummet är minimalt - som på en finlandsbåt. Sängen är mycket smal och obekväm. De har inte påslakan utan filt och vikta lakan som på mormors tid. Detta är lite äckligt eftersom man kommer i kontakt med filten […] som alla använder. Filten var förresten mycket nopprig och sliten. Kudden var enorm och ganska obekväm. TV - 14" tjockteve med enbart franska kanaler. Valitsin kohtuuhintaisen hotellin läheltä Gare du Nordia muutaman yön pysähdyspaikaksi. Sijainti osoittautui loistavaksi, sillä metroasemat olivat aivan vieressä ja Gare du Nordin asemalle oli kävelymatka. Alue oli siistimpi kuin odotin, samoin hotelli. Hotel assez bien placé et chambre calme mais très défraichi : le papier peint décollé du mur , porte d'armoire bancal, télé inutilisable,.... Clairement pas digne d'un 3 étoiles.

Nice small budget hotel. If you don't spend time in your room, this is good choice. Not luxurious; not expensive. Wifi worked well. Location nice.

Hotellet ligger ligt tig godt. I gå afstand til rigtig meget og med en central metro station. Værelset er fint til prisen og personalet er venlige og behjælpelige.

L' hôtel n'est pas sympathique visiteur étranger. la qualité TV pour les clients qui ne parlent pas le français est pauvre. Le personnel ne comprends pas les gens non-français.
